Wat is the 4-10th day &21 -28th days cycle. Which is safe periods to have unprotected sex please explain it I didn't ...
Great, you raised gd query, every woman should know well in advance so she can plan her life. Usually cycle is of 28 days, when menses starts its 1st day, 1st 3 days is supposed to be healthier n normal flow without pain n clots, usually on 14th days or mid of your cycle is probably ovulation with a bit of feverish n pain in abdomen +/-2 days usually ovum survive for a day 24-72 hrs so from your day of menses day 12 to 16 you've privilege to conceive. Therefore 1 n last week of menses supposed to be safe but no one offer guarrentee as nature n your fate has to play its role. Condom is best for sparing from undue consequences like unplanned pregnancy and std take care, feel free to contact.

I was taking combination of fertomid and ovigyn dsr tablet on my doc prescription and now I got positive home pregnancy test after a missed period. Can I rely on test or it may be false ?

MBBS, DGO (cal)
General Physician,
If the strip was of quality there is no reason to disbelieve. Of course there are chances of false positive test, but it is rare. You do another test with your morning sample of urine to confirm. Get the strip from a good shop those maintaining medicine quality. If positive report to your doctor. Congratulation.

If your cycles are regular, the first and often the only test needed is husbands semen analysis. If that is normal, you can try for 3-6 months by the most fertile period method. If still not successful, you will need a laparoscopy or hsg.

Women’s health-Do No ignore

C.S.C, D.C.H, M.B.B.S
General Physician,
Women’s health-Do No ignore
Women are not diagnosed or treated as aggressively as men. Even though more women than men die of heart disease each year, women receive only 33% of all angioplasties, stents and bypass surgeries; 28% of implantable defibrillators and 36% of open-heart surgeries, according to the National Coalition for Women with Heart Disease. Although the traditional risk factors for coronary artery disease — such as high cholesterol, high blood pressure and obesity — have a detrimental impact in men and women, certain factors play a bigger role in the development of heart disease in women.

1. Metabolic syndrome — a combination of increased blood pressure, elevated blood glucose and triglycerides — has a greater impact on women than men.

2. Mental stress and depression affect women's hearts more than they do men's.

3. Smoking is much worse for women than men.

4. A low level of estrogen before menopause is a significant risk factor for developing microvascular disease.

5. Though women will often have some chest pain or discomfort, it may not be the most prominent symptom. Diffuse plaques build-up and diseased smaller arteries are two reasons why symptoms can be different in women.

6. In addition to chest pain, pressure or discomfort, signs and symptoms of heart attack in women include: Neck, shoulder, upper back or abdominal discomfort, Shortness of breath, Nausea or vomiting, Sweating, Light-headedness or dizziness and unusual fatigue.

7. Endothelial dysfunction is more common in women. In this the lining of the artery does not expand (dilate) properly to boost blood flow during activity, which increases the risk of coronary artery spasm and sudden death.

8. WISE study results suggest that the commonly used treatments for coronary artery disease — angioplasty and stenting — are not the best option for women with more diffuse plaques.

9. Typical tests for coronary artery disease — angiogram, treadmill testing and others — are not reliable in women.

10. The WISE study showed that in some women, plaques accumulate as an evenly spread layer along artery walls, which is not visible using traditional testing methods.

First, you make your mind to wake up early. So, set the time to get up early in the morning. Drink 1 l of water after waking up. Go for a walk for half an hour and do exercise for half an hour. Exercise should include stretches, cardio and abdominal exercises. Have a healthy breakfast in the morning like idli, dosa, upma or poha which are low in calories and help in weight loss. Drink juice or soup which are rich in nutrients or eat a full fruit which is rich in fiber. For afternoon, take 3 chapathis, 1 cup rice, gravy or sambar and a cup of curd and a salad. In the evening, take a cup of green tea and some roasted peanuts which are rich in protein. For dinner, take 2 chapathis with gravy and a salad. Dinner should be taken 2 hours before going to sleep. Sleep should not be less than 7 to 8 hours. In a day, try to drink at least 2 to 2.5 l of water. This plays a major role in detoxification and helps in weight loss.

It appears you want sex, but not the responsibility and commitment. God has put the desire to have sex in man's mind for the purpose of having children. The options before you are to go in for a safe abortion or marry your gf and have the baby. It is your choice.
