You should follow following diet to control hypothyroidism. You should avoid fried food and reduce your intake of fats such as butter, ghee, red meat. You want to avoid excess amount of suger because it is a lot of calories but no nutrient. In hypothyroidism you should eat cabbage, cauliflower, broccoli in small amounts. Reduce salt in your diet. You take fiber food in small amounts.

You can give but infection need to cured by a culture and proper antibiotic. Honey is not a treatment.

Hello, she needs to stop ipill completely and has to be placed on low dose oc-pills fro next 3-6 cycles to regularise the cycles again and it shall add up as contraceptive as well.

Hello, Try these simple home remedies to prevent hair fall: ALOE VERA: To reduce pitta and preserve the health of your hair, drink Aloe Vera juice (⅓ cup preferably with a pinch of cumin) 3 times a day for about 3 months. You can also scrape out the gel from an aloe plant with a spoon, and apply to your hair and scalp (and face too). ONION PASTE: Onion paste helps you cleanse your scalp and increases hair growth. You just need to add onions in the mixer and prepare a paste. Apply the paste on your scalp. Leave it for 20 minutes and rinse with water. GUAVA LEAVES: Add guava leaves to hot water and boil it for a few minutes till the time the water turns black. Using cotton, apply the solution on your scalp. Repeat this process two to three times in a week. AMLA JUICE: Amla does wonders to the hair and is one of the best cures for baldness. Take equal portions of fresh Amla juice and Lemon juice and apply the mixture on your scalp. Leave it on for 30 minutes and rinse off. COCONUT and ALMOND MILK: Take 5-10 almonds and blend them with appropriate amount of tender coconut malai. Apply this nourishing hair pack to provide Vitamin E and many other nutrients to your hair. HONEY and EGG YOLK: Mix honey and egg yolk together and massage on your scalp for 30 minutes. Egg yolk will help stimulate hair growth. APPLE CIDER VINEGAR: Mix one part of apple cider vinegar in one part of water. Apply the mixture on your scalp, massage gently and leave on for 5 minutes before washing off with a mild cleanser.

Eat green veg. More fiber foods. Avoid fatty foods,junk foos,oily meal, drink plenty of water.take digestive meal . Syp. Aristozyme 10 ml thrice a day. Take tab. Charcol at night. Syp . Livoluk 10 ml at night. tests for constipation..Examination of the rectum and lower, or sigmoid, colon (sigmoidoscopy) Examination of the rectum and entire colon (colonoscopy). An X-ray of the rectum during defecation (defecography). Avoid smoking/alcohol if you take.

Hello lybrate-user hair is made up of a protein called keratin that is produced in hair follicles in the outer layer of the skin. An average adult head loses upto 100 hairs per day. Finding a few stray of hairs on your hairbrush is not necessarily cause for alarm. There are many types of hair loss/ alopecia. Diet for hair care:--> essential fatty acids- esp. Omega -3 (salmon, tuna, mackerel and other fatty fish; walnuts and almonds) vitamins:- b6- (banana, potato, spinach) b12- (meat, chicken, fish, dairy products) folic acid- (fresh fruits, vegetables) protein:-- fish, chicken, eggs, soy products) trace minerals like zinc, magnesium and biotin are important so its better to take a multivitamin. Take homeopathy medicines oils and shampoos for more help.

Hello, first of all you should start taking a healthy and balanced diet. Hair fall is a result of any deficiency of any essential nutrient. *eat colourful fruits and green leafy vegetables. *include more protien rich supplements to your diet. *take phosphorus 200, 5 drops, morning empty stomach, once in week. *wiesbaden 200, 5 drops, daily morning empty stomach. *apply arnica hair growth oil (b &t) on your hair and scalp, thrice in a week. *wash hair with arnica montana herbal shampoo (sbl) *drink minimum 10 glasses of water per day. *take 10 ml amla juice mixed with half cup of water, daily morning. Use this home remedy also to prevent hair loss:- *triphala is the boon for dead cells of the scalp; it works to recover all the problem related to damaged and graying of hair. Take a teaspoon of triphala powder with water before sleeping. You will get rid from white hair as well as hair fall. *onion is also an effective home treatment for hair loss and premature graying. The juice of onion helps in preventing premature graying, hair loss and baldness. Apply or massage the onion juice on you scalp to get rid from gray hair. You can use it every night before go to bed and leave overnight. It is also helps to hair growth.

Just lybrate-user. Sometimes itis genetical or pathological. Genetical means, heridetory like illness comes from father or mother or from family member. Pathological means like dandruff damage scalp and hair root, or like few medicines can have illeffect over here as it root or by unhygienic conditions. Or by stress, strain, tention, harmonal illness. Apply vata jatadi tail over hair roots. And wash your hairs with ayurvedic shampoo, present in all ayurvrdic medical stores. Thank you.

Hi, if you have pain for more than 2 months, it's not a symptom any more but chronic pain disease. Important is to put diagnosis about pain generator (source of pain, if it from spine (disc, facet joints, nerve) then get the help of specialist such as interventional pain specialist or orthopedician in your city, but if it is due to muscular spasm still i'd advise to take from specialist for some medicine prescription and physiotherapy if that deemed necessary.

Most of available green tea is not okay to drink, avoid green tea, also please remember that many of fitness programs of gyms are monetarily motivated and thus not necessarily healthy but can do harm as stomach problems, or weakness. So best is to make natural foods like vegetables, fruits and cow's milk as your daily habits instead of artificial supplements of gyms. Personally I also strongly suggest you to avoid non-vegetarian foods which are scientifically proved not natural on human body but do greater harm than good in the long run.
