Dear lybrate-user, use below medicines: 1. Ashwagandha Capsule (Himalaya company)- 1 capsule twice daily 30 minutes after food with lukewarm milk. 2. Shallaki capsule (Himalaya company)- 1 capsule twice daily 30 minutes after food with lukewarm milk. 3. This back pain is due to no back exercise. Due to this muscle get stiff. When suddenly you get move fast that time this stiff muscle get break and pain start. In ayurved there is mentioned one procedure KATI BASTI .DO THIS FOR FIVE DAYS WITH MEDICATED OIL if you want to do it you should do it under doctor observation. So consult ayurvedic doctor near you. Hi sir! as she had undergone an open heart surgery (cabg) recently, cough, constipation and chest cage pain are the routine complaints, she must have given spirometer for improving her lung capacity, that she must do few times after every 20 to 30 min, once her lungs are back to the normal capacity cough will disappear. Please make sure that she is taking all her medication without fail, for her back pain bed rest is neccessary also after sometime she can go for physiotherapy, which will help her to be pain free in a systematic way in the long run. In case of emergency she can use mild pain killer, also she must keep her sugars and bp under good control.

Hello, take homoeopathic medicines 1. Rhus tox 30 (4 drops in little water) thrice a day for a week. 2. Kalmia latifolia 30 (4 drops in little water) thrice a day for a week and revert. Keep a gap of 15 - 20 minutes in both the medicines.

Hello apply prasarini oil or pranacharya restopain oil on your affected part and give hot water fomentation .take yograj guggul and agni tundi vati after lunch and dinner with warm water. Take maha rasnadi kwath 2-2 tsf twice a day. Take pranacharya vatari capsule and syrup twice a day. Avoid fermented food. Junk food.

I am a 50 year old lady. Recently I fhave started to feel tired in my legs and feet randomly, my feet ache and I feel like stretching my legs and twisting feet. Identify the mid point between the ankle bone and tendons and give pressure with a blunt edge on either side of your foot for 2 minutes. Also give pressure in the web between 2nd and 3rd finger from your toe for 2 minutes. Finally give a good massage for both feet in hot water. Consult after 5 days.

Calf Stretches Standing calf stretch Stand away from a wall and.put your fight foot behind you and be sure your toes are facing forward. Lean forward at the ankle while bending the right knee and keeping your heel on the ground. Hold this for 30 to 60 seconds. Repeat 10 times a twice a day. Downward dog yoga stretch Get down on all fours with your hands under your shoulders on the floor. Walk your hands forward slightly on the floor. Spread your fingers apart to allow for a broad base of support. Push your hips up toward the ceiling and tighten your abdominal muscles. Keep your heels on the ground and gently try and straighten your knees. Repeat 10 times a twice a day. Wall calf stretch Stand about two feet away from a wall. Place the ball of your right foot against the wall while your heel remains on the ground. Slowly and gently lean into the wall while keeping your knee straight. Hold this for 5 seconds. Repeat 10 times twice a day. Downward dog yoga stretch Get down on all fours with your hands under your shoulders on the floor. Walk your hands forward slightly on the floor. Spread your fingers apart to allow for a broad base of support. Push your hips up toward the ceiling and tighten your abdominal muscles. Keep your heels on the ground and gently try and straighten your knees. Hold this for the 5 seconds. Repeat 10 times twice a day.

Common causes of back pain are bad posture, injury to back during certain activities and lack of exercise. You should try some physiotherapy and learn about proper posture. Follow office ergonomics. Control weight and do regular back strengthening exercises. If pain persists then you need to visit a spine aurgeon for complete clinical evaluation.

Hi thanks for your query and welcome to lybrate. Your knee pain could be due to certain reasons but common ones are chondromalacia, pain due to knee instability, inflammation etc. If there is no history of any injury, and no s/s of inflammation or infection like swelling, skin redness or local warmth on touching, then I will like to advise you for conservative management initially in form of: - intensive physical therapy with focus on strengthening of quadriceps and stretching of other group of muscles - gentle anti inflammatory medications like tab etoshine or tab paracetamol can be taken in small doses for 5-7 days - adequate calcium and vitamin d supplementation as per requirement - ice packs at home for 3-4 times in a day and see how it goes for around 2 weeks time. If your condition does not improve, then we will have to get certain investigations done. Do not hesitate to contact me if you need any further assistance. You can also discuss your case and treatment plans with me in a greater detail in a private consultation.

I am 27 yrs old man and weight around 80 kg. I have an issue that whenever I wake up in the morning there is pain in toes of my foot and I cannot put load of my body on them but this pain soon disappears after 2 to 3 minutes upon walking and the same problem persist if I sit for about an hour at any time during the day also.
