Do not jump on your injured foot. You need to take proper rest & treatment. Consult your nearest orthopedic or physiotherapist for treatment- pwb, us, & ift. Home care - do hot fomentation, do not put weight on your injured foot.

Lower back pain you can do it this exercise, 1 Lying on your back, bend your right knee into your chest and place a strap or rolled-up towel around the ball of your foot. Straighten your leg toward the ceiling. Press out through both heels. If the lower back feels strained, bend the left knee and place the foot on the ground. Hold for 3-5 minutes and then switch to the left let for 3-5 minutes. 2…. Lying on your back, bend your knees into your chest and bring your arms out at a T. As you exhale lower your knees to ground on the right. Keep both shoulders pressing down firmly. If the left shoulder lifts, lower your knees further away from the right arm. Hold for 1-2 minutes each side I hope you will fit and fine.

Quadriceps exercises- lie straight, make a towel role and put it under the knee, press the keen against the role, hold it for 20 secs. Repeat 20 times twice a day. This will help relieve some pain. Core strengthening exercise- straight leg raised with toes turned outward, repeat 10 times, twice a day.

Dear user, for stop walking for 3days, pain due to over use of te your body, here your walking so much distance before going for walking you have to warmup your body is very imp. For the flexibility of the muscles and joints. And also calculation of your bmi than normal after relieving of the pain you can start walking gradually for pain relief apply cold starts from foot to leg.

I have right hand pain I cannot judge my self weather is it cervical spondylitis or migraine. Hello Sir/Mam, Despite of sleeping at least 6-7 hrs in the night why I still yawn throughout the day and feel uneasiness and tired. I do physical exercise daily in the morning. Sometimes I suffer from lower back pain. I have desk job and have to sit for at least 10 hrs daily. Thank You.

May be you are not taking proper diet as you need high protein & low carbs diet with good exercises. Do back strengthening exercises at least thrice a week. Do some movements & stretches of your back & neck in between long sitting duty hours.

So simple some home remidy do it, take eranda patra (leaves) very tender one + drumstick leaves, both leaves should be fried with eranda oil then do bandage on painful knee joints, keep it like that through out night, by morning your knee pain will be removed, it is sure. Ok.

This treatment is being suggested on bases of the information provided. I would like to examine & investigate you in detail. Rule out Diabetes. Any way it may be tried, --.Acetaminophen 250mg OD & SOS. X 5days. --.Caldikind plus (from Mankind)1 tab OD x 5 days. --. Fomentation with warm water. --. Sleep on a hard bed with soft bedding. -- .Do mild exercises for back, (Take help of a physiotherapist). --. For hydrocele kindly consult a general surgeon. Kindly make sure, there is no allergy to any of these medicines. (Contact family doctor, if needed). For emergency treatment visit nearest hospital. 2 steps to a pain free neck

Do take vitamin d3. Sachet of 1gm of twice a week for 3 months along with water or milk do take ift and vacuum therapy physiotherapy treatment for 12 days followed by strengthening and stretching exercises from neuro physiotherapist or do come back with detailed reports for further assistance best wishes.

if your periods are heavy and /or prolonged you would need to get a few tests done- Thyroid function test, Hb, pelvic USG. Treatment will depend on these results.
