Dear lybrate-user, welcome to lybrate. Bi-polar disorder is a neurochemical disorder. Bipolar disorder is usually treated with a combination of psychiatric medicines, psychotherapy, life style changes, meditation and exercise. I hope you are undergoing psychiatric treatment, otherwise, please approach a psychiatrist. Once you make the necessary amendments in your life with the help of the above said therapies and life style changes, learn how to manage the depressive / hyper episodes without medicines and learn to relax, the medicines can be weaned off over a period of one year. The best option for you is to undergo counseling and related therapy. Take care.

Dear Lybrate user. I can understand. Memory and mind power depends on three aspects. Understanding, retention and recollection. Recollection is easy if your retention is proper and flawless. Retention is possible when you are able understand what you read or learn. To understand you should have concentration. Concentration comes from effective learning techniques based on creative and active learning. Physical exercise, outdoor games, entertainment, socializing coupled with systematic learning improves your memory and mind power. Brain games like sudoku and jigsaw puzzles helps too. I suggest online education counseling. You must be able to understand Concentration, attention span, recollection and distraction. If you are able to watch a movie for two hours continuously, if you are able to play a game for an hour, then you do not have any concentration problems. You can't be attentive towards your studies because you are not interested in it. You are able to watch movie and play game because you are interested in it. Human cannot be attentive towards anything for more than 10 minutes. Then you should study in such a way that your attention is continued and make the subjects are interesting to you. Effective learning techniques should help you. Recollection depends on anxiety, stress and other physical and circumstantial factors. Distractions while studying are plentiful. You should be able to overcome distractions or avoid distractions. Please understand the above. Change your study style and attitude accordingly. Please follow the below recommendation for you: Exercise. Regular exercise can be as effective at treating depression as medication. Eating small, well-balanced meals throughout the day will help you keep your energy up and minimize mood swings. While you may be drawn to sugary foods for the quick boost they provide, complex carbohydrates are a better choice. They'll get you going without the all-too-soon sugar crash. I am a male aged 60. Mentally and physically of 35. Want to be female as well as my male penis and other male parts should be as it is. So in looks I should be male, with the female and male body. Is it possible? I am at Ahmedabad, having two children, both are married. Yet want to enjoy sex as a female.

You may be a very confused individual. At the age of 60 years finding someone to relate to you as a female itself is a monumental task – I would imagine near impossible. You may have to resort to self gratification, which may not be so satiating. Further you say you want to retain your male apparatus. Do you not think that that will put off your counterpart, if you succeed in finding one. Sometimes some men feel like a woman in a man’s body and that is an unfortunate situation. However in spite of that you cannot be both sexes. I think you need to talk to a sexologist and sort out your conflict ridden body and emotions to seek one or the other recourse, not both.
