Stop chewing gum, use mouth wash go for teeth cleaning so that if it's due to gum disease it will reliev.

Hi sir, you have dental caries you need to get restoration and for smell that means you have deposits on tooth so you need to get scaling done.

Teeth scaling is good for teeth but bleaching is very very harmful it wil create a lot of problem after few months.
