Since you are suffering for last 4 years, You may be having Gastric ulcer or GERd (gastro oesophageal reflux disease. I advice you to do an upper GI endoscopy after consulting gastro enterologist and follow the advice and treatment 1. Take bland diet, Avoid foods which cause acidity like spicy, oily, fatty and junk foods, onion, garlic, citrus fruit like orange grape, lemon, tomato, cucumber, raddish, vinegar, pickle etc 2. Have proper Breakfast, Don’t skip or postpone your meal, Take home made food, Avoid food and water from outside, 3. Eat food slowly, don’t rush, take smaller meals at frequent intervals like 5-6 meals per day, and don't overeat. Limit fluid intake during meal4. Drink plenty of water (8-10 glass daily). Take your meal regularly and timely. Avoid fasting, Don’t skip your breakfast. 5. Stop smoking, consumption of alcohol and tobacco, excess tea or coffee, carbonated drinks if you are having,6. Avoid stress, have adequate rest, sleep for 7-8 hours daily in night, go for regular exercise, practice yoga/meditation.

I am suffering from knee pain from last 2 days and when I start walking it gets more.
Knee pain is a common complaint that affects people of all ages. Knee pain may be the result of an injury or some other medical conditions including arthritis, patellar tendinitis, acl injury, knee bursitis, torn meniscus, gout and infections. Try some home remedies for your pain- - ice is useful for the control of pain and swelling. It can be applied to the knee for 15 to 20 minutes as often as every two to four hours. The swollen knee should be elevated above the level of the heart while icing. -activities that cause pain should be avoided temporarily. -if the knee is swollen or sore, the following positions and activities should be avoided until knee pain and swelling resolve: squatting kneeling twisting and pivoting jogging aerobics, dancing playing sport specific exercises will help you improve range of motion, strength, and endurance. It is especially important to focus on strengthening and stretching your quadriceps since these muscles are the main stabilizers of your kneecap. Core exercises may also be recommended to strengthen the muscles in your abdomen and lower back. Also maintaining a healthy body weight to avoid overstressing your knees are very important. -a full history of your problem should be taken and your movements assessed by a physiotherapist. Apply hot fomentation twice daily. Avoid bending in front. Postural correction- sit tall, walk tall. Extension exercises x 15 times x twice daily - lying on tummy, take left arm up for 3 seconds, then bring it down, right arm up for 3 seconds, bring down. Bring right leg up, hold for 3 seconds, bring it down. Then right leg up and hold for 3 seconds and bring it down. Repeat twice a day- 10 times. Bhujang asana -- lie flat on your stomach, keeping the palms out, bend the neck backward, take a deep breath and while holding it for 6 seconds, raise the chest up. Release breath and relax your body. Repeat the exercise 15 times twice daily. Core strengthening exercises- straight leg raised with toes turned outward, repeat 10 times, twice a day. Piriformis stretch 1. Lie on your back. 2. Cross your left leg over your right so that your left ankle rests on your right knee. 3. Use your hands to grab hold of your left knee and pull it gently toward the opposite shoulder. 4. Hold for 15 to 30 seconds. 5. Relax, and then repeat with the other leg. 6. Repeat this cycle 2 to 4 times.

Hello since its diagnosed as a osteoarthritis (oa) of knee, the physiotherapy treatment will depend upon the stage of oa. I am suffering from neck and upper back pain since an year. I am also suffering from right hip pain and pain in both lower legs. Pain from knees to feet in my both legs. It hurts in my calf muscle regions while walking. I consulted neurologist one year ago. He suggested for MRI. The report says that" no significant abnormality detected" But screening of cervical spine shows that" minimal posterior disc protrusion noted at c5-6 with mild anterior thecal sac indentation" It also shows that "schmorl's nodes noted in few lower dorsal vertebra" He prescribed medicines and I'm having them. But the result is not up to the mark. Respected Doctor "Please tell me is my disc protrusion problem responsible for my right hip and both lower legs pain? And also do tell me how to overcome this neck, upper back, right hip and both lower leg pain. My blood respond x- ray of right hip both lower leg s are normal. My height is 5-10. Weight is 75. Hi Doc, I m a 35years old male without a job, married and have 3 kids. I am very much worried with my weight. My height is 5feet 9inches and I weigh approximately 120kgs. I have gone thru the material ober tje internet flowing like flood but tjey all say me to either jog or run on treadmill about an hour or so. I can not really jog or run or neither walk briskly (due to excess weight I suppose). I am happy to walk slowly and gradually increase the speed of my steps. So, here comes the question how can I steadily reduce my weight and melt this excess fat on my body? Would you recommend any plan of action for me to achieve my target goal of 85kgs or less than 90kgs at least? Would you also let me know to follow any home remedies? I know about honey lemon and luke warm water. Apart from that if any wud you recommend me to get thru this tough time that will be really helpful and appreciable. Anticipate a quicker reply as I can not weight to lose weight. Note: I have a knee joint pain at the moment so can not run or jogg. These are usually due to deficiency of vitamins, magnesium & poassium If she is not diabetic she can take fruits containing above elements Try coconut water, pineapple, pomegranate, avocados.

For blood pressure: walk for 45 minutes daily, switch to sendha namak and strictly avoid iodized salt. Iodized salt is banned in 20 countries because it is one of the main reason of impotency and abnormal blood pressure. Iodine is mainly deprived from all pulses and vegetables grown beneath earth like onion, potato, radish, carrot, yams. In low bp drink luke warm water with 1/2 tea spoon sendha namak in morning (1 month. In high bp bath with salt water (sendha namak). Put 25 grams sendha namak in 1 bucket water and bath with it, do not put that water on your head. After the bath do not wipe your body with towel for 15 minutes, within 15-20 days high bp will be ok. For knee pain: take 5 to 7 leaves of parizaad tree (harsinghaar) grind it into a paste, now put that paste to boil in 100ml water and keep boiling until the water comes to half, now drink that like a tea for not more than 15 days. Never consume refined or double refined oil. Mustard, olive or cow ghee only. For swelling please consult with more details.

Calf stretches standing calf stretch stand away from a wall and put your fight foot behind you and be sure your toes are facing forward. Lean forward at the ankle while bending the right knee and keeping your heel on the ground. Hold this for 30 to 60 seconds. Repeat 10 times a twice a day.

This is a general low back ache and for this you can follow these measures: one keep a pillow right under the knee while sleeping, next is you can keep ice in the painful area for about 5--10 minutes, if pain still persists you can stretch your body by twisting the waist on both sides how we used to do in the school drill similarly you can try which will help you relax as well will reduce the pain. It might be due to gastric trouble. Kindly do breathing exercises which might help you to get reduced with pain in the back.
