Hello Oily skin is more prone to pimples as the pores get clogged with dirt. So washing the face with green gram powder or gram flour will help to remove the excess oil in the face. Ayurvedic medicines like Divya Mahamanjishtharistham, Triphala churnam and Chirata Capsules will be beneficial to cleanse and purify the blood. Include ginger, cumin, coriander leaves, buttermilk, fiber and fenugreek. Reduce excess fried foods, refined flour, canned foods, spicy food, carbonated beverages, sugar, salt and processed foods. Try to eat healthy, exercise regularly, drink enough water and sleep well for a healthy skin. Please feel free to contact me for further queries. Regards
