Use sunscreen of herbal contents. Moreover stop using chemical cosmetics. Apply fuller's earth while washing instead of soap. On drying, wash with cold water. Apply raw milk and pure kesar dissolved in it and a pinch of'varnya' herb combos such as daruhridra, haridra, chandan, raktachandan, chhadchhadila etc. For getting combo pl consult.

Aish is my daughter of age 11 years and she is suffering from chickenpox from last two days I am taking all preventive measures of hygiene. She is complaining of irritation in the pimps. Can I apply some kind of lotion or ointment for soothing her itchiness. Sometimes during changing clothes the pimps gets rubbed up and burst splashing out some kind of liquid. What should I do? Hello lybrate-user, the boils in chicken pox are always filled with a liquid. The less she scratches them, the better it will be for her. You can apply venusia soft lotion all over her body for a week till the chicken pox goes away. This lotion has got properties to reduce itching. Besides that she also requires antivirus tablets and antipyretic tablets for her chicken pox. I hope this will be helpful for her. Good luck and get well soon.

Stress is very subjective and if you use it properly you ll succeed. Start following your own self study time table with a difficult stuff on a priority. It would give you an organized day and help in your studies. Start yoga and meditation. Read novels. Cultivate your hobbies but for a brief time since its 10th now. Group discussion would b helpful too. And bottomline your study should b your priority now all the best!

If you want to gain weight, then I would recommend you a easy diet plan, Do some exercise also, it will help you to gain weight. No needs to take any supplement. Diet Plan: 1. MORNING: banana shake (2 bananas and 1 glass of milk) sprouts Brown Bread with 2 eggs Or paneer stuffed paratha 2. LUNCH: 1 soup bowl of dal 1 small size bowl of green veg 1 small plate of rice 3 to 4 phulka paneer 100 to 150 gm in day time 3. LATE AFTERNOON: 1 fruit and coffee with 4 cookies 4. DINNER: 1 soup bowl of dal 1 small size of bowl green veg 3 to 4 phulka paneer 100 to 150 gm 5. LATE NIGHT: 1 glass of milk improves your water intake.

If you are having insomnia than don't worry first you have to do life style modification so first avoid all tensions and problem, for tensions you have to do meditation and eat fresh fruits, green vegetables, avoid junk and spicy food, don't take tea and coffee, take lot of water and do exercise and morning walk in fresh air.

Please note the followings in respect to your queries: Banana and Milk -- Bananas are full of calories and contain high amount of carbohydrates and potassium that give you instant energy. You are a growing up boy who needs more proteins, carbs, minerals and vitamins, take a healthy diet rich in calcium like milk, curd, eggs, soy, pulses, few nuts. You feel it is heart pain and my opinion is this is part of generalized pain, if worried about heart, get basic tests done like ecg, halter, blood sugar. Get back here with reports.
