I can't wake up early in the morning and I am doing gym. what should be my diet and daily routine.
Early Morning: Green tea (sugar less) Breakfast: non fried preparations/ whole wheat bread/ vegetable poha, upma, etc. / idli sambhar etc. Mid-Morning: Fruits (avoid the carbohydrate rich fruits like grapes, banana, custard apple and watermelon) Lunch: 2 dry chapatti or Boiled rice - 1 Cup + sabji 1 katori + dal or skimmed curd – 1 katori + salad 1 katori Evening Snacks: Tea / Coffee (1 tsp. Sugar) + high fiber bis. OR Sprouts 1 katori Dinner: 2 chapatti + vegetable 1 katori + skimmed buttermilk 1 glass + salad 1 katori.

Hello. These all indicate sluggish functioning of your liver. So, take Schwabe's Alpha-Liv/ thrice daily and eat fresh, healthy food consisting of green vegetables, seasonal fruits, salads, pulses. The food should be bland with less spices. Drink 8-10 glasses of water. Avoid junk food. Take enough rest.

My roommate has symptoms of chickenpox, is it possible that I can also get this disease from her, I had chickenpox once before in childhood, please prefer me precautions.

Its unlikely that you will get it if you were immunized or got in childhood. Still your roommate need to be left alone in some isolated clean place until all his crusts or scabs are dried precautions- frequent hand wash mask hygienic healthy diet.

Which is better for covering up during a sunny day, light or dark clothes? Also, is there a danger from tanning sprays rather.

Hello. Indian need anti-tan sprays not tanning sprays, tanning can be very harmful for the skin. It is better to wear lighter colours in sun, dark colours absorb more heat. It is a good idea to wear layers in summer to remain sun protected.

Dear Lybrate-User, Getting out of an abusive relationship is a brave thing to do, good job on being able to take this step. Since your anxiety stems from coming out of an abusive relationship it will be important to explore the thoughts that trigger the anxiety. Meanwhile here are a few things you can try to help manage your anxiety: 1. When you feel like you are becoming anxious, look around you and identify: 5 things you can see, 4 things you can hear, 3 things you can smell, 2 things you can feel and 1 thing you can taste. 2. Deep breathing: Taking deep breaths helps normalise your breathing in times of anxiety. Try taking 5 deeps breaths and slowly bring your breathing back to normal. I am 54 years old. My weight is 92 kg. 7 years ago I went through an Umbilical hernia surgery. Now again there is a 10 mm of gap has developed. I want to reduce weight. Can I do yoga? Weight is largely dependent on food intake. You can do yoga but you also needs to give up factory made & readymade food. Reduce food containing sugar, oil, salt, milk & maida. Eat more food that's available in natural form like fruits, vegetables, nuts & seeds. This will help in gradual & sustainable weight loss. For medical conditions you need a direct consultation with a nutritionist.

Marijuana is cannabis which has a high abuse potential. It is a" gateway drug" which means use of marijuana can be a step to use of other types of drugs as well. It stimulates the reward area of brain and gives feeling of pleasure and the person always tries to seek the same feeling.
