You may be suffering from vitamin and calcium deficiency. I would recommend that you get your vitamin levels checked. Drink plenty of water. Nimbu pani with salt and sugar is also good after outdoor activity as it will replenish the salts in your body.

Hello. Maintain a right standing and sitting posture, keep your back always straight, avoid carrying weight on back. Hold or carry weight divided equally in both the hands or shoulders (to avoid over straining on one particular hand or shoulder). Lie down on bed on your back without pillow. Exercise: Practice Shavasana or Corpse Pose as it looks like a dead body. If practiced correctly and with full efforts, can relax every body part, relaxing not only the body but also the mind: Spread the legs one to two feet apart, the toes are turned outwards, the heels facing each other, a comfortable distance apart. Bring the arms a little away from the body, palms turned upward. Relax the neck and allow it to turn to the side if it is more comfortable. Close the eyes and focus the attention on the body, breathing normally. Medication: Take homoeopathic medicines - Arnica 200 and Rhus Tox. 200 - take both of them thrice daily for 1 week. Also, apply Schwabe's Topi-Arnica and Topi MP Gel on the affected area in circular motions gently thrice a day. Get back to me thereafter.

Hi. A) take 20 ml himcocid liquid before meal b) take 4 tablets chitradi vati after meals c) take 20 ml of audumbaravleha after meals do all these things for 15 days. It gives you good result. Thanks.

I am a 76 years old man, with history of hypertension and type 2 diabetes, both of which are under control. Since 6 months, the fingers of my left hand are progressively becoming stiff, swollen and painful, but the right hand is ok.

In diabetes some times arthritic problems with fingers do develop. You may take diclofenac or aciclofenac for a few days (tab voveran 75 mg sr once at night after food) and also keep bending and straightening the fingers regularly. May apply ice to reduce swelling. Try this out. Tab voveran may cause acidity if taken on empty stomach.

You should take Arnica 30 thrice a day three drops in water one day only. After that Rhus Tox 30 thrice a day for two day. Do massage of calf muscles from downward to upward daily at night for five days. Take vitamin D once a week for a month.

Hello,Standing and walking barefoot are two easy ways to start treating flat feet naturally. Balancing on one leg and light jumping while barefoot will further progress the normal development of the foot. It would not affect your knee in future.

Hi My friend was suffering from back pain. Doctor treated him before two years ago but now he has problem in his both legs like while walking it tired, sitting more than 5 mins. It stars pain, sometimes it look likes many kilo weight puts on it, sometimes feels have no feeling (in Hindi word sunn ho Jana),. His blood report is normal like BP 13.2. No uric acid. But little cholesterol problem its not much not fare as well. Now he is looking for medicine. But before medicines he needs an advice from experienced doctor. Pls help.

The symptoms are indicating that he has pinched nerve in the low back area causing numbness. Sometimes physiotherapy can help reverse numbness and get rid of pain and if numbness still persists they may advise a decompression spine surgery. Good luck.

kindly take dhanvantaram kshayam, 3 tsf in half a glass of luke warm water before meals, twice a day. Take trayodashanga guggal, 2 tabs three times a day after meals with dashmoolarishta, 2 tsf three times a day in a glass of luke warm water. Take dhanvantaram 101 caps, 2 caps twice a day after meals with half a cup of milk. Do gentle massage with dhanvantaram oil, over the neck and to both the shoulders. Avoid pillow, staring at the TV for long hours. do gentle exercises of neck. Avoid excess tea, coffee, carbonated drinks, cold eatables in your routine. Continue the regime for 2 months. Give a break of 15 days take for another 2 months. Stay in touch, good luck.

I had near accident while driving two wheeler around month of march , not visible wound but I stretch my right leg to avoid accident. You should take acupressure therapy and take biochemic mag phos 200x + calc flour 200x, 4 tab each thrice a day with warm water and take it 5 days

Pain in muscles /cramps is a common condition. Do hot fomentation keep a pillow under the legs at night &/when resting. Any way take ibuprofen 200mg od & sos x 5days caldikind plus (mankind) 1 tab odx10days you will need other supportive medicines also. Do knee exercises it may have to be further investigated make sure you are not allergic to any of the medicines you are going to take. Do ask for detailed treatment plan. Do not ignore. It could be beginning of a serious problem.

Kindly show me a photograph of the affected part. Rule out diabetes & vit.D deficiency or any other metabolic disorder. Sleep on a hard bed with soft bedding on it. SPRING BEDS, FOLDING BEDS OR THICK MATRESS ARE HARMFUL Use no pillow under the head. DO HOT FOMANTATION. Paracetamol 250mg OD & SOS x 5days. Caldikind plus 1tab OD x10. Do neck, back & general exercises. It may have to be further investigated. You will need other supportive medicines also. Make sure you are not allergic to any of the medicines you are going to take. If it does not give relief in 1 wk,contact me again.. Do not ignore .It could be beginning of a serious problem.

Extension exercises x 15 times x twice daily - lying on tummy, take left arm up for 3 seconds, then bring it down, right arm up for 3 seconds, bring down. Bring right leg up, hold for 3 seconds, bring it down. Then right leg up and hold for 3 seconds and bring it down. Repeat twice a day- 10 times.

Apply hot fomentation twice daily. Avoid bending in front. Postural correction- sit tall, walk tall. Extension exercises x 15 times x twice daily - lying on tummy, take left arm up for 3 seconds, then bring it down, right arm up for 3 seconds, bring down. Bring right leg up, hold for 3 seconds, bring it down. Then right leg up and hold for 3 seconds and bring it down. Repeat twice a day- 10 times. Bhujang asana -- lie flat on your stomach, keeping the palms out, bend the neck backward, take a deep breath and while holding it for 6 seconds, raise the chest up. Release breath and relax your body. Repeat the exercise 15 times twice daily. Core strengthening exercises- straight leg raised with toes turned outward, repeat 10 times, twice a day.

It requires detailed investigation and examination. Preliminary investigations suggested: hb, tlc, dlc, esr, blood sugar fasting & pp, uric acid vit d urine r/e x-ray of the affected part. Anyway it may be tried sleep on a hard bed with soft bedding on it. Spring beds, folding beds or thick mattress are harmful use no pillow under the head. Do hot fomantation paracetamol 250mg od & sos x 5days. Caldikind plus 1tab od x10. Do neck, back, knee & general exercises. It may have to be further investigated. Do not ignore it. Let it not become beginning of a bigger problem. Make sure that patient is not allergic to any of the medicines that he/she is going to take. If it does not give relief in 4-5days, inform.

get your B P checked. xray of cervical spine. back with report. do some exrcise of neck muscles. use hot water towel on neck and shoulder . apply volini cream over neck, shoulders. take tab mobizox 1tab od 2-3 day. it will help you. welcome for further help.
