Kindly show me x-rays of coccyx. Sleep on a hard bed with soft bedding on it. Spring beds, folding beds or thick matress are harmful use no pillow under the head. Do hot fomantation. Paracetamol 250mg od & sos x 5days. Caldikind plus 1tab od x10. Do neck back knee & general exercises. It may have to be further investigated. Make sure you are not allergic to any of the medicines you are going to take. For emergency treatment contact your nearest hospital or family doctor. Bhujang Asana – Lie flat on your stomach, keeping the palms out, bend the neck backward, take a deep breath and while holding it for 6 seconds, raise the chest up. Release breath and relax your body. Repeat the exercise 15 times twice daily. Core Strengthening Exercises- Straight Leg Raised With Toes Turned Outward, repeat 10 times, twice a day.

Calf muscle are stiff and do hot fermentation with warm water and do gentle massage ya tens therapy and ultrasonic therapy after relief do calf stretching exercise and should be equal balance on both legs. Avoid long standing.

For pain take tablet paracetamol 650 mg and Get your blood checked for CBC and follow up with reports and I will suggest you to take injection vitcofol 2 cc intramuscularly every alternate days for five pricks over the buttocks through a health professional.

Avoid sitting cross legged. Avoid squatting- quadriceps exercises- lie straight, make a towel role and put it under the knee, press the keen against the role, hold it for 20 secs. Repeat 20 times twice a day. This will help relieve some pain. Core strengthening exercise- straight leg raised with toes turned outward, repeat 10 times, twice a day. Hams stretching- lie straight, take the leg up, pull the feet towards yourself, with a elastic tube or normal belt. Repeat 10 times, twice a day. Sports taping- stretch the tape from both ends and apply on the affected area contrast fomentation (hot and cold).

As being a female you are in a stage of menopause, so need both mental and physical health. So you start doing yoga to relax your mind and try taking lots of small fishes if you are a non veg person, if you are a vegetarian try taking lots of greens esp spinach. You can also take egg white (see to that its not a broiler hen) take urad dhal dishes, hopes you will find more better.

My wife having muscle stiffness problem in bith hand and when do normal house work then also pain. Carried out blood test and neck xray. Esr us bit high and some compress in c3 c4 and c5. One full month went for physiotherapist for treatment but still pain and problem. Pl suggest medicine and treatment to cure this pain.

Basically she has pain in the calf muscles, one simple exercise she can do is just keep 3 pillows below the ankle and knee, raise leg to an angle of 60 degree and lie down straight. This needs to be done only for 15-20 min before going to bed, it will wash away all the metabolites and give relief from pain.
