Clean well. Control diet to less salt. Intestinal cleaning once a week must. After it start applying daruhaldi mixed in pure fresh aloevera gel from garden. Keep overnight. Wash in the morning. If this has happened for the first time and bleeding is light then you can take meftal spas to stop the bleeding. If the bleeding is heavy then hormonal medicines needs to be started asap. Also ultrasound will help. And hope there was no issue related to pregnancy.

5 Ways To Beat Diabetes

India has the largest number of diabetics in the world. Around 6.2 crore people in India suffer from diabetes. Many patients with diabetes in India are still undiagnosed. More than 95% of these patients have type 2 diabetes. Type 2 diabetes results from the body's ineffective use of insulin. It is usually diagnosed in the age group of 35-45. It can be prevented by healthy diet and exercise.

The patients who are diagnosed with diabetes and even those who do not have the disease can benefit by following these 5 effective ways to beat diabetes.

1. Make healthy food choices

Taking care of your diet is one of an essential components to manage and prevent diabetes.

-switch to oils with a high volume of monounsaturated fats and polyunsaturated fats like olive oil, canola oil, soybean oil or rice bran oil. Limit intake to one tablespoon a day.

-restrict intake of foods that have a high glycemic index like white bread, white rice, fatty foods, and soda.

-consume foods with a low glycemic index like multigrain aata, whole grains, daals, most fruits, non-starchy vegetables and carrots.

-limit consumption of fast food. Studies show that young adults who ate fast food more than twice a week developed insulin resistance (a diabetes risk factor) at twice the rate of people who weren't fast food junkies.

2. Watch your weight

Losing weight can help to regulate blood sugar levels.

-if you have type 2 diabetes, losing just 4-6 kgs can lower your glucose levels.

-the way fat is distributed in the body can also impact diabetes risk and management.

-people who have abdominal adiposity (fat around the belly) are more prone to type 2 diabetes than those with fat mostly in the thighs, hips, and buttocks.

3. Exercise regularly

Regular exercise can lower blood glucose and possibly reduce the amount of medication you need to treat diabetes, or even eliminate the need for medication.

-get your doctor's approval before starting an exercise program.

-even if you do not lose any weight, exercise can help keep type 2 diabetes under control.

-start slowly with a low-impact exercise such as walking, swimming or jogging.

-exercise, at least, three times a week for about 30 to 45 minutes.

-warm up for 5 minutes before starting to exercise and cool down for 5 minutes after exercise.

-always carry a source of carbohydrate with you so you'll be ready to treat low blood glucose.

4. Manage stress better

Stress can make blood sugar levels harder to control.

-engage in any relaxation technique to ward off stress.

-the best techniques include yoga, meditation, deep breathing exercises.

-you may join a yoga club nearby or else take out 10-15 minutes every day to sit quietly with yourself and practice meditation.

5. Go for regular health check-ups

Diabetes requires lifelong commitment towards following a healthy lifestyle, taking medicines on time and getting regular checkups to detect any complications.

-check your blood sugar levels at home at least once a week.

-get your hba1c levels checked at least twice a year. 

-in addition, make sure that your eyes, kidneys, heart, and skin are in optimal health.

-visit an eye specialist once a year to detect any signs of eye damage (diabetic retinopathy).

-get your kidney function tests done at least 2 times a year.

-inspect your feet regularly for any signs of numbness, pain or growth that may lead to ulceration and complications.

Starting and following the steps as planned towards the beginning can be hard, but everything gets accustomed with time. Top 22 Diet & Fitness Tips Top 22 Diet & Fitness Tips Don’t ever overdo with any exercise and do as far as the body permits. Individual predisposition, natural abilities and genes should always be taken into account while implementing an exercise program. A slim person would normally have high metabolism than a not so slim person and can achieve better results working out only 3-4 times a week, 5- 6 times for the latter. We lose water via sweating, urinating and breathing, etc. Thus we lose more water during hot weather, even if you aren’t sweating. Don’t let your body get dehydrated, supply yourself with water and required fluids whenever the body demands. Do not ever skip breakfast as not eating well at the starting of the day can result in being hungry later on. Choose your food well. Getting enough sleep may make you feel rested and full and keep you away from unnecessary snacking. Get to know portion sizes. Try to right-size your diet by using a kitchen scale or measuring cups to measure your meals for a week or two. Use smaller plates and glasses to downsize your portion and get satisfied with whatever is available in the plate. Switch your food habits if you understand it’s not quite healthy and nutritious for your body. Opt for salads tossed with pepper and lemon to add flavors to it. Try skipping alcohols and nicotine. As alcohols contain empty calories it gets converted into direct body fat. Celebrate but not with food. If success comes your way then celebration is mandatory. Do celebrate but treat yourself with assets or shopping and not with an enormous pizza or a chocolate sundae. Fill your house with healthy snack Exercise regularly and maintain the consistency. Workout with a companion. Keep a diary of your progress and check your weight at regular intervals.

