Hi thanks for your query and welcome to lybrate. I am dr akshay from fortis hospital, new delhi. This kind of pain is usually due to inflammation of your heel fascia. It is chronic pain which get aggravated especially when you walk more and is better with rest. Treatment modalities are aimed at relieving inflammation of the fascia, like ice packs, physical therapy, footwear modification and anti-inflammatory therapy. I am 32 years old, still not get married. I am having backache pain also stamina will be very less.

This could be due to lumbar spondylosis. Rule out diabetes & vit. D deficiency or any other metabolic disorder. Sleep on a hard bed with soft bedding on it. Use no pillow under the head. Paracetamol 250mg od & sos any way take caldikind plus (mankind) 1tab odx10days x 5days do back (spine) exercises contact me again if need be. Make sure you are not allergic to any of the medicines you are going to take you may have to use lumbosacral support for some time. Avoid painful act/activities. Take medicines as prescribed it may have to be further investigated.

Kidney stones, also called renal calculi, are solid concretions (crystal aggregations) of dissolved minerals in urine; calculi typically form inside the kidneys or bladder. The terms nephrolithiasis and urolithiasis refer to the presence of calculi in the kidneys and urinary tract, respectively. Renal stone or calculus or lithiasis is one of the most common diseases of the urinary tract. It occurs more frequently in men than in women and in whites than in blacks. It is rare in children. It shows a familial predisposition. Urinary calculus is a stone-like body composed of urinary salts bound together by a colloid matrix of organic materials. It consists of a nucleus around which concentric layers of urinary salts are deposited. Renal calculi can vary in size from as small as grains of sand to as large as a golf ball. Most calculi originate within the kidney and proceed distally, creating various degrees of urinary obstruction as they become lodged in narrow areas, including the ureteropelvic junction, pelvic brim, and ureterovesical junction. Location and quality of pain are related to position of the stone within the urinary tract. Severity of pain is related to the degree of obstruction, presence of ureteral spasm, and presence of any associated infection. In allopathy, there is no known treatment for kidney stones or renal calculi except surgery. On the one hand, getting a surgery involves a lot of emotional and physical suffering. At the same time, it is costly also and sets you back quite a bit. The other disadvantage is that while the stones are removed using the surgical option, there is no way one can be sure that the stones will not form again. In the homeopathic system of medicine, one can easily remove the kidney stones naturally with simple homeopathic medicines. Simple ways to improve posture and reduce risk of chronic back aches

1. Keep tummy muscles tight but don't hold your breath.
2. Keep the shoulders back and down. Avoid rounding shoulders forward and slouching especially when sitting for prolong periods using laptops or computers.
3. Try to stretch every 30 minutes by backward bending back for 30 seconds in standing or sitting.
4. Seek help from a friend or family member who can reinforce your habit and remind when you go to the poor posture mode.
5. Learn specific exercise to strengthen back and abdominal muscles and above all stay active and fit!

I am working in 20 degrees temperature throughout the year in day time for 8 hours average. I have esonophile of 5.7.i always feel that my hand and feet are internally collapse. So what prevention and change I should obey to avoid any kind of health related issues from the above situation.

20 degrees is pretty low temperature. I hope you do not have to face an air draft at your work place. You should take a hot bath in the morning. During the bath you should splash hot water on your eyes and forehead. You should wear thick socks and a muffler or a fur cap or a monkey cap to protect your head.

Lybrate-user ji. Looking to your prblm. Your weight is much more than wht you should have according to your height. You can hv a maximum wt of 74 kg. So try nd reduce your wt by 18-19 kgs. You may also b hving some arthritis due to your age. As cartilage of your knee must b damaged. Nd to rejuvunate it you need to take some medicines. For that you need to consult me privately. Nd yes as far as possible do not use staircase till you reduce your wt to 74 kg. Do not bend your knee for more than 90 degree. I mean stop using indian toilets nd use western toilets. Use dining table for taking lunch or dinner. I mean do not sit on the floor.

Advice…. Hot Fomentation x twice daily. Avoid bending in front. Postural Correction. Sit Tall, Walk Tall. Extension Exercises x twice daily. Bhujang Asana x twice daily. Back Stretching.

So basically back ex, abdominal strengthening, general conditioning, posture care, daily brisk walks all can be done, but no exercise should be done which increases your pain. Hello lybrate user leg pain due to improper footwear can easily corrected by physiotherapy treatment. There could be muscle stiffness due incorrect position of leg while jogging. After that regular exercises of leg, ankle, foot for one month.
