take deep breath for atleast 20 time ...... or keel lavang in your mouth for 2 hrs ............. for tiredness take following remedies 1.triphala kadha 4 tsp before lunch and dinner 2.amala juice 4 tsp + 2tsp sugar + 2tsp honey in the morning empty stomach

If you have ulcers again and again. Get a blood test done. Your haemoglobin may be low. Take tab folvite twice daily. Also use hi ora mouthwash from himalaya drug co to gargle after diluting with water.

I am 30 year old suffering from general anxiety disorder and IBS. Doctor give me daxid 50 mg .in first week to much improvement. Then I take start alcohol 6 peg daily after several days the symptoms come back why. Alcohol cause anxiety.

IBS & Generalized Anxiety Disorder are treatable conditions, but the duration of treatment is usually long. You need to continue medicines regularly as advised & be under regular supervision of your doctor who will keep evaluating you from time to time & adjust your medications accordingly. As your symptoms are persisting, you better get yourself re evaluated by your doctor, who will either adjust the dose of your current medications, or switch to another medicine or along with advice you counseling sessions. Abstain from drinking alcohol, as it will aggravate your symptoms further. Talk to your doctor about your alcohol problem also, & get treated for it Wish you speedy recovery.

Take rest for few days. Sleep on a hard bed with soft bedding on it. Spring beds, folding beds or thick matress are harmful use no pillow under the head. Do hot fomantation. Paracetamol 250mg od & sos x 5days. Caldikind plus 1tab od x10. Do neck back knee & general exercises. It may have to be further investigated. Make sure you are not allergic to any of the medicines you are going to take. For emergency treatment contact your nearest hospital or family doctor. 1.You may be having anxiety or stress. Avoid stress. 2.You need 7-8 hours of sound sleep to remain healthy. 3.Go for regular exercise, Take part in games and sports, 4.Do yoga, meditation and deep breathing exercise like pranayama to calm your mind, control your emotion, relieve anxiety and improve concentration. 5.Adhere to a specific sleep time and regular schedule 6.Take light dinner. 7.Avoid taking tea/coffee at bed time. 8. Don’t go to sleep immediately after dinner.Take a small walk after dinner and if possible take hot water bath before sleep. Read a light magazine or interesting book before going to bed 9. Avoid late night. 10.Don’t sleep in day time 11.Don’t take sleeping pill 12. If no relief consult doctor

Hello lybrate-user, having 1/2 glass of water with meal and a glass post 30-40 minutes should be fine. Gas problem happens due to empty stomach i. E not eating for long hour or indigestion. Having small frequent meals at regular intervals of 2-3 hours will help. Avoid late night dinner and sleeping immediately postmeal should be avoided. Have 1-2 tsp sauf post meal or chewing few mint leaves should help.

Apply pranacharya face glow on your face for 15 minutes then wash it with warm water. Take pranacharya b clean syrup 2-2 tsf twice a day. Take pranacharya allergin capsule 1-1 twice a day. Wash your face with any good ayurvedic soap containing neem etc.

Dear, always wear a footwear, even at home. Your footwear should have a soft inner sole. Apply moisturising cream twice daily. Soak your feet in lukewarm water for 15 mins at night.

I have multiple bone related problems. Lot of pain at different places because of spondilytis, knee pain (ligament tear) in both legs. Recently my ankle is swollen for more than 1. 5, months. Stiffness remains in whole body including palm, back, legs, shoulder. Heels also pain.Please do help.

Follow these best tips to get relief from stomach pain - *take 10 gms powder of carom seeds (ajwain, 10 gm powder of cumin (jeera), 10 gm of rock salt. Mix them well and take 1/2 teaspoon (3-5 gm) of mixture daily after meal. *take 1/2 teaspoon of black pepper (kali mirch), 1/ 2 tea spoon of jeera (cumin), 2-3 slice of ginger. Boil it in one glass of water for 2-3 minutes. Drink 5-10 teaspoons (15-20 ml) in morning and evening. * take 1 tea spoon of liv-52 syrup daily one time. * walk for atleast 15-20 minutes daily and avoid long duration continuos sitting. * avoid taking nonveg at night & in day time after taking food, do not sleep in day.