Respected sir, I have faced a bad situation which is because of our dog's death, one day on diwali night my dog was tied outside in the balcony, after his dinner my sis changed the dogs place, she tied the dog under the staircase which I s outside of our house, after tying it, me and my sis went inside the home after sometime we heard a crackers sound coming from our neighbours house, along with that sound we also heard our dog's sound too it was our dog's barking sound coming with diff way, we didn't took serious off it instead we thought nothing will happens to our dog as we tied him in safe place near the staircase where he can sit under it, but after sometime the barking voice of our dog stopped, after sometime we went there and we saw the place where our dog tied but there was no dog, we saw our dog hanging on the wall which is beside the staircase, the dog was no more, THIS SITUATION MADE ME SO BAD THAT TE INCIDENT TOOK BEFORE 3 YEARS EVEN TILL NOW WE aren't COMING OUT OF THAT BAD INCIDENT, i am THINKING THAT I HAVE DONE WRONG ABT OUR DOG THAT WE COULD not SAVE HIS LIFE IT WAS OUR MISTAKE.

Dear lybrateuser, - Everyone sometime or the other faces some tragedy in life wherein there is a loss of our near & dear one, but we have to come over it & not feel guilty about anything as we try to give the best for the person or the pet - keep yourself busy in your studies or job, also any other activity which you like as keeping your mind busy reduces the pain & thoughts over a period of time & also the guilt feeling hies away when we do positive & productive things - help some needy or stray pet as a tribute to your dog & you will feel better.

Yes you can. At this age I would suggest you to start with whey protein of good company. Creatinine & BCAA is for advance users. For now whey protein 30 gm/ day should do. Hi. As height can be gained till 21yrs. Of age in males and 18yrs. In females, so you do have 1yr. More to grow further! start taking homoeopathic medicines which are safe to take without any side-effects - bakson's hite-aid and five phos. - both thrice daily and thuja 1m/ one dose once a week - take them for 4 months. Management: take milk and milk products which contains more calcium. More of protein (for cell multiplication) like pulses, legumes, sprouts, nuts, flaxseeds, non-veg, eggs, etc. Also, don't forget to take green vegetables, yellow veggies and fruits, seasonal fruits, salads, etc. Do skip rope daily, initially 10-20 times later gradually and slowly increase the frequency as per your capacity. Do get indulge in stretch exercises, and sports like basketball, volleyball. Last but not least, do take enough of rest and sleep (which helps in repairing of cells and cell rejuvenation). Hello, there can be many reasons behind it like physical or emotional stress, inadequate protein intake, genetics, anemia, aging, hormonal changes, prolonged illness, deficiency of vitamin b6 and folic acid, over-styling, thyroid diseases take homoeopathic medicine weisbaden 30 (4 drops in little water) twice a day for 15 days and update. Apply jobarandi hair oil. *make a habit of 8-10 glasses of water daily. *eat healthy and balanced food like pulses, green leafy vegetables, fresh fruits and nuts etc. *eggs as it is loaded with essential nutrients such as proteins, vitamin b12, iron, zinc and omega 6 fatty acids in large amount. *add more vitamin rich food to your diet. *avoid stress and anger. *cut down the use of hair spray, hair gel. *take a sound sleep. *avoid too much exposure of your hair to sunlight. *avoid hot hair styling tools, as they damage hair and cause split ends.

Wash face with cold water. Do not use any creams etc but start using raw milk smearing on face with cotton balls for most part of the day and wash when needed. Respond after seven days as and get next tip on the basis of your information I ll decide next step.
