Size of your penis is natural like other parts of your body it can change only if your phyisic changes and that difference also will be negligible so be satisfied with whatever you have and stop bothering about it

Hello- definitely masturbation will cause you sexual problems like lack of arousal and premature ejaculation in the future. Masturbating habits decreases the manual control of sexual organs leading towards sexual failure in the future.

Dear Lybrate User, Examples of gas-producing foods are: *Vegetables such as artichokes, asparagus, broccoli, brussels sprouts, cabbage, cauliflower, cucumbers, green peppers, onions, peas, radishes, and raw potatoes. *Beans and other legumes. *Fruits such as apricots, bananas, melons, peaches, pears, prunes, and raw apples. *Wheat and wheat bran. *Eggs. *Carbonated drinks, fruit drinks, beer, and red wine. *Fried and fatty foods. *Sugar and sugar substitutes. *Milk and other dairy products, especially in people who have trouble digesting lactose, the main sugar found in milk. *Packaged foods that contain lactose, such as breads, cereal, and salad dressing.

1.Night fall is common in adolescent age group and young adults. It is due to involuntary ejaculation during sleep in night/early morning. 2.Night fall in moderation relieves sexual tension. 3.Excessive fall can cause weakness, fatigue, sexual problem like erectile dysfunction, premature ejaculation, testicular pain, decrease sperm count. Precaution 1.Do regular aerobic exercise for 1 hour daily like brisk walking/ jogging/running/cycling/swiming 2.Avoid stress, anxiety 3.practice yoga, meditatation, deep breathing exercise to calm your mind, control emotion and relieve stress 4.Take good nourishing diet, plenty of green leafy vegetables, fruits (onion, garlic,pomegranate help) 5.Avoid spicy, oily,fatty and junk food, 6.Avoid consumption of liquid 2 hours before going to sleep and don't take milk, tea,/coffee before going to bed 7. Take a bath and go for urination just before going t o bed 8.Avoid watching poronographic/erotic pictures/ movies before going to sleep 9.Listen to soothing music which gives peace of mind, read good books before going to sleep 10. Masturbation once in a while wiil control night fall 11. Avoid constipation because upset digestive system can cause night fall 12. Consult sexologist for further advice Treatment- Keggel exercise (pelvic floor exercise-contract the muscle which you use to stop urinating-squeeze for 3 sec, relax for 3 sec, repeat 10-15 times per session and do it 3 times daily.

Please Wake up early go for morning walk in greenery Do kegel and perineal exercises daily. Must Do yogasanas and pranayam daily. If possible Take Musali pak by Patanjali 2 tsf twice with milk Cap ashwagandha by Himalaya 1 1 Cap shilajeet by dabur 1 1 All for 6 mths minimum.

Add 1spoon honey and chawanprash in morning and evening and have 2 cups of milk wth almonds kishmish banana in morning and evening. Don't use it as a mode of getting sleep up can try sleep hygiene for good sleep exercise and relaxation would also help you can masturbate once or twice in a week don't masturbate for stress management.

You are on the Borderline although on plus side. If you take proper precautions, diet, your sugar levels can come down. Diabetes can be controlled/managed by a proper regulated diet and exercise..>> Avoid 3 big meals. Instead take small mini meals every 2/3 hours. Take green vegetables/salad with every minimeal..>> Eat whole grain food/grains like ragi, wheat, jowar, barley, instead of refined grains like maida/ sooji/ white bread, white rice etc.>> Avoid all forms of simple sugars like Colas, juices, sweets, cakes, biscuits, pizzas, noodles etc..>> Eat fruits  with low/medium GI index like apple, guava, mosambi, orange.  .>> Do at least 30-45 mins of exercise everyday. Walk for 10 mins after every meal..>> These steps can help reduce sugar levels.
