Hi, Take cap.M-Ceaz 1 cap 3 times a day till the bleeding stops and Ashokarista syrup 2-3 tsf twice daily mixed with equal quantity of water. Please do not exercise now; take complete rest. Avoid hot and spicy food.

I have a blood in my nose after working hard in last 10 days what can I do?

Hi , have you been working under the sun? or in lot of heat? bleeding from the nose happens because of being in too much heat for long hours or it can even happen because of over exertion. Whenever you get bleeding, you sit on a chair, bend forward a bit, pinch your nose and breathe through the mouth. Hard pressure will stop the bleeding. Other option is sit on a chair and bend forward a bit and apply ice in between your eyebrows. If the bleeding continues after this too, you will need a course of antibiotics.

U can't do anything about that which is not in ur control...realize this and engage urself in activities like morning walks, jogging ,exercise etc and join a friend's group instead of taking medicine for depression

hello you can take 2 glasses of lukewarm lemon water. 1 when you get up empty stomach and other after 20 minutes of lunch. in a lukewarm glass of water squeeze half a lemon and no honey. thank u

Dear to decrease your weight you have to do work out daily. Try the remedies below they can help u. 1. Mix three teaspoons of lemon juice, one teaspoon of honey, and one-half teaspoon of black pepper powder in one glass of water. 2. Drink it in the morning on an empty stomach. 3. Do this daily for at least three months. 4. Drink mint tea or make a paste of green mint with some simple spices and eat during meals. 5. Eat vegetables such as bitter gourd and drumsticks to control obesity. 6. Do bhujang asana, dhanurasana, naukasana, kumbhakasana, pavanamukthasana daily 10 min per asana. 7. Do running early morning daily and join aerobics in evening. 8. Avoid oily and fried foods, processed foods, fatty foods like butter, purified butter, cheese, whole-milk yogurt, cream, chocolate, etc. 9. Replace refined flour with whole-wheat flour and rice with brown rice or parboiled rice.

Your body might hv been dehydrated do you should drink lots of water and fruit juices. Curd rice and buttermilk are very effctive. And descrube briefly wether you hv any abdominal pain.

How to gain it back?
1.Mix 1 teaspoon lemon juice, 1 tablespoon mustard oil, and 1 cup yogurt. Apply this to the hair 30 minutes to 1 hour before washing the head and hair. 2.Soak 50 gm methi dana in 2 cups of water overnight, next day in the morning make the paste and apply on scalp for 15 minutes. 3..Mix powdered Indian gooseberry (amla) and sesame seeds in equal amounts. Take 1 teaspoon twice a day with water. 4.Massage with bhrigraj oil thrice a week. 5.Wash hair regularly 2-3 times a week with a mild shampoo. 6.Avoid scratching the scalp with hands or any other objects. 7.Avoid spicy, greasy, hot and penetrating foods, junk food, and aerated drinks. 8.Have food with good nutritive value; include fiber-rich foods, salads, fruits, and lentils

Dear Lybrate User, *For weight reduce in particular organ, excersice of that organ is best. Diet & medicine can affect on whole body. So start abdomen excersice. One more thing you can do it, use barley flour & triphala powder. Use it for massage on abdomen before going to bath I am giving simple general tips * take luke warm water only *take turmeric before food * avoid day sleep * use cow ghee and milk *take buttermilk, avoid curd. * take ajvayan & jeera 10gm after each meal.

Take the following treatment - 1. Take 4 tablespoon of aloevera juice with one tablespoon of honey after dinner. 2. Take 4 tablespoon amla juice + 2 tablespoon honey on an empty stomach in the morning. 3. Take chandraprabhavati 2 tablets twice a day. 4. Avoid junk, bakery & spicy food. 5. Maida is very harmful for body, so avoid it. 6. Have all your meals on time. 7. Drink lots of water 8. Fruits rich in vitamin c and green leafy vegetables help in acne there is in ayurveda mention pinda swed. It is a type of swedan karma [phomentation] but it do some another manner. 1. Boiled a rice in milk then take this rice in one white cloth then tied it properly and warmly it rub on your face every morning for 15 days then stop it and do next month again 2. Apply almond oil on your face and massage for 3-5 min at night. By doing above thing you will get good result.

Dear lybrate-user. Depression symptoms are lethargy, lsck of enthusiasm and energy, frequent crying for at least 6 months. Chickenpox symptoms are transparent blisters all over body with itching with or without mild fever. Take care.

Input =Output,it is a simple mathematics.What we eat /burn will reflect on our body.I dont expect to hear such depressing words from you youngsters.It proves that you are not doing your work efficiently.Some element is missing in your chain.Either you have increased your input while exercising in terms of eating habits ( like sweets,Junk and fried food) or you are not enjoying your exercise.May be I am wrong by saying so but some thing is really missing and you should really think about it.I will suggest you some easy steps in your life style which will certainly help you to decrease your weight.Try them for 2-3 months and see the results----------- 1.Stop eating Fast and Junk food 2.Say bye bye to sweets in every form ,even try to drink Milk without sugar 3.Avoid over eating and try to eat 10% less than your appetite. 4.Eat slowly and nonspicy food,take your time while eating 5.Dont drink water while taking your meals,drink 30 minutes before/after meals.It can be done only when food is nonspicy or you are eating slowly.try it. 6.Breakfast and Dinner light and Lunch medium. 7.Try to take dinner at least 60 minutes before sleeping and dont eat/drink anything except water/Milk after dinner. 8.Try to sleep latest by 9. 9.Now comes to exercise.Try to enjoy your exercises.I think you are exercising just out of compulsion.If you start enjoying ,results will be far better.Try to do differently in Gym dailyIt will not make you bore.I have seen youngsters burning 600-800 calories in 60 minutes. Hello apply prasarini oil or pranacharya restopain oil on your affected part and give hot water fomentation .take yograj guggul and agni tundi vati after lunch and dinner with warm water. Take maha rasnadi kwath 2-2 tsf twice a day. Take pranacharya vatari capsule and syrup twice a day. Avoid fermented food. Junk food.
