The reason of not gaining weight are * improper diet * indigestion (disease of stomach, loose motions) * thyroid disorder * diabetes *addiction (smoking or alcoholism) dear you can easily gain weight and get a healthy muscular body by following these best things - 1. To gain weight, your digestion should work properly. If you have any disease of digestive system you should treat disease first. For proper digestion - take 10 gms powder of carom seeds (ajwain, 10 gm powder of cumin (jeera), 10 gm of rock salt. Mix them well and take 1/2 teaspoon (3-5 gm) of mixture daily after meal. 2. Take a diet rich with proteins and fats. You should take high calorie food that increase your muscle mass and induce growth in bones. Follow the diet chart in your daily life to fastly gain weight * in morning, take a glass of milk added with 2 teaspoons of protein powder with breakfast. * in lunch time, take 1 bowl of curd or 100 gm of cheese, a bowl of vegetable, with chapattis. * in evening, take 1 glass of milk (300 ml) with 2 bananas. * in night, take a bowl of careals (daal, a bowl of salad with chapattis. 3. In morning, get up early and take awalk for 10-15 minutes and exercise light weight exercises for at least 30 minutes at home or gym. 4. For proper weight, proper sleep is very important. So you should sleep for 6-8 hours daily. 5. Avoid smoking & alcohol drinkg completely. 6. You can try protein powders like endura mass, milk powder, soya protein. And creatinine for weight gain by taking 1 tea spoon added in milk once a day. I assure you that you definitely gain weight fastly by following them. Be healthy.

You can apply this home remedies • Take 1/2 piece of ginger, crush it and squze its juice and mix it with one teaspoon of honey and take 1/2 spoon of this mixture 2 times in a day. • Take 4 - 5 tulsi leaves and 1/2 piece of ginger and 1 glass of water mix both of them in water and boil it till half glass of water remain in the container then drink it by add 1/2 teaspoon of sugar. • Avoid cold water, ice creams, and pickle. • Take strepsils or sualiin (hamdard pharma) 1 tablet 3 times per day or slowly suck a piece of mulethi. • Doing gargles with lukewarm water it will reduce your pain. • Drink lukewarm water.

Soak 10 almonds in water overnight 2. Peel off the skin and crush them the next morning 3. Take 1 cup hot cow's milk 4. Add the crushed almonds 5. Add a pinch of ginger powder 6. Hello, Recurrent cough may be due to allergic rhinopharyngitis, or allergic bronchitis. Condition has to be investigate properly and treatment depends upon the diagnosis. Avoid cold things and cover your nose and mouth during travelling. Do daily morning exercises and pranayam. Thanks.

Hello as your weight is more that lethargy and sleepy feel is bit common. - maintain your diet always specially timngs of having food. - do not have any heavy foods in the night specially curds - avoid oily foods for lunch - you need some physical exercises to reduce your weight. - you can adopt ayurveda to manage your weight and blood pressure. - take ashwagandharishta 25ml with water twice a day before food.

Masturbation actually relaxes the mind and body so that is the reason you are able to concentrate after it. But it might not be advisable to do the act very frequently. There are many other good ways of improving concentration like simple physical exercises to meditation to yoga.

Please I will suggest you to maintain your bowel so recurrent constipation and other related problems would be avoided avoid maida containing food like cakes biscuits khari toast, fast food avoid processed foods take salads and fruits more before lunch take home made fresh food sleep early and wake up early take 2 glass of water on empty stomach do some walk or do pawanmuktasan go to toilet, do regular exercise yoga and pranayam have a habit of walking daily for 30 minutes take cap herbolax 10 2 at nt and take cap triphala by himalaya to regularise bowel and to maintain gastrointestinal system.
