Requires detailed examination and investigation. Preliminary investigations suggested: hb, tlc, dlc, esr, blood sugar fasting & pp, uric acid vit d urine r/e x-ray of the affected part. Anyway it may be tried sleep on a hard bed with soft bedding on it. Spring beds, folding beds or thick mattress are harmful use no pillow under the head. Do hot fomentation paracetamol 250mg od & sos x 5days. Caldikind plus 1tab od x10. Do neck, back, knee & general exercises. It may have to be further investigated. Do not ignore it. A month ago I had a severe fever that existed for 4 days. The temperature stayed between 102°F - 104°F. No infection was detected by the blood test but I seemed to be a viral fever. Soon after temp came down I had severe pain in my hands and feet. After this situation I am feeling pain in finger joints (both hands and feet), wrists, ankles and knees. Just after waking up in the morning the stiffness of fingers is highest. From past one week it's making me uncomfortable. Though some exercise helps to reduce pain and ease movement of joints. Are these symptoms of Rheumatoid Arthritis? If yes then how should I deal with it?

Symptoms are match to ra but you r suffering fever. Ok nw do a test of viral fever if that's positive then tk proper treatment and rest and avoid all exercise. Ok if viral fever is negative then test ra if positive then tk calcium supplements and gentle strength exercise of all joint avoid heavy strain.

If no swelling then do hot water fomentation twice daily. Google these exercises- 1. Knee isometrics/ static quadriceps, 2. Straight leg raise, 3. Vmo strengthening, 4. Dynamic quadriceps- sitting on a chair straighten the knee and hold for 5 counts. Do all the exs 10 times and twice a day. Avoid sitting cross legged esp down on the floor. Use western toilets. If this does not help then please get the knees examined by a physiotherapist.

Exercises for cervicogenic headache hi dear, I hope you will fitt and fine The following exercises are commonly prescribed to patients with this condition. You should discuss the suitability of these exercises with your physiotherapist prior to beginning them. Generally, they should be performed 2 – 5 times daily and only provided they do not cause or increase symptoms. Your physiotherapist can advise when it is appropriate to begin the initial exercises and eventually progress to the intermediate and advanced exercises. As a general rule, addition of exercises or progression to more advanced exercises should take place provided there is no increase in symptoms. ________________________________________ Initial Exercises Chin Tucks Begin this exercise by sitting or standing tall with your back and neck straight, shoulders should be back slightly. Tuck your chin in as far as you can go without pain and provided you feel no more than a mild to moderate stretch (figure 4). Keep your eyes and nose facing forwards during the movement. Hold for 2 seconds and repeat 10 times provided there is no increase in symptoms. Repeat 3 – 5 times daily. (N.
