I am a 26 years old male, I am struggling with over weight, so what can I do? Please advise.

Do exercise daily in the morning, walk daily at night after dinner for an hour and never take water in between meals. Avoid potatoes, rice, sugar, dry fruits, fruit juices, creamed milk, fried foods, junk foods. Take small and frequent meals. Take salad with your every main diet (breakfast, lunch and dinner).

I'm having problem in masturbating, ejaculation is very less in quantity. Why is this happening?

Ejaculation fluid is a combination of secretions of many glands and does not necessarily mean a problem. Repeated masturbation in short intervals can be a possible reason for less ejaculation fluid.

Hello, duchenne muscular dystrophy is x linked recessive disorder. Which means female can be carrier of the disease but remain unaffected from the disease & can pass on the disease to their son. Unfortunately there is no effective treatment for the condition. As far as diagnostic tests are concerned raised C kinase level in blood indicates Muscular dystrophy. Deficiency of dystrophy protein also indicates DMD. You can also go for muscle biopsy hopefully it clears you doubt.

1. Do regular exercise for 30 minutes daily like brisk walking 2. Reduce weight if overweight 3control diet a) avoid sweets, sugar/honey, milk, milk product excess calorie and carbohydrate rich diet like white bread, cereal, rice, pasta b) avoid all refined food like maida, pasta, starchy food like rice, potato, bakery item, processed food, c) include more fiber like pulse, green leafy vegetable, cucumber, carrot, tomato, j legume. D) avoid sweetened fruit like banana, mango, litchi, chickoo, sapota, seethaphal jack fruit, grape etc. Can have fruits like guava, pineapple, papaya, orange, mousambi, strawberry, watermelon, pomegranate, jack fruit, sweet potato, a handful of walnut daily (akhrot) e) avoid white/polished rice, take unpolished rice like brown rice/wheat/jowar/ragi, moong and chana dal. F) avoid ghee/ butter./coconut oil/excess salt intake like papad/pickle. G) avoid red meat. Take fish/chicken. H) avoid alcohol and carbonated drinks like soft drink 4. Sir I am not able to talk any unknown person. I am not able to talk face to face and I fell shy to see in others study when teacher asked any question to me then my mind get fully blocked and my body started vibrate and whatever I want to say that correct words does not come out. Hi, You may have social Anxiety. You can overcome it with psychotherapy/counseling. Everyone has a little bit of social fear. Without it, you would never learn how to conduct yourself in a socially appropriate manner. It's a little bit of social anxiety that ensures we don't talk to dangerous people, or say inappropriate things to those we're trying to impress. Even the most social people have a small amount of fear in them, and that social anxiety helps them maintain a more positive appearance. But when that anxiety becomes too strong, or you start to fear the anxiety itself, you may have developed social phobia. Social phobia is a diagnosable anxiety disorder, and one that can benefit from treatments designed to fight these social fears. Start Strong Any time you do talk to someone, don't start quietly and expect yourself to gain momentum over time. Start strong. Those that do public speaking find that when they start strong they get into a groove. It's the same with most social environments. When you're out there, starting strong, you're more likely to get comfortable fast. Talk to Anyone You're Comfortable With You may not be comfortable in social situations yet, but you probably encounter people speaking to you regularly. Make sure you're always talking back. For example, when the coffee shop employee asks you how your day is, tell them your day is great and make sure you ask them how their day was. It's a little change, but it will get you used to talking. Learn Positive Thinking/Talking Social anxiety has a tendency to make people sound more negative, both due to some of the effects of shyness and the overall view of social situations. Try to learn to talk positively, because positivity attracts friendliness, which attracts less negative emotions. Strategies to improve positive thinking include faking positivity all day until you naturally pick up on it, writing out 10 positive things that happened each day in a journal, and spending time with more positive people. Get a Best Friend Studies have shown that those that know they're supported by someone else have much more confidence. While of course meeting people is difficult, if you have someone you like and can talk to, try to really bond with them. The more you feel supported by them, the more you should be a bit more confident when you're out – even when they're not with you. Exercise Exercise has a profound effect on anxiety, and is a valuable tool for reducing social anxiety. Exercise releases neurotransmitters in the brain that improve mood and relaxation, while simultaneously tiring out some of your body so your anxiety symptoms are less severe. If you're not exercising yet, you should be, because the effects on mental health are substantial. Keep Going After Panic This can be tough, but it's important. If you have a panic attack in a social situation, one of the most important things for you to do is get up when it's over and keep trying. It may sound strange or difficult, but fear of panic and anxiety creates more panic and anxiety, and leaving a social situation when you have anxiety reinforces the fear. Ideally, you need to get up once the panic attack is over and try to get back to the social life, no matter how hard it feels. Try Talking on Vacation to Practice Finally, while it's not a fool proof plan, a big part of the fear comes from being in a location where you may know people or see them again. That's why you may want to consider trying many of these strategies on a vacation in a city further away that you have no connection to.
