I fell pain in my knee (while benting my knee) this problems- I face for more than 1 year is this some serious issue this problem occurred due to (stuck of leather ball on my knee while playing) i've taken no medical thing.

Sleep on a hard bed with soft bedding on it. Keep a pillow under knee. Spring beds, folding beds or thick matress are harmful do hot fomantation. Paracetamol 250mg od & sos x 5days. Caldikind plus 1tab od x10. Do knee & general exercises. It may have to be further investigated. You will need other supportive medicines also. Make sure you are not allergic to any of the medicines you are going to take. If it does not give relief in 4-5days, contact me again. Do not ignore. It could be beginning of a serious problem.

Take rest properly. Avoid prolonged sitting and standing. Avoid forward bending and lifting. Do spinal strengthening exercises. Take hot fermentation. Consult any best orthopedic. If no progress.

Once please contact in person with any homoeopath physician 2 stop all pain medecine imediatly or contact with me once only for taking case history in detailes it is necessary. Send the blood report for a so titration/ esr/ serm uric acid/ r a factor 3. Cimicifuga 200 one drop 8 hourly in a cup of water.

Kindly show me a photograph of the affected part. Rule out diabetes & vit. D deficiency or any other metabolic disorder. Sleep on a hard bed with soft bedding on it. This could be due to oa knee &/or obesity. Physiotherapy along with medicines will help. Rule out diabetes & vit. D deficiency or any other metabolic disorder. . Sit to Stand •Excellent hip exercises to maintain your leg and hip strength. •One of the most important exercises used daily to keep your independence and confidence. 8. Heel Stand Strengthens the front part of the lower leg with ank Strengthening exercise has many health related benefits which reduce disease and improve your functional quality of life including: •Improving your lean muscle mass. •Reducing your blood pressure which reduces your risk of stroke and coronary heart disease. •Improving your bone health to reduce the risk of osteoporosis. •Improve your glucose tolerance and insulin resistance. •Increase the strength of your low back reducing lower back pain. •Providing beneficial effects on lowering your total cholesterol. Below you will find 12 great lower body strengthening exercises to try. Have a chair handy for some of the standing exercises to help with balance. Hi, hope you are doing good, take rest for three days if pain is severe, then do hamstring and pariformis muscles stretching, and strengthing exercise of back muscles, with help of physiotherapist and learn all exercise and do regularly. Take care and be happy always.

Your main problem is thyroid that is cause of obesity and piles also burning at back. If you are taking medicine for thyroid then continue it and is it controlled with medication or not? some ayurvedic medicine you can use but needs proper consultation. Triphala choorn 2 tsf with leukworm water at bed time after meal. This medicine is reduces your weight and also helpful in piles.

Hi. As information provided it may be carpel tunnel syndrome or cervical radiculopathy. Conplete assesment needed. Please check with ortho or physiotherapy. Carpal tunnel syndrome is dur periodic compression on median nerve located in wrist as while using computers or ipad even mobiles. Sometime carpal tunnel can be due to systemic disease like diabetes, hypothyroidism etc. Advice: *rest the hand *wear a wrist splint modify hand activityi. E. Avoid repitative movement of hand check doc. For any systemic disease.

Hello lybrate user back pain annoy and tends to upset daily routine, your improper posture while working, standing, sitting, study time, bending etc. Could be responsible for that. I would like to suggest you do firstly correct your posture and take healthy diet full with nutrients. Take plenty of water, do regular back exercises under supervision of well experienced physiotherapist.

Avoid sitting cross legged. Avoid squatting- quadriceps exercises- lie straight, make a towel role and put it under the knee, press the keen against the role, hold it for 20 secs. Repeat 20 times twice a day. This will help relieve some pain. Core strengthening exercise- straight leg raised with toes turned outward, repeat 10 times, twice a day. Hams stretching- lie straight, take the leg up, pull the feet towards yourself, with a elastic tube or normal belt. Repeat 10 times, twice a day. Sports taping- stretch the tape from both ends and apply on the affected area contrast fomentation (hot and cold).

Apply hot fomentation twice daily. \navoid bending in front. \npostural correction- sit tall, walk tall. Extension exercises x 15 times x twice daily - lying on tummy, take left arm up for 3 seconds, then bring it down, right arm up for 3 seconds, bring down. Bring right leg up, hold for 3 seconds, bring it down. Then right leg up and hold for 3 seconds and bring it down. Repeat twice a day- 10 times. Bhujang asana? lie flat on your stomach, keeping the palms out, bend the neck backward, take a deep breath and while holding it for 6 seconds, raise the chest up. Release breath and relax your body. Repeat the exercise 15 times twice daily. Core strengthening exercises- straight leg raised with toes turned outward, repeat 10 times, twice a da.
