First of all get your eyes tested for any glasses power. Here are the instructions for mobile phone use: Here are seven super quick and easy ways to give your eyes a break during your all those smartphone marathon sessions. 1. Blink, blink and blink again. Blinking often (and for more than a second) keeps your eyes moist and reduces dryness and irritation. We tend blink about a third less than we normally would when we stare at our smartphone screens, which starves our poor peepers of protective tears. Keep your eyes wet by blinking about 10 times every 20 minutes or so and you should be good to go. 2. Minimize glare. Unless you have a smartphone equipped with anti-glare Corning Gorilla Glass or use a matte screen protector film, you’re probably coping with a fair amount of annoying reflective glare. 3. Take breaks. Follow 20-20-20 rule. The concept is to take a break from looking at your screen every 20 minutes for 20 seconds while looking at something 20 feet away. Doing so relaxes your eye muscles 4. Adjust your brightness. Having your screen too bright or too dark stresses your eyes out and can cause problems maintaining focus. To eliminate either issue in about a matter of seconds, simply go into your smartphone settings and adjust your screen brightness so it’s about the same as the light level in the environment around you 5. Tweak your text size and contrast. Adjusting your smartphone text contrast and size also provides a little much-needed relief. 6. Keep a clean screen. Routinely wipe down your smartphone screen with a dry (not wet!) cleaning cloth to remove distracting dust, grime, smudges and fingerprints. 7. Hold your smartphone farther away. Try holding yours at least 16 to 18 inches away from your eyes to give your eyes a break.

If steroids are given orally for long periods of time than only it will cause bone shrinkage but if given through nebulisation than it won't have any side effects

This is known as computer vision syndrome. Try to blink as frequently as possible. Do cold compresses. Use antiglare glasses while using laptop, take frequent brakes in between your work and use good quality lubricant eye drop.

Hello, Some primary headaches can be triggered by lifestyle factors, including: Alcohol, particularly red wine Certain foods, such as processed meats that contain nitrates Changes in sleep or lack of sleep Poor posture Skipped meals Stress insufficient sleep or rest Overexertion Nutritional deficiencies A secondary headache is a symptom of a disease that can activate the pain-sensitive nerves of the head. Any number of conditions — varying greatly in severity — may cause secondary headaches. Get your blood pressure checked, make a chart. Hello, use schwabe's cmd2, eye drop. Instill 2 drops in each eye twice daily. Wash your eyes with cold water twice daily. Avoid watching t. V. Take frequent breaks in between while working on computer or mobile, reading or frequently keep blinking your eyes to avoid dryness. Revert me after 1 month.

Hi, I have some problem in my right eye there is no vision and the pressure is also high there are some white spots like cloudy in my eye doctor gave me some medicine but I'm not satisfied with his check up he is saying that I have to put medicine long life he also told that I have ulcer in my eye.

My eyelids are sticky after I wake up. Dirt inside feels to scratch the eyeballs.

Before going to bed, it is advisable to put some antibiotic eye drops for few days. Secondly, you should clean your eyelids with a wet cotton swab in the morning and again put the same eye drops in the morning.

During the impact you seem to have developed some injury to the eye and possibly some fracture of bones surrounding the eye. The ct scan will help evaluate the extent of damage and will guide treatment by either an oculoplasty surgeon or a plastic surgeon. Also have a dilated retina and examination of eye movements- both will be done by an eye doctor.

Hi. One of the most common causes of eye fatigue is staring for long periods at digital devices such as: Computer screens Smartphones Video games During sleep, the eyes are replenished with essential nutrients. Lack of sleep may result in persistent eye irritation. Prevention of Eye Fatigue Usually eye fatigue can be prevented or reduced by making simple changes in your work habits or environment. Make changes to your computer screen, such as: Place the screen 20-26 inches away from your eyes and a little below eye level. Regularly clean off dust and fingerprints from the screen. Smudges on the screen can reduce contrast and increase problems with glare and reflections. Choose screens that tilt and swivel. Consider using a glare filter over your screen. Make changes to your work environment, such as: Change lighting to reduce glare and harsh reflections. Use an adjustable chair. Place a document holder next to your computer screen. Make changes to your work habits, such as: Try the 20-20-20 rule. Every 20 minutes, look away about 20 feet in front of you for 20 seconds. Post a note that says "Blink" on the computer as a reminder. Take regular breaks from computer work. Take care of your eyes with these steps: Apply a washcloth soaked in warm water to tired, dry eyes (with eyes closed). Use artificial tears to refresh your eyes when they feel dry. To help prevent dry eyes while working indoors, use an air cleaner to filter dust and a humidifier to add moisture to the air. Management: Hold tap water in your flexed palm, dip your one eye closer to the water level, shut and open your eyelids often. Do the same with your other eye. Repeat this whole process 1-2 times more in a day. Give your eyes proper rest. Can keep slices of cucumber or potato or used tea bags over the closed eyes for sometime. Medication: Instill 2 drops of Euphrasia eye drops in each eye twice daily.

Hi, I am Dipesh from AHMEDABAD. I hv severe problem due to which I am suffering a lot. I do feel fatigue and drowsiness always specifically after lunch. It is morning also. I can wake up with fresh even after 8 hours sleep. Specifically after lunch my condition become very severe. Even if I don't do anything, from my face & eyes anyone can see that I'm good tired. There is no harm in taking a small nap of about 30 to 45 mnts in the afternoon to get fresh again make sure yiu have a daily active and interesting routine of work activities hobbies and exercises avoid fried spicy junk food along with excessive use of tea coffee areated drinks sweets etc take one cap of supradyn daily for three months.

Do contrast bath therapy Take hot water in one tub & cold water in another. First dip your hands upto wrist in hot water for 3 min then immediately in cold water for 1 min, keep repeating for 20 min, twice daily Take rest breaks of 5-10 min in between work Do hand stretches If pain still persists apply pain relieving gel & wrap crepe bandage.

Unfortunately there is no cure for the problem you mentioned. Retina detachment can be operated upon and retina can be re attached but if the optic nerve is damaged or dead then even after successful reattatchment of retina visual prognosis is almost nil.
