Honey is a natural humectant. It helps reduce scarring and hastens the process of new tissue growth. This, along with its anti-microbial effect ensures faster healing of the mouth ulcer. Chew a few leaves of tulsi along with some water about three to four times every day. This will help in getting rid of ulcers faster and also have a preventive action against their recurrence. Applying a little coconut oil directly onto the mouth ulcer or chewing some coconut (fresh or dry) helps reduce pain and inflammation and hence, ulcers heal faster. Mix some sugar to crushed khus-khus seeds and consume this mixture for instant relief from ulcers. You could apply a little ghee directly to the ulcerated area, or drink a glass of buttermilk two or three times every day. Mouth ulcers left untreated generally go away in a week or so; with these home remedies, you can expect faster relief. However, if you notice an ulcer in the mouth that is persistently present although it does not cause you any pain, do not neglect it or try to treat it with home remedies beyond a few days. Make it a point to see a doctor soon because often, a painless mouth ulcer is one of the earliest signs of oral cancer.

Dear get an Ultrasound abdomen done. and consult a physician clinically. b/w try the tips.. 1.Mix 2 teaspoons lemon juice and ¼ teaspoon of rock salt powder in ½ cup of water. Have this mixture 3 times a day. 2.Mix 1 teaspoon each of mint juice and lime juice. Add a few drops of ginger juice and a pinch of black salt. Drink this mixture to alleviate pain.

If you want to stop masturbating do not look at porn & get your mind off of it. If you still get the urge to, ignore it for a about 15 minutes & it'll go away. Masturbating from time to time is completely normal for a guy. Relax and try to concentrate on your studies and/or sports that you are good at. That will help you to avoiding thinking about sex all the time.

Hello, you may be having headache because of stress/ refractory problems/ any ENT problem kindly follow advises given below: you can take: 1. Tablet crocin (paracetamol 500 mg) one tablet after food when required for headache after food for 2-3 days (maximum 2 tablets with gap of 12 hour can be taken in a day) 2. Adequate sleep 6-8 hr in a day 3. Get check eyes for refractive error 4. We need to go for ENT evaluation to rule out sinusitis 5. Get BP checked 6. Regular physical exercise and meditation and yoga complete history of your headache for further management like duration, severity, aggravating factors/relieving/ triggering/ associated factor to reach diagnosis/relieving/ triggering/ associated factor to reach diagnosis Consult physician for further management

If you are diabetic what type of diabetes is it juvenile diabetes or diabetes mellitus. The treatment depends on that and what is the blood sugar level both fasting and post parendial. You should consult a medical specialist or a endocrinologist for the same. You have to maintain blood sugar level maintain your body wt as per bmi have balanced diet with restriction of carbohydrate diet go for morning walk followed by free hand exercises.

Hello lybrate user, - might be it is stress related, reduce the stress to relive the problem - start doing pranayama daily for 15-20 min - do head massage with some medicated oil like brahmi taila - also do foot massage daily once before sleep do it for 20 days. Take 1 tablespoon of milk powder and mix it with one tablespoon of honey, one tablespoon of lemon juice and half tablespoon of almond oil. Mix all the items well, make it a paste and apply it on your face and neck daily and wash after an hour. It will give you a perfect glowing skin. Turmeric is good ingredient for skin. Make a facepack with mixture of turmeric and milk. Apply this and wash off after an hour with cold water for glowing skin. Lemon juice and glycerin work nicely for dry skin whereas fuller’s earth and turmeric are used for oily skin. Take one tomato, grate it well and mix it with 3-4 drops of lime juice. Apply it on your face wait for 15 minutes and then rinse it off. Repeat it daily and feel the change on your face. Soak 4-5 almonds in milk overnight. In the morning make a paste of them and apply it on your face and rinse it off after an hour or two. You will definitely feel the glow on your face in less then 15 days. (you can add honey, oats and yogurt for quicker results) Prepare a fine paste of ripe papaya, oatmeal powder, milk cream and honey. Cover your face with this paste for 15 minutes. Wash it off with water. Apply buttermilk to skin, keep for 10 minutes and then wash off thoroughly for softening, cleansing and radiating effect.

