Kindly show me a photograph of the affected part. Rule out diabetes & vit. D deficiency or any other metabolic disorder. Sleep on a hard bed with soft bedding on it. Spring beds, folding beds or thick matress are harmful use no pillow under the head. Do hot fomantation. Paracetamol 250mg od & sos x 5days. Caldikind plus 1tab od x10. Do neck, back & general exercises. It may have to be further investigated. You will need other supportive medicines also. Make sure you are not allergic to any of the medicines you are going to take. If it does not give relief in 4-5days, contact me again. Do not ignore. It could be beginning of a serious problem.

6 Ways to Manage Your Grief!

Grief is a normal part of coping with loss. It could be the loss of a job, a pet, a loved one or even a romantic relationship. All of these bring about a sense of loss which needs to be dealt with. It is completely normal to feel bitter, numb, detached and distant from people and places. But when is it too much? When one starts having suicidal thoughts, prolonged depression and loss of interest in daily tasks among other things. This may be signs of a grief management problem.

Here are some ways you can manage your grief:

1. Express yourself:

Don’t be afraid to talk about your emotions. Talk to family and friends about how you feel. Verbalizing how you feel will help you better deal with your emotions. This can help you begin the healing process.

2. Allow yourself to feel sad:

It’s okay to feel sad after a loss. Allowing yourself to feel sad is a healthy step in the grieving process. Letting yourself feel sad gives you the time needed to come to terms with the loss.

3. Keep your routine:

Keeping your routine helps to transition back to how life was before the loss. It can be as simple as going for a walk in the morning or waking up at your usual time.

4. Sleep:

Emotional strain can drain your body. It is important to sleep and wake up at regular hours as too much or too little sleep can be a sign of a grief management problem.

5. Avoid things which “numb” the pain:

Things like as alcohol, nicotine and other controlled substances should be avoided during this time. This is because while the effects of these substances wear off, your pain will come back worse than before. Prolonged use of these substances can also lead to other health issues.

6. Seek professional help:

It is okay to seek professional help if it feels right for you. Counsellors can help by equipping you with various tools and techniques to help deal with your loss.

Regular massaging the scalp for a few minutes every day with lukewarm oil will lead to stimulation of blood flow to the scalp. Coconut oil helps in controlling hail fall. Other recommended oils are: Jojoba oil, almond oil, mustard oil, lavender oil. Jojoba oil is especially good because it replaces the sebum in the scalp. It also helps to control dandruff.

Hello, Height being majorly genetic you need to give little stress to it,give him high protein,calcium,iron diet as they need it more .Give him homecooked meals which is cooked for the rest of the family.Keep vegetable sticks,roasted grams,cereal chivda,nuts as snacking options,include varieties of fresh fruit cuts .soya can be included as cutlet,tikkis,chunks ,milk etc.

take following remedies for pimples 1.triphala kadha 4 tsp before lunch and dinner 2.amala juice 4 tsp + 2tsp sugar + 2tsp honey in the morning empty stomach for glowing of your face there is in ayurveda mention pinda swed ..it is a type of swedan karma [phomentation] but it do some another manner .. 1.boiled a rice in milk then take this rice in one white cloth then tied it properly and warmly it rub on your face every morning for 15 days then stop it and do next month again 2.apply almond oil on your face and massage for 3-5 min at night .. by doing above thing you will get good result

8 Ways To Lose Weight Before Wedding

Your wedding day is one of, if not the most special day in your life as you enter a new phase with your partner. One of the most important facets of looking your best during your wedding is to lose weight. Here are some points to remember and abide by when you are trying to lose weight-

  1. Keep the target of losing weight a priority – You will have to ensure that exercising, following a strict diet and all the regimens are strictly adhered to in order to achieve success on this front. This should be started at least a few months before the wedding day so that results are visible on the day itself.

  2. Reduce alcohol intake – Alcohol intake should be reduced as much as possible; bear in mind that it is even more difficult to achieve this as the day comes nearer. Numerous parties and gathering will have an offering of alcohol but it is best if you either abstain from it or severely limit your intake. Even small portions but regular consumption will dampen your efforts to lose weight.

  3. Must have breakfast – Breakfast is the most important meal of the day and it is important that you have a healthy and satisfying breakfast to give you energy all day long. If you skip on breakfast, there is a possibility of overcompensating for it during other meals which will slow down weight loss or will contribute to weight gain.

  4. Limit your food intake in various parties – Much before the marriage, you will have to attend as well as host many parties such as showers, bachelor parties, and many others. Foods served in these parties, in most cases, will be very fattening. Thus limit your food intake at various parties or opt for healthy options when you have control over the kind of food to be served.

You could even seek professional support to help achieve your goals.

  6. Reduce Stress – Stress and panic are two of the major contributors to binge eating which contribute to weight gain and thus may slow down or halt your weight loss progress. Mediate daily to reduce and keep stress levels in check.

  7. Don’t Starve – This is a mistake many people make by not eating and over-exercising while trying to lose weight. However, this can rebound and come back to haunt you in a much bigger manner wherein you might end up binge eating. Hence, it is important to not starve and munch on healthy food such as fruits and other low calorie snacks.

  8. Drink plenty of water, which is a very important ingredient in weight loss – An area which you shouldn’t neglect and skimp on, drinking sufficient water is also a necessity in order to achieve your weight loss goals. If you wish to discuss any specific problem, you can consult a dietitian-nutritionist.

Hi My question is how can I get relief from knee pain? Actually I met with an accident at the age of 10. Which caused knee bone fracture. It's took almost two months bed rest for recovery. Advice... Avoid sitting Cross legged. Avoid Squatting- Quadriceps Exercises- Lie straight, make a towel role and put it under the knee, press the keen against the role, hold it for 20 secs. Repeat 20 times twice a day. This will help relieve some pain. Core Strengthening Exercise- Straight Leg Raised With Toes Turned Outward, repeat 10 times, twice a day. Hams Stretching- lie straight, take the leg up, pull the feet towards yourself, with a elastic tube or normal belt. repeat 10 times, twice a day. Sports Taping- stretch the tape from both ends and apply on the affected area Contrast Fomentation (Hot and Cold).
