I have been facing back pain from long time I havr a seating job so thats why may be I have this problem but please provide some help.

You will majorly have to work with your posture. On your office chair first completely touch your buttocks to the chair, then take a single bedsheet roll it n place dat role at your belt level in sitting. Make sure your hip n knee joint are in same level if not then use a small stoll under your feet. After every 15-20 mins just get out of your sitting posture. Use drawings n pop ups on computer as: sit straight; get up.

Hello. I am 18 and I engage regularly in ardous physical exercises. Whenever I play badminton, I experience a sharp pain in my knees after a day. And this pain kicks in only while I walk aur put stress on my knee joint. Suggest a solution to my problem. Thanks.

Knee pain after playing badminton is usually because of either meniscus tear or a ligament tear. Do you feel any instability while walking? Instability is because of ligament injury or meniscus injury. If there is click inside knee joint, usually it is because of meniscus tear. Apply ace, use crepe bandage. Best thing to do is visit a doctor - an orthopaedic surgeon who is Specialist in knee surgery. He will clinically examine you for your problem and decide treatment. You may need MRI. Either you will be given some medicine and rest or you will be referred to Therapist for Exercises. Follow protocol provided by orthopaedic Surgeon.

I have back pain. Feel pain all over the back including upper and lower. I keep doing exercises and yoga but there are no benefits I have seen. Please help me out and tell me what should I do?

Hello dear if you doing surya namaskar in yoga please stop it. Do hot fermentation at years hall back. If it is possible to hot shower over there it is much better. Do cat camel stretching exercise. Also consult with a physiotherapists to do correct your posture and make your rehabilitation programme. Gud luck.

My mother's age is 56. Since 5 years her knee greese is finished. She cannot walk smoothly. She changed many doctors but her problems is still remains. Is their any treatment to full recovery. Without operation ?

I stepped on a stone about 4 - 5 months back, since then, there is pain in foot just like some one poking with a sharp object. This pain is not constant at one place of foot. What should I do.

Suffering frm shoulder pain, mostly left side and due to that having problem in breathing and feeling like something is sticked in chest. Yesterday went to doctor and he did ECG and blood test. This problem is frm last 5 days. Ecg- 802 sinus tachycardia, 401 short PR INTERNAL. Please suggest.

Most leg pain results from wear and tear, overuse, or injuries in joints or bones or in muscles, ligaments, tendons or other soft tissues. Leg pain can also be caused by blood clots, varicose veins or poor circulation. To relieve mild pain: stay off your leg as much as possible apply an ice pack or bag of frozen peas to the affected area for 15 to 20 minutes three times a day elevate your leg whenever you sit or lie down please go to a physiotherapist if: you have pain during or after walking you have swelling in both legs your pain gets worse your symptoms don't improve after a few days of home treatment you have painful varicose veins if you feel the pain is from muscle cramp then you need to drink a lot of water because poor fluid intake (dehydration) may predispose to cramps also low blood levels of either calcium or magnesium directly cause cramps.

Nowadays its bcause of your profession and improper posture you had a chance of getting pain. So please correct your posture such that your spine must be always in straight erect position. Then start stretch your spinal muscles and abs. Keep icing for relaxing your muscles, sttegthen your back and abs muscles.

Off and on I have severe pain in the hip joint. Can you advise me how to get rid of it ? As it is for the past 6 years, I go on a walk for about 40 minutes. I am aged 68 years and am retired.

Hello lybrate user, leg pain after running is common due to spasm in the leg muscles known as tibialis anterior which functions to pull the foot towards your body during walking, running. When a person runs or exerts an unaccustomed stress there occurs production of lactic acid in the muscle which is quite painful. Relief by: rest ice application stretching exercises will help a lot god bless you.
