Hi, you should take plenty of water daily use little ghee or any other sort of oil in preparing food if you do not have any other health issues. Take alovera juice everyday internally and apply externally on the skin use some oil preferably coconut oil before taking bath all over the body. Or apply milk malay. Use some moisturiser while going outside.

First of all you should confirm it by blood test dengue igg test and it can treat by only hydration of your body. When fever will subside then have following remedies to decrease weakness amala juice 4 tsp + 2tsp sugar + 2tsp honey in the morning empty stomach.

Eat more fibrous carbohydrate and protein rich foods like oats, brown rice, sprouts, pulses, grams, soya beans, sweet potatoes, broccoli etc and also use coconut oil for cooking. Drink more coconut water. Eat whole fruits and not fruit juice.

Dark circles are because of lack of nutrients....sleep and weakness...so take proper nutrients and drink plenty of juices and sleep for atleast 7 hours a day...drink 7-8 glasses of water every day.

Hye, thanks for the query. Being underweight can be a concern if it's the result of poor nutrition. Here are some healthy ways to gain weight when you're underweight: eat more frequently. When you're underweight, you may feel full faster. Eat five to six smaller meals during the day rather than two or three large meals. Choose nutrient-rich foods. As part of an overall healthy diet, choose whole-grain breads, rice and cereals; fruits and vegetables; dairy products; lean protein sources; and nuts. Don't fill up on diet soda, coffee and other drinks with few calories and little nutritional value. Instead, drink smoothies or healthy shakes. Snack on nuts, dried fruits and fresh fruits. Even when you're underweight, be mindful of excess sugar and fat. An occasional slice of cake or ice cream is fine. But most sweets should be healthy and provide nutrients in addition to calories. Sheera, lassi and chikki are good choices. Exercise, especially strength training, can help you gain weight by building up your muscles. Exercise may also stimulate your appetite.

Although being a homoeopath I can certainly recommend you come very effective medicines for sugar control but I think that if your sugar levels are between 130-170 then what I the need for shifting to some other pathy. If your need is to take medicine for diabetic free from any side effects in the long run and dose of medicine does not increase with time then homoeopathy is the answer but one thing I must say you, that in the start of treatment we will slowly increase the homoeopathic medicine and slowly decrease allopathic medicine from your system and it can be quite time consuming. Our mind could be wired to switch back to positive things and resilience building. When things does not happen as we wish or people do not behave as we expect that is when out of disappointment, frustration, loneliness, anger, sadness. Etc we react and our mind starts thinking negative thoughts. Changing this pattern of responding to stressful situation requires both persistence and patience. Also you will only be able to work on this out of love and kindness towards you. Strong motivation will go a long way. Writing a statement about how would you want to respond in a similar situation and how will your life and your happiness will change if you do learn to manage your stress and how to respond to it. Once that is clear. Try following things to learn relaxation response which leads to better coping mechanism on a daily basis. To begin with doing guided progressive muscular relaxation before sleeping will help you relax. You could google and download an audio file. Blackheads are typically caused by the overproduction of oil, which tends to occur when a person reaches puberty.
