Apply Hot Fomentation twice daily. Avoid bending in front. Postural Correction- Sit Tall, Walk Tall. Extension Exercises x 15 times x twice daily - lying on tummy, take left arm up for 3 seconds, then bring it down, right arm up for 3 seconds, bring down. Bring right leg up, hold for 3 seconds, bring it down. Then right leg up and hold for 3 seconds and bring it down. Repeat twice a day- 10 times. Bhujang Asana – Lie flat on your stomach, keeping the palms out, bend the neck backward, take a deep breath and while holding it for 6 seconds, raise the chest up. Release breath and relax your body. Repeat the exercise 15 times twice daily. Core Strengthening Exercises- Straight Leg Raised With Toes Turned Outward, repeat 10 times, twice a day. Back Stretching- lie flat, pull one of the knee forward to chest, hold for 3 seconds, then bring the other knee forward to the chest and again hold for 3 seconds. Then pull both knees towards the chest and hold for 3 seconds. Repeat 10 times each exercise twice a day. Do the cat/cow stretch. Get on all fours, with your arms straight and your hands directly under your shoulders; your knees hip-width apart.

I am 25 yr old female and m having leg ache continuously since over 5 months now. Its unbearable specially while sleeping. Only one leg at a time aches now but earlier like 3 months ago both legs used to ache. I have all tests done like thyroid, diabetes which are negative. Please suggest what should I do.

This could be due to OA knee &/Or obesity. Physiotherapy along with medicines will help. Do knee exercises. It may have to be further investigated Rule out diabetes & vit.D deficiency or any other metabolic disorder. Sleep on a hard bed with a soft bedding on it. Any way take multivitamins & other antioxidants along with. IBUPROFEN 200mg OD & SOS x 5days CALDIKID PLUS (mankind) 1 tab ODx10days You will need other supportive medicines also. Make sure you are not allergic to any of the medicines you are going to take. Do ask for detailed treatment plan.. Don't ignore. It could be beginning of a serious problem.

No separation seen. Clinical correlation& followup helpful. No erosion of articular margin seen. No lytic expensive lesion seen. Avoid sitting Cross legged. Avoid Squatting- Quadriceps Exercises- Lie straight, make a towel role and put it under the knee, press the keen against the role, hold it for 20 secs. Repeat 20 times twice a day. This will help relieve some pain. Core Strengthening Exercise- Straight Leg Raised With Toes Turned Outward, repeat 10 times, twice a day.

Advice. Avoid sitting cross legged. Avoid squatting- quadriceps exercises- lie straight, make a towel role and put it under the knee, press the keen against the role, hold it for 20 secs. Repeat 20 times twice a day. This will help relieve some pain. Core strengthening exercise- straight leg raised with toes turned outward, repeat 10 times, twice a day. Hams stretching- lie straight, take the leg up, pull the feet towards yourself, with a elastic tube or normal belt. Repeat 10 times, twice a day. Sports taping- stretch the tape from both ends and apply on the affected area contrast fomentation (hot and cold).

Hi I can understand your problem 1) avoid activities that make your symptoms worse 2) apply ice packs 3) start physiotherapy treatment as electrotherapy will reduce pain inflammation 4) exercise and mannual therapy will help in painfree movement.

It may be sciatica pain. Avoid prolong standing and sitting. Take proper rest. Avoid forward bending and heavy lifting. Take hot fermentation. Do spinal strengthening exercises.

Sir, I am 35 year old, I have pain in right solder, (not accident), 20 days back I am sanding on the chair for some work, the chair position on the bed. The chair slip my right hand go back a speed. At the time I have a pain in right solder. Now I feel pain in my right solder frequently. Now I am using moove. I know the pain in joint in the right solder. Rule out diabetes & vit. D deficiency or any other metabolic disorder. Do hot fomentation any way take bio d3 max 1tab odx10days ibuprofen 200mg od & sos x 5days do neck & shoulder exercises it may have to be further investigated make sure you are not allergic to any of the medicines you are going to take.

Recently, I had a back pain. Doctor said I have a slip disc, but my age is just 30, moreover I hit the gym regularly. Maintained a healthy weights. Just because of this slip disc, I have stopped everything as because having a good and healthy body but a painful life is not a worthy thing. Doc had suggested a few exercise and not to bend forward. How could it be? Is it curable? please suggest me.

Backacke can be due to numerous reasons like back strain, big tummy, slip disc, lumber spondylosis. You can do following home remedies: 1) mix camphor in coconut oil and boil it. Massage it followed by hot fomentation. 2) have turmeric & honey milk. 3) put a hot-water bag on back supported by a cushion. 4) add ginger while brewing your tea 5) if you are overweight, go for weight loss program 6) stay away from cold, go for hot water baths.

There are many causes of headache. i.e. fever, acidity, gastritis, stress, injury , eye sight weakness, apply any good pain balm on head. Try to take good sleep at night. take tab. vasograine thrice a day after meal, tab. Pan 40 mg once a day for 3 days . if not ok then checkup b.p. , cbc, blood sugar, eye sights, and consult again.

Hello for slip disc you need to have xray or MRI must. For sure diagnosis for treatment mediation, panchkarma is needed. We can cure it in 6 months if it's slip disc. On diet avoid spicy, sour, salty, cold food, pickles, fermented foods do consult in private for medication n treatment plan. Thank you.
