Extension Exercises x 15 times x twice daily - lying on tummy, take left arm up for 3 seconds, then bring it down, right arm up for 3 seconds, bring down. Bring right leg up, hold for 3 seconds, bring it down. Then right leg up and hold for 3 seconds and bring it down. Repeat twice a day- 10 times.

I had an accident last year i. E. 14 months back wherein my right knee become weak and after mri scanning doc advised not to put weight on knee for 3 months. Subsequently only after 3 months I was advised to walk normally. Now after 14 months I feel the bones inside are rubbing while walking or doing exercises. What precautions I must take and what can be the remedy for this.

I can understand that its tough to do your daily chores living with pain. Try changing your posture when sitting for long periods, take a break and do stretching exercises when sitting for long time. Also hot and cold fermentation can help. Back pain and leg pain can be due to many causes. Hope you feel better.

Knee Pain: As arthritis is very common that you get generally bilaterally. Ice therapy would definitely help to reduce the inflammation. We also advise you to use knee cap which would help to prevent the knee from damaging further and also to maintain the quadriceps muscle tone. You can take Ultrasonic therapy in one of the nearby physiotherapy clinics which would help to heal the damaged cartilages along with shortwave diathermy which would help to improve the blood circulation. Simple Knee Exercises Specific knee exercises will also help ie. Keeping ball underneath the knee and keep pressing it. That's the simple exercise which will help you to strengthen the knee Ice therapy would definitely help to reduce the inflammation. We also advise you to use knee cap which would help to prevent the knee from damaging further and also to maintain the quadriceps muscle tone. I have pain on my right shoulder intermittently. Especially when I carry weight on that side or do checking of books for few hours. I got dry needling done for the same. That has given me relief but mild pain is there on and off on doing these activities. Please guide, so that it goes away completely. Thanks.
