Hello, Please relax, its too early to make deductions. You just need to get a serial beta hcg after 7 days of embryo transfer to check for foetal viability.

Most causes are infection and tumor, if tumor and infection is not available check whether you had any steroid for other cause these will also produce false result of hcg. If any other treatment for ovulation has happened then there are chances of false hcg result. Check thoroughly for any tumor in body.

For easy delivery, I advise you to do meditation for mental strength by doing slow and deep breathing relaxation exercises in the morning. Take proper balanced vegetarian diet. Take 8 to 10 glasses of water daily. Avoid garlic and red chilly at home and avoid non veg and eggs.

You need to get a high vaginal swab and urine re done to rule out infection. If very symptomatic with discharge and itching you need to be prescribed a course of antibiotics and antifungals.

Hello, your friend needs complete endocrinological work up including fsh, lh, tsh, prolactin and serum testosterone levels. Examination by an andrologist is needed. Hormonal treatment may help. It all depends on the final diagnosis. If concerned about fertility 2 millions is good enough to be a father using ivf and icsi considering other factors are normal.

Low sex drive in women
A woman's sexual desires naturally fluctuate over the years. Highs and lows commonly coincide with the beginning or end of a relationship or with major life changes, such as pregnancy, menopause or illness. Some antidepressants and anti-seizure medications also can cause low sex drive in women.
If you have a persistent or recurrent lack of interest in sex that causes you personal distress, you may have hypoactive sexual desire disorder.
But you don't have to meet this medical definition to seek help. If you are bothered by a low sex drive or decreased sex drive, there are lifestyle changes and sex techniques that may put you in the mood more often. Some medications may offer promise as well.
Symptom
If you want to have sex less often than your partner does, neither one of you is necessarily outside the norm for people at your stage in life — although your differences may cause distress.
Similarly, even if your sex drive is weaker than it once was, your relationship may be stronger than ever. Bottom line: There is no magic number to define low sex drive. It varies from woman to woman.
Some signs and symptoms that may indicate a low sex drive include a woman who:
Has no interest in any type of sexual activity, including masturbation Doesn't have sexual fantasies or thoughts, or only seldom has them is bothered by her lack of sexual activity or fantasies

Causes
A woman's desire for sex is based on a complex interaction of many components affecting intimacy, including physical well-being, emotional well-being, experiences, beliefs, lifestyle and current relationship. If you're experiencing a problem in any of these areas, it can affect your sexual desire.

Physical causes
A wide range of illnesses, physical changes and medications can cause a low sex drive, including:
Sexual problems. If you experience pain during sex or an inability to orgasm, it can hamper your desire for sex.Medical diseases. Numerous nonsexual diseases can also affect desire for sex, including arthritis, cancer, diabetes, high blood pressure, coronary artery disease and neurological diseases.Medications. Many prescription medications — including some antidepressants and anti-seizure medications — are notorious libido killers.Lifestyle habits. A glass of wine may make you feel amorous, but too much alcohol can spoil your sex drive; the same is true of street drugs. And smoking decreases blood flow, which may dampen arousal.Surgery. Any surgery related to your breasts or your genital tract can affect your body image, sexual function and desire for sex.Fatigue. Exhaustion from caring for young children or aging parents can contribute to low sex drive. Fatigue from illness or surgery also can play a role in a low sex drive.

Hormone changes
Changes in your hormone levels may alter your desire for sex. This can occur during:
Menopause. Estrogen levels drop during the transition to menopause. This can cause
decreased interest in sex and dryer vaginal tissues, resulting in painful or uncomfortable sex.
At the same time, women may also experience a decrease in testosterone — a hormone that boosts sex drive in men and women alike —which may lead to decreased libido. Although many women continue to have satisfying sex during menopause and beyond, some women experience a lagging libido during this hormonal change.
Pregnancy and breast-feeding.Hormone changes during pregnancy, just after having a baby and during breast-feeding can put a damper on sex drive. Of course, hormones aren't the only factor affecting intimacy during these times. Fatigue, changes in body image, and the pressures of pregnancy or caring for a new baby can all contribute to changes in your sexual desire.
Psychological causes
Your problems don't have to be physical or biological to be real. There are many psychological causes of low sex drive, including:
Mental health problems, such as anxiety or depressionStress, such as financial stress or work stressPoor body imageLow self-esteemHistory of physical or sexual abusePrevious negative sexual experiences

Relationship issues
For many women, emotional closeness is an essential prelude to sexual intimacy. So problems in your relationship can be a major factor in low sex drive. Decreased interest in sex is often a result of ongoing issues, such as:
Lack of connection with your partnerUnresolved conflicts or fightsPoor communication
of sexual needs and preferencesInfidelity or breach of trust

Tests and diagnosis
By definition, you may be diagnosed with hypoactive sexual desire disorder if you frequently lack sexual thoughts or desire, and the absence of these feelings causes you personal distress. Whether you fit this medical diagnosis or not, your doctor can look for reasons that your sex drive isn't as high as you'd like and find ways to help.

