I think you are suffering form osteoarthritis of knee. If not ever pain please start cycling for your knee. Quadriceps and hamstring strengthening exercise is best for you. Thanks

good morning as you have mentioned your daily program just wanted to know are you doing all these things on a daily basis or you alternate them as cycling with running one day and gyming another day and please tell me are you having enough supplementation such as vitamin calcium proteins after or pre workout I would have suggested you to do back strengthening exercises and stretching exercises prior and post your workout cycling it cell give lot of stress on your back if you are riding for this distance so please distribute your load and start doing stretching exercises or show it to some orthopedician for better evaluation thank you

Apply Hot Fomentation twice daily. Avoid bending in front. Postural Correction- Sit Tall, Walk Tall. Extension Exercises x 15 times x twice daily - lying on tummy, take left arm up for 3 seconds, then bring it down, right arm up for 3 seconds, bring down. Bring right leg up, hold for 3 seconds, bring it down. Then right leg up and hold for 3 seconds and bring it down. Repeat twice a day- 10 times. Bhujang Asana – Lie flat on your stomach, keeping the palms out, bend the neck backward, take a deep breath and while holding it for 6 seconds, raise the chest up. Release breath and relax your body. Repeat the exercise 15 times twice daily. Core Strengthening Exercises- Straight Leg Raised With Toes Turned Outward, repeat 10 times, twice a day. Back Stretching- lie flat, pull one of the knee forward to chest, hold for 3 seconds, then bring the other knee forward to the chest and again hold for 3 seconds. Then pull both knees towards the chest and hold for 3 seconds. Repeat 10 times each exercise twice a day. Do the cat/cow stretch. Get on all fours, with your arms straight and your hands directly under your shoulders; your knees hip-width apart.

Hello Sir, I met with a minor accident couple of months back, my 2 wheeler got skid, I fell on my right shoulder, for couple of weeks I couldn't move my hand and shoulder due to heavy pain, may be a muscle tear. Gradually I started doing exercises like moving the shoulder. I am not able to lift my right hand straight, I met a Ortho Surgeon, he said that I have a frozen shoulder. Can you please help me like what treatment I need to undergo to get rid of frozen shoulder. Please advice.

You have to tie this mixture on your shoulder the way I Will tell you n regular physiotherapy by a experience n expert physiotherapist as medicine isn't treatemnt for frozen shoulder in this whole world.

First of all check your posture when you are lifting any material like heavy bucket. And try to lift the heavy bucket without bending your back. You may lift the bucket after bending your knees only. This will definitely help you. * gentle massage with lukewarm mustard oil of your waist area will also give you relief. * surya namaskar is only exercise which you need to do. * in diet vegetable protein of cereal, b complex supplements and half teaspoon of haldi in a cup of milk for seven days will give you enough relief.

Take physiotherapy treatment must for you and for hand after relief start strength exercise with cuff weight but gradually process. For back after relief start stretching exercise in daily routine and take lumbar belt sit straight and avoid toward bending take break between long travel.

I am 40 years old I have pain in my legs since child hood, I was detected with a hole in my heart at the age of 12 I was given pennidura injections till the age of 16 later on I get doppler test done with ok report Still till date I cannot sleep without blanket till my knees even in june- july I have taken b-complex for a long time even vitamin E capsule also suggested by you to have Thyroid that is also ok pls advice.

Dear lybrate-user, hello, you must start doing general physical exercises under care of a physiotherapist for at least 3 months along with a high nutritiious diet and supportive drugs like multivit and multi mineral containing tonic.

Hi 1) wear comfortable sports shoes 2) make daily routine of exercise 3) rule out calcium and vit d deficiency 4) do proper warm up before exercise and cool down after exercise 5) do stretching of legs do exercise under supervision of skilled physiotherapist.