DIABETIC DIET ADVICE: ●Eat regular meals throughout the day at same time everyday..Avoid skipping meals ●Include high fibre foods at each meal e.g. legumes(beans/lentils ),nuts(almonds,walnut),eggs etc ●Take fruit as a healthy snack e.g. apples,pears,papaya,mausami,jamun,guava ●Try to avoid –grapes,mango,bananas,jackfruit(cheeku) ●Vegetables to be included in plenty-at least 2 servings per meal ●Reduce the fat intake,fried foods,cakes,pastries and foods containing palm oil and coconut oil ●Include healthy foods like daliya,oats ●Reduce salt intake in the diet to 1 tsp or less per day ●stay away from especially labelled diabetic foods(they are of no benefit),and saturated fats ●Limit intake of sugar and sugary foods like sweets ●If so desire can take sugarfree as sugar substitute for sweetening purposes DIABETIC DIET CHART: Morning: 4-5 Almonds soaked overnight in water or 1-2 walnuts 6:30 a.m.: Tea + 2 mariegold biscuits(only for those who can’t skip their morning tea) 8:00-9:00 a.m. : 2 Roti + subzi + daliya /upma/poha/raw cheese/sprouts + 1 glass skimmed milk 11:00-12:00 a.m.: Fruits (only those permitted), salads, guava, papaya, pomegranate, cucumber, carrot, sprouts etc 1:00-2:00 p.m.: 2 roti +dal + salads+curd/raita/buttermilk 4:00-5:00 p.m : tea + roasted chana/bhelpuri(only if hungry) 7:00 p.m : salads/coconut water/lemon water(without sugar) 8:00-9:00 p.m: 2 roti +dal/khicdi + skimmed milk Try to sleep daily on sametime till 11:00 p.m. SPECIAL PRECAUTIONS : Avoid potato/sweet potato/arbi banana/cheeku/grapes/mango/litchi papads/ chatni/pickles/fried foods groundnuts/cashew/pista/raisins sweets/honey/cold drinks/jaggery Note: For preparing chapatis, use whole wheat flour mixed with chana flour or besan in 3:1 proportion alongwith small amounts of soyabean flour Learn how to live with diabetes: It is common to feel overwhelmed, sad, or angry when you are living with diabetes. You may know the steps you should take to stay healthy, but have trouble sticking with your plan over time. Stress can raise your blood sugar. Learn ways to lower your stress. Try deep breathing, gardening, taking a walk, meditating, working on your hobby, or listening to your favourite music. Eat well: stick to a diabetes meal plan .chose foods that are lower in calories, saturated fat, trans fat, sugar, and salt.Eat foods with more fibre, such as whole grain cereals, crackers, rice, or pasta. Set a goal to be more active most days of the week. Start slow by taking 10 minute walks, 3 times a day.Twice a week, work to increase your muscle strength. Use stretch bands, do yoga, heavy gardening (digging and planting with tools), or try push-ups. Check your feet every day for cuts, blisters, red spots, and swelling. Brush your teeth and floss every day to keep your mouth, teeth, and gums healthy. Stop smoking. Ask for help to quit. Keep track of your blood sugar. Check your blood pressure if your doctor advises and keep a record of it. At each visit, be sure you have a: blood pressure check,foot check,weight check Two times each year, have an: HbA1C test. It may be checked more often if it is over 7. Once each year, be sure you have a: cholesterol test,complete foot exam,dental exam to check teeth and gums,dilated eye exam to check for eye problems,urine and a blood test to check for kidney problems

Dear lybrate user. I can understand. The size of an average erect penis is 4 inches. In that sense your penis length is average. To assure you, even a two inch penis can satisfy any woman across the globe. You can try increase the length of penis by applying oil massage length wise. Try doing pelvic strengthening exercise. Doctor my left ear is itchy and this liquid and slimy kind of thing forms up frequently. So as it is itchy and slimy I used to clean it with earbuds and sometimes with my baby finger. It is getting worse inside as it gets dirty with mucus frequently and often. It also hurts to touch. So should I go to a doctor to a hospital or can you like suggest me an ear drop or ointment to cure this thing.

You have developed acute csom of ear by putting ear bud in side bthe ear thereby damaging the tympanic membrane with a perforation in it that a why then liquid orvpus is coming out of the ear do not use the ear bud toobogten it may cause or damage the sensitive and verybthin tympanic membrane. Now you s should consult a ent specialist. For the treatment.
