Requires detailed investigation and examination. Preliminary investigations suggested: hb, tlc, dlc, esr, blood sugar fasting & pp, uric acid vit d urine r/e x-ray of the affected part. Anyway it may be tried sleep on a hard bed with soft bedding on it. Spring beds, folding beds or thick mattress are harmful use no pillow under the head. Do hot fomantation paracetamol 250mg od & sos x 5days. Caldikind plus 1tab od x10. Do neck, back, knee & general exercises. It may have to be further investigated. Do not ignore it. Let it not become beginning of a bigger problem. Make sure that patient is not allergic to any of the medicines that he/she is going to take. If it does not give relief in 4-5days, inform.

For pain take tablet paracetamol 650 mg and get your blood checked for CBC and get an xray done to rule out any arthritis and take physiotherapy treatment

1. Start with Physiotherapy treatment and do regular exercise under Physiotherapist guidance. 2. Take calcium vitamin D 3 and Methylcobalmine supplement for one month minimum 3. Do hot fermentation 4. Wear sports shoes only 5. Don't sit on floor 6. Don't lift heavy things.

Yes all your said symptoms are quite normal during this juncture do not worry but do give hot water fomentation thrice a day for 7 days for 15 minutes duration each time regularly walking is good if not straining too much physically or mentally best wishes.

Keep your leg raised while sitting or lying quadriceps strengthening exercises- quad clenches: lie flat on your back or sit upright on a chair with leg kept horizontally on another surface. Now, tighten the muscle on the front of the thigh by pushing your knee down. You should feel your thigh muscles clench, hold for 3 secs. Repeat 10 times twice a day. Short arcs: lie flat on your back or sit upright with your leg placed horizontally on a flat surface like a chair or bed. Place a rolled up towel under the knee. Pull your toes towards you and clench you thigh muscles. Slowly lift your foot up off the bed until your knee is straight (keep your knee resting on the towel). Hold for 3 secs and slowly lower them on the chair. Repeat 10 times twice a day. Straight leg raise: lie flat on your back. One leg and knee will be straight and other leg should be bent. Pull your toes towards you and tighten/clench the muscle on the front of the thigh, locking your knee straight. Lift your foot up in the air, about 6 inches off the bed. Hold for 3 secs and slowly lower the leg. The knee must remain straight the whole time you are doing this exercise.

Staying healthy involves a wholesome state of being where the mind and body are in perfect sync. A less than properly functioning body can leave you in a state of potential depression after a certain point of time, while a depressive mind can leave you feeling less than stellar where you end up imagining and experiencing pain. The health of your bones and joints is one such area that requires even more care as you start growing older. Wear and tear is just one of the reasons for degeneration while fractures and injuries can lead to a sudden halt of normal functioning of the bones and joints too.

So how can you ensure bone and joint health in the long run? Follow our tips!

  1. Eating Right: Pick calcium rich food like dairy products that have a low fat content, including milk and yogurt. Also, have a daily dose of green, leafy vegetables and plenty of citrus fruit and juices for your fill of calcium. Further, food like eggs and soybeans which have lots of vitamin D can also help in retaining good bone and joint health. Vitamin C rich fruit like watermelon, oranges, squash and tomatoes also help in natural tissue and cartilage repair. And finally, get plenty of vitamin K to retain good bone density for a prolonged period with ingredients like leafy green vegetables, eggs and cheese.
  2. Exercise: This is the key to good bone and joint health. Much like machinery and tools, the bones and joints of your body can also wither with disuse and prolonged inactivity. Make sure that you indulge in exercises like long walks and muscle strengthening exercises which will give your joints and bones good amount of strength as well. Remember to speak with your doctor before you start a new exercise regime so that you avoid anything that may be harmful in case you have any other ailment. Low impact exercises will strengthen the spine, while fat burning and weight loss exercises will ensure that there is less pressure on the knees and lumbar area. Swimming and resistance building exercises can also be practised for these purposes.
  3. Abstinence: A major factor in promoting better bone and joint health is abstinence from all those things that can create problems in the long run, like smoking, drinking excessively and even too much consumption of caffeine and fatty food. All these things can create depletion of the natural bone mass. Also, switching to a lower heel for everyday wear footwear and changing your position during your time at your workstation are a few things that will go a long way.

Calf stretching exercise or heat fermentation with warm water and apply pain relief ointment avoid long sitting 2nd option physiotherapy treatment wax therapy and ultrasonic therapy. Wear sole inside of shoes seems pf.

Most leg pain results from wear and tear, overuse, or injuries in joints or bones or in muscles, ligaments, tendons or other soft tissues. Leg pain can also be caused by blood clots, varicose veins or poor circulation. To relieve mild pain: stay off your leg as much as possible apply an ice pack or bag of frozen peas to the affected area for 15 to 20 minutes three times a day elevate your leg whenever you sit or lie down please go to a physiotherapist if: you have pain during or after walking you have swelling in both legs your pain gets worse your symptoms don't improve after a few days of home treatment you have painful varicose veins leg pain happens when your muscles are tired or dehydrated. Drink more water if you're prone to leg cramps. Also low blood levels of either calcium or magnesium directly cause cramps. Pleas check you calcium and magnesium levels.

Inguinal hernia is protrusion of intra abdominal organs to outside abdomen because of weakness in strength of abdominal wall. This weakness can be because of various reasons, excess of pressure due to weight lifting or straining too much during defecation or straining in urination etc or it may be due to unknown reasons. Prevention is be avoiding constipation or urinary problems, it these occur treatment should be taken without delay, by going for correct excercises and not lifting heavy weight suddenly or beyond one's capacity. Gradual increase in weight is recommended. Other then this if hernia has already occured it has to be treated (operated) without much delay.

Hello sir/mam My question is one of my friends mother is suffering from severe headache and pain in right leg with breathing problem. She is unable to breathe at several time in a day. My friend says she feels like minor attacks in breathing. She consulted many doctors and has done stress tests and ecg and thyroid tests also all came normal. Everyone says its due to some tensn but her mother says she do not have any tension and remains relax and cool. Good to know that her test reports are normal, even if she says that she does not have any tensions, who knows that she may be harboring internal tensions and is good at hiding her emotions, bottled up feelings can be dangerous. Get her enrolled for yoga and meditation classes and please do not remind her about her illness again and again, rather reassure her that there is nothing wrong with her.

Gentle massage over the affected part with lukewarm herbal Pain relieving oil for 20 minutes followed by hot fomentation. it will relax the muscles and the veins of ur affected part improving the blood supply to the organ and giving strength to it. Please avoid over-use of the part affected i.e. lifting weight - pushing or pulling heavy objects. Give proper rest to the part - let it heal with the time. This will greatly help. do hot fermentation and rest avoid strain and do strength exercise in gradually process. if u r unable then tk physiotherapy treatment and strength exercise with physio. keep equal balance on both legs avoid long standing, sitting.
