First of all check your posture when you are lifting any material like heavy bucket. And try to lift the heavy bucket without bending your back. You may lift the bucket after bending your knees only. Hello, is there any history of injury or hurt to the area? any underlying medical condition? can be a bony or muscular pain or due to some other cause. Medication: meantime, take homoeopathic medicines - arnica 200 and rhus tox. 200 - take both of them thrice daily for 1 week. Also, apply schwabe's topi-arnica and topi mp gel on the affected area in circular motions gently thrice a day. Get an x-ray done and rever.

Hello lybrate-user ji Well about the allergic reaction of your friend you should get evaluated with a physician at the nearest place the allergy it self tell you it's due to some allergen so try to find out what elicits the allergic response and try to avoid it ex New soap or perfume May be causing it during bathing or any detergent used to wash the bed sheet or pillow cover So try to avoid allergen to prevent the allergy.
