The best way to get cured is to visit a skilled orthopedic physiotherapist. Rest, take care of your back in terms of posture, neck and low back positions while working, proper rest, don't lie on your stomach, sleep on sides. Stop smoking (if at all you do). Avoid forward bending if it's painful. Take lime water early morning daily. Apply nupatch 200 (it's a pain plaster) at the painful area which lasts for 24 hours. Re-apply a new one if needed. Keep moving, don't bed bound yourself, keep your back hydrated by gentle movements. Finally, get your back adjusted by a skilled spinal physiotherapist. Hope it helps. Take care. Thanks.

It is called as rheumatic arthritis. If your pain is more in the distal joints, ie. In the upper limbs if the pain is present in the fingers/wrist and in the lower limbs it the pain is present in the toes/ ankle, then we shall definitely say it is rheumatic arthritis. Wear elbow brace and wrist brace which will make her to feel warm and that will make the joints become firm. Hot water fermentation will help.

Calf Stretches Standing calf stretch Stand away from a wall and.put your fight foot behind you and be sure your toes are facing forward. Lean forward at the ankle while bending the right knee and keeping your heel on the ground. Hold this for 30 to 60 seconds. Repeat 10 times a twice a day.

Sir, I am suffering from Cervical Spondylosis and Gerd. My wife (36 years old) was having the same problem. She took the medicine (L. Bane 30 & Nat Phos 6x for 2 weeks) as mentioned in his reply. Now she is feeling better her neck, throat & stomach. Let me know if she can continue the same medicine. Kindly give your advice.

I am 58 years old and took VR about a year before and enjoy my retired life. I have severe pricking pain around my upper portion of the right arm since last month. Raising arm above too is painful. I don't have sugar/BP. What could be my problem and which specialist should I contact. Currently I live in Bangalore. But I started having problems when I was in Trichy. Please advise.

Your pain seems to be related to rotator cuff. You should consult shoulder specialist who can do shoulder arthroscopic surgery if needed. First thing will be clinical examination, then mri. Then treatment.

Hair fall is due to many reasons now a day it is common due to stress and busy life check your haemoglobin level if less then take hamatinic any multinational company take proper diet (dal vegetables sprouts fruits) and do exercise minimum 15 min if possibles do yoga for 10 min increase water intake minimum 3 to 4 litres per day also take homoeo medicines homoeo medicines are known for to stop hair fall and it actually happens phosphrus 30 (30 no glouble) 2 tds x 2 weeks and reply also comb your hair gently and 2/3 time per day wash with homoeopathic shampoo (sbl or any company) twice a week preaper oil by mixing arnica montana q 30 ml + any regular hair oil and apply before wash

Hi. I am getting swelling in all my thumb area and in the recent past I have also gained lots of weight. I am clueless as to why this things are happening. My thumb area would get swell and some time like very rarely I ll get pain also on that particular hand. And it won't get red. And no itching sensation will be there. lybrate-user, Thanks for the query. I have gone through the details given. It is difficult give an answer why there is swelling in your thumb region. There could be many reasons. Plus you are also mentioning a weight gain. This needs some investigations particularly get a Thyroid assay done. Also check uric acid level. Then come back with the details. Thanks.

Try few things for your back pain: - Apply Ice and Heat Heating pads and cold packs can comfort tender trunks. Most doctors recommend using ice for the first 48 hours after an injury -- particularly if there is swelling — and then switching to heat. You can use whichever you find comforting as long as your skin is protected. - Limit Bed Rest Studies show that people with short-term low-back pain who rest feel more pain and have a harder time with daily tasks than those who stay active. -Keep Exercising Activity is often the best medicine for back pain. Simple exercises like walking can be very helpful. But remember to move in moderation, Stay away from strenuous activities like gardening and avoid whatever motion caused the pain in the first place. -Maintain Good Posture Most people have poor posture when going about their daily activities, putting unnecessary strain on their backs. -Strengthen Your Core Most people with chronic back pain would benefit from stronger abdominal muscles. If the abdominals are weak, other areas must pick up the slack. When we strengthen the abdominals, it often reduces the strain on the lower back. - Improve Flexibility Too much tension and tightness can cause back pain. By increasing flexibility you need to put an equal load throughout the body from the feet all the way up to the head. -Sleep the Right Way The amount of rest you get is important, and so is the position you get it in. Sleeping in a bad position or on a mattress without support can cause back pain. Back sleepers should put pillows under their knees. Side sleepers should place pillows between their knees to keep their spine in a neutral position. Stomach sleeping causes the neck and head to twist and can put undue stress on the back. -Use Relaxation Techniques Research shows that practices such as meditation, deep breathing and yoga, which help put the mind at rest, can do wonders for the back. -See a Specialist Developing an individualized exercise plan is essential to managing chronic back pain. Some patients need more core strengthening while others benefit mainly from stretching and improving flexibility. Please consult a Orthopedic Physiotherapist for the right exercise plan. Best wishes.
