Your loss is understandable. It is going to take some time before you get back to life again. It seems that you are finding it difficult to get through it. Though there is no full proof formula for going through it, you may follow some suggestions. Never stay alone, be with friends that make you laugh and make you happy, avoid friends that weep with you, pursue your hobbies, lure yourself by watching your favourite movies with friends, going on vacations with family etc. Avoid finding refuge in harmful ways of coping like drinking, smoking, crying out aloud, finding temporary partners for a fling etc. That does more harm than good. If you still feel unable to cope up, consult a therapist or a psychiatrist for counselling and help.

Try eating in small quantity and pamper self with your favourite stuff. You are fine. New day new hope new thinking new changes n new you. Smile.

It is quite natural that every wives should expect her husband to spend time for her. It is the duty of husband to satisfy her. If he is busy on all weekdays ask him to free from work pressure on weekends. Spend time with him on weekends. Try to talk to him when he finds himself free about the expectations of yours.

Dear Shubham , academic results depend not only on how much you work hard but also on 'How you work. It is not so much about the number of hours you put in, it is more about how well you understand what you are studying. Stop comparing yourself to others. Also, you must practice to write answers to questions related to the topic that you have prepared. Attempting previous years' question papers helps build your confidence in the topics you have studied and also enhances your speed of solving the paper. You will be able to cover up your backs if you focus more on how you are studying.

Smoking addiction is treatable condition. But, it can only be attempted when you beloved family member is motivated. Elaboration about the side-effects of smoking should help in this regard. To start with, he/she can attempt to decrease the amount of use by himself/herself. Your psychiatrist will help you subsequently.

It is not in the body but very much in the mind. I suppose you have not been to counseling in conjunction with the medication. This is a must because you will develop some skills and tools to cope with life? s challenges and stresses and those will equip you to face them with gumption. Apart from this you need to do regular exercise, sleep well and eat a healthy diet. These will together build your constitution to handle pressure better than most. A prayerful life and strong faith will go a long way to know that you are never alone, even in the remotest of places. It will also help for you to attend a personality development course and some social groups and involve yourself in their activities. The counselor will help you handle emotions which are extremely important to your recovery.

Strategies for Remembering 1. Become interested in what you're learning. We're all better remembering what interests us. Few people, for example, have a difficult time remembering the names of people they find attractive. If you're not intrinsically interested in what you're learning or trying to remember, you must find a way to become so. 2. Find a way to leverage your visual memory. You'll be surprised by how much more this will enable you to remember. For example, imagine you're at a party and are introduced to five people in quick succession. How can you quickly memorize their names? Pick out a single defining visual characteristic of each person and connect it to a visual representation of their name, preferably through an action of some kind. Remember: Memory is predominantly visual. 3. Create a mental memory tree. If you're trying to memorize a large number of facts, find a way to relate them in your mind visually with a memory tree. Construct big branches first, then leaves. Branches and leaves should carry labels that are personally meaningful to you in some way, and the organization of the facts ("leaves") should be logical.. 4. Associate what you're trying to learn with what you already know. It seems the more mental connections we have to a piece of information, the more successful we'll be in remembering it. This is why using mnemonics. Write out the items to be memorized over and over and over. 5. When reading for retention, summarize each paragraph in the margin. This requires you to think about what you're reading, recycle it, and teach it to yourself again. Even take the concepts you're learning and reason forward with them; apply them to imagined novel situations, which creates more neural connections to reinforce the memory. 6. Do most of your studying in the afternoon. Though you may identify yourself as a "morning person" or "evening person" at least one Study. suggests your ability to memorize isn't influenced as much by what time of day you perceive yourself to be most alert but by the time of day you actually study—afternoon appearing to be the best. 7. Get adequate sleep to consolidate and retain memories. Not just at night after you've studied but the day, you study as well. Far better to do this than to stay up cramming all night for an exam.
