Hello, I think you have neck problem, may be cervical spondylitis and that can give rise to pain in pectoral area felt as pain in breast. So you need proper evaluation and imaging and then it can be successfully treated with spinal manipulation.

My bones used to make cracking sound when I move them like in movies they show. Is it good or bad?

Hi, there is nothing serious in sound like crack coming from bone while moving, basically we call it crepitus to that crack like sound scientifically, it is a symptom of weakning of bone which basically start after 35-40 so it is better to first check up the calcium levels n vitamin d.

I have rheumatoid arthritis and also copd. Slowly my right foot ankle started to change deform and unable to walk freely what is the medication to cure it. Other than surgery as I cannot stand to surgery.

Avascular necrosis of 4 th stage. Doctors have suggested me hip replacement. I took bisphosphonate injection but it did not help anything.

Bisphosphonate injections are not very useful for avascular necrosis of the hip. In stage 4 only thr can be helpful.

Whenever there Is stress on muscels (like standing on toes, twisting backward to watch behind etc etc). There Is pain like there Is vein on vein.

Kindly show me a photograph & digital x rays of affected part. Rule out diabetes & vit. D deficiency or any other metabolic disorder. Sleep on a hard bed with soft bedding on it. Spring beds, folding beds or thick matress are harmful use no pillow under the head. Do hot fomantation. Ibuprofen 200mg od & sos x 5days. Bio d3 max 1tab od x10. Do neck, back & general exercises. It may have to be further investigated. You will need other supportive medicines also. Make sure you are not allergic to any of the medicines you are going to take. Do reply back for detailed treatment plan. Do not ignore. It could be beginning of a serious problem.

I am suffering from last one month to ankle pain what is a right treatment tell me.

Standing calf stretch Stand away from a wall and.put your fight foot behind you and be sure your toes are facing forward. Lean forward at the ankle while bending the right knee and keeping your heel on the ground. Hold this for 30 to 60 seconds. Repeat 10 times a twice a day. Downward dog yoga stretch Get down on all fours with your hands under your shoulders on the floor. Walk your hands forward slightly on the floor. Spread your fingers apart to allow for a broad base of support. Push your hips up toward the ceiling and tighten your abdominal muscles. Keep your heels on the ground and gently try and straighten your knees. Repeat 10 times a twice a day. Wall calf stretch Stand about two feet away from a wall. Place the ball of your right foot against the wall while your heel remains on the ground. Slowly and gently lean into the wall while keeping your knee straight. Hold this for 5 seconds. Repeat 10 times twice a day.

Hi, if its a steroid injection try to avoid. Hyluronic acid can be given for temporary relief for 6 months to 1 yr, post your x rays as well that will be better idea.

Yes with this you can maintain your self. Not permanent cure. Tk calcium supplements. Stretching exercise strength exercise in gently process don't do extra. Do only 15 to 20 twice a day.

I'm suffering from body pain mainly in back and knee joints, arm joints. What are the precaution should I take.

Apply Hot Fomentation twice daily .Avoid bending in front. Postural Correction- Sit Tall, Walk Tall. .Extension Exercises x 15 times x twice daily – lying on tummy, take left arm up for 3 seconds, then bring it down, right arm up for 3 seconds, bring down. Bring right leg up, hold for 3 seconds, bring it down. Then right leg up and hold for 3 seconds and bring it down. Repeat twice a day- 10 times. Bhujang Asana ? Lie flat on your stomach, keeping the palms out, bend the neck backward, take a deep breath and while holding it for 6 seconds, raise the chest up. Release breath and relax your body. Repeat the exercise 15 times twice daily. Core Strengthening Exercises- Straight Leg Raised With Toes Turned Outward, repeat 10 times, twice a day. Knee 1 Advice. Avoid sitting Cross legged. Avoid Squatting- Quadriceps Exercises- Lie straight, make a towel role and put it under the knee, press the keen against the role, hold it for 20 secs. Repeat 20 times twice a day. This will help relieve some pain. Core Strengthening Exercise- Straight Leg Raised With Toes Turned Outward, repeat 10 times, twice a day. Hams Stretching- lie straight, take the leg up, pull the feet towards yourself, with a elastic tube or normal belt. Repeat 10 times, twice a day. Sports Taping- stretch the tape from both ends and apply on the affected area Contrast Fomentation (Hot and Cold).

Hi lybrate-user, Did you check for cholestrol levels or if you have water retention? I would definitely encourage you to have at least 3 lt water daily and consume less salt. So, avoid foods high in salt. This would include salted nuts, chips, papad, pickle etc.

And one more thing is that I when I come from outstation then there is big pain in my head and then vomiting and after some time I get relief from my head pain if more then I go to doctor then they give me injection and I get relief, they tell me this is due to food those I have eat out of station.