In addition to asking you questions about your medical history, your doctor may also:
Perform a pelvic exam. During a pelvic exam, your doctor can check for signs of physical changes contributing to low sexual desire, such as thinning of your genital tissues, vaginal dryness or pain-triggering spots.
Recommend testing. Your doctor may order blood tests to check hormone levels and
look for evidence of thyroid problems, diabetes, high cholesterol and liver disorders.
Thank you
Homoeopathic Treatment can help you better with constitution medicine.

Hi, I have a doubt regarding expiry of medicines. All of us know expired medicines should not be used. But unknowingly I have done such mistake as I fed it to my child. Doctor advised her vitamin d3 since birth and I used to do that. Recently I used a file without checking it's expiry. Today I came to know about. Could you please suggest that if medicines expires then also how long can it be used by somebody? It seems stupid but I need an opinion.

Hi, I have a doubt regarding expiry of medicines. All of us know expired medicines should not be used. But unknowingl...
Please note the following in respect to your queries: If a medication is needed, and the patient is not able to replace the expired medication, there is no evidence that it is unsafe to take the medication in most cases. However, if a medication is essential for a chronic and potentially life-threatening disease, for example, a heart condition, seizure, or life-threatening allergy, it is probably wise to get a new prescription once expired. If an expired medication is for a minor health problem, for example, for a headache, hay-fever, or mild pain, it may also be safe to take it, although drug potency might not be 100 percent. Research has shown many military stockpile medications retained 90 percent of their potency in their original stock bottle. However, storage conditions of these medications were optimized for temperature and humidity, and probably do not mimic the typical storage conditions of the average household prescription bottle. If an expired medication is taken, and the patient notices the drug has limited or no therapeutic effect, the medication should be replaced. I do not think that there would be a adverse effect on you and or your child. Keep patience Do buy a new bottle and feed-him.

Missed or late periods happen for many reasons other than pregnancy. Common causes can range from hormonal imbalances to serious medical conditions. There are also two times in a woman's life when it's totally normal for her period to be irregular: when it first begins, and when menopause. Stress Stress can throw off your hormones, change your daily routine, and even affect the part of your brain responsible for regulating your period — your hypothalamus. Over time, stress can lead to illness or sudden weight gain or loss, all of which can impact your cycle. If you think stress might be throwing off your period, try practicing relaxation techniques and making lifestyle changes. Adding more exercise to your regimen may help get you back on track. Low Body Weight Women with eating disorders, such as anorexia or bulimia, may experience missed periods. Weighing 10 percent below what’s considered a normal range for your height can change the way your body functions and stop ovulation. Getting treatment for your eating disorder and putting on weight in a healthy way can return your cycle to normal. Obesity Just as low body weight can cause hormonal changes, so can being overweight. Your doctor will recommend a diet and exercise plan if they determine that obesity is a factor in your late or missed periods. Polycystic Ovary Symptom (PCOS) PCOS is a condition that causes the body to produce more of the male hormone, androgen. Cysts form on the ovaries as a result of this hormone imbalance. This can make ovulation irregular or stop it altogether. Other hormones, such as insulin, can also get out of balance, due to insulin resistance, which is associated with PCOS. Treatment of PCOS focuses on relieving symptoms. Your doctor may prescribe birth control or other medication to help regulate your cycle. Thyroid Issues An overactive or underactive thyroid gland could also be the cause of late or missed periods. The thyroid regulates your body’s metabolism, so hormone levels can be affected as well. Thyroid issues can usually be treated with medication. After treatment, your period will likely return to normal. Your doctor can properly diagnose the reason for your late or missed period and discuss your treatment options. Keep a record of changes in your cycle as well as other health changes to show your doctor. This will help them make a diagnosis. Contact a doctor right away if you have unusually heavy bleeding, a fever, severe pain, nausea and vomiting, or bleeding that lasts longer than seven days.

Home remedy for cough and bronchitis/ asthma

Ayurveda's marichyadi choorna:

In this age of polluted environment and weakening immunities due to present day lifestyle, people fall prey to ciugh, bronchitis, asthma, colds, sore throat etc. On slightest exposure.

Best of antibiotics, inhalers and cortisones become resistant and people keep on searching for better and still better doctors.

We do not claim that marichyadi choorna is replacement of other best regimes available, but we do claim if these simple things are adopted besides other of modern prescriptions, the response to medicine will definitely increase. Immunity is enhanced by natural herbs. In fresh cases, even primary treatment by such simple combos will not push the people to unmanageable levels over the years. Can be combined with other medicines also, even allopathic.

Formula:

Black pepper finely ground powder and sugarcandy finely ground powder in 1: 1 ratio.

Dose: 1 to 2 gms. To be licked with honey. Follow warm/ hot water sips. Even can be sucked without honey. It also clears voice. If 10 gms of this powder is boiled in 1 litre of water till it remains half, the water drunk slowly, cures chronic colds by excreting sticky cough.

Not suitable for diabetics.
