Dear lybrate user, hair growth occurs in cycles. Each cycle consists of a long growing phase (anagen), a short transitional phase (catagen) and a short resting phase (telogen). At the end of the resting phase, the hair falls out (exogen) and a new hair starts growing in the follicle beginning the cycle again. Normally, about 40 hairs reach the end of their resting phase each day and fall out. When more than 100 hairs fall out per day, clinical hair loss may occur. Hair loss have many causes such as:- 1) shrinkage of the hair follicles due to the influence of androgenic hormones. 2) under-nutrition of the hair due to fungal infection on the scalp. 3) effects of radio therapy or chemotherapy. 4) nutritional deficiencies. 5) autoimmune diseases. Modes of treatment for hairfall/alopecia includes surgical modes, oral medicine & local external application. The minimum duration of the course of oral medicines & external application is 6 months. You can start the following medications:- 1) take 5 drops of thuja 1000, once in a week. 2) take 5 drops of homoeopathic acid flour 200 every morning before brushing your teeth. 3) take 4 tablets from biochemic kali sulph 6x tablets, thrice daily. Just chew the tablets as those tablets are sweet in taste. 4) take homoeopathic mother tincture jaborandi q, 30 drops, twice daily, after meals, in a cup of water.

I think your operation is not done only fluid is removed, which will collect again. Get an operation done by a surgeon.

First of all, you have too many myths about your health. Calm down a bit. Now, baking soda won't increase your weight. I am listing down some very basic tips for weight gain for you. Please follow it religiously, if you are serious about weight gain. Start exercising. If you’re a beginner, focus on bodyweight exercises like push up, pull up and squat.  The basic push up and chin up are invaluable exercises you can do with very little equipment. Increase their difficulty by adding reps or affixing weights to your legs. Consume a balanced diet. It's important to eat big meals to fuel muscle growth while you're training. You’ll need to eat healthy, whole foods that will nourish and restore your muscles. Consume all types of fruits, vegetables, grains, oils and dairy products. Take adequate rest. Many people take this step lightly, but it's absolutely essential when it comes to gain strength. That means you won't be able to work out as hard or lift as much as you otherwise would, not to mention you'll be more prone to injury if you're feeling sleepy. Get at least 7-8 hours of sleep per night, possibly more depending on your individual needs, during heavy workout periods. Increase protein intake. Protein proves to be the most essential nutrient when it comes down to gaining strength or building muscle. Therefore, consume all types of protein from both veg and non veg food items. Chicken breast, egg whites, fish, pulses provide you all the protein you need without containing any unnecessary fat. Focus on compound movements. Compound movements are those which engages more than one muscle group. Exercises like bench press, squat, dead lift are great examples of compound exercises to gain strength quickly. Lift heavy. If your main aim is to gain strength, you’ll need to lift heavy weights in the gym and thus, lower the repetitions of your sets. Moderate-rep sets are important when training for muscle size. However, to build strength, you're going to have to train with heavier weights, meaning you'll do fewer reps. Limit cardio to once or twice per week. Cardio exercises like running, swimming, and biking are great ways to keep your endurance good and your circulation healthy. However, they aren't the best exercises you can do if your goal is to gain strength. Weight training requires loads of energy, and if yours has already been used up by a long run or bike ride, you won't have enough left over to give weight training your best shot. Limit cardio to once or twice per week so your energy reserves are ready to expend on building strength.

Hi lybrate-user for increasing body weight, start eating more chapatis and rice with ghee or butter. Take creamed milk upto 400 ml daily. Eat fresh fruits and vegetables, take pulses and pulses products. You can eat homemade fried foods but avoid eating from the market. If you eat non-veg then eat 2 to 3 pcs. Of egg or fish thrice a week. Also take 4 to 6 pcs. Of almonds or cashew nuts or some raisins. Must take exercise daily as it helps in better absorption of food and also increases your satiety.

It could be due to gastritis/Hyper acidity 1. Take bland diet, Avoid foods which cause acidity like spicy, oily, fatty and junk foods, onion, garlic, citrus fruit like orange grape, lemon, tomato, cucumber, raddish, vinegar, pickle etc 2. Have proper Breakfast, Don’t skip or postpone your meal, Take home made food, Avoid food and water from outside, 3. Eat food slowly, don’t rush, take smaller meals at frequent intervals like 5-6 meals per day, and don't overeat. Limit fluid intake during meal4. Drink plenty of water (8-10 glass daily). Take your meal regularly and timely. Avoid fasting, Don’t skip your breakfast. 5. Avoid excess tea or coffee, carbonated drinks if you are having,6. Avoid stress, have adequate rest, sleep for 7-8 hours daily in night, go for regular exercise, practice yoga/meditation 7. Take one tablet of pan40 in the morning before breakfast daily for few days. 8. Consult Gastro enterologist for further advice for further advice.

Kindly show me a photograph of the affected part. Rule out diabetes & vit. D deficiency or any other metabolic disorder. Sleep on a hard bed with soft bedding on it. Spring beds, folding beds or thick matress are harmful use no pillow under the head. Do hot fomantation. Paracetamol 250mg od & sos x 5days. Caldikind plus 1tab od x10. Do neck, back, knee & general exercises. It may have to be further investigated. You will need other supportive medicines also. Make sure you are not allergic to any of the medicines you are going to take. If it does not give relief in 4-5days, contact me again. Do not ignore. It could be beginning of a serious problem.

First of all you should take rest for 1-2 days so that your body can fight with underlying infection with its full immunity and start the below medication:- take gelesemium 200, twice daily. Take eupatrium perf 200, 5 drops thrice daily. Take antifebrinum 3x, 2 tabs, thrice daily. Take alfavena malt, 1 tsf, thrice daily. Drink lots of water and take light homemade food like dalia and khichdi, avoid oily, spicy, fried, junk and cold drinks. If fever does not goes then go for a set of blood tests.
