In summer always, better to take precautions by covering the exposed parts by covering with cloth, scorff, using umbrella, wearing sunglasses for eye protection, taking plenty of water often, eating raw keera, carrot, water melons, tomatoes, to keep skin moist, avoiding spicy, fast food, junk food, will help definitely for longer way. Externally applying aloe vera paste daily, pudina paste with lime juice, tomatoes juice, almond paste with milk cream. All will help to remove the tanning. To guide you a bit, here you go: A.Breakfast (Between 8-10 a. M) – Have oats/porridge or brown bread with milk and nuts. B.At 11 a. M - Cup of Green Tea c.Mid day meal (around 12 p. M) – Have a bowl of fruits. Citrus fruits are best taken during this hour and absorb well in the body. Have oranges, amla, pineapple etc during this hour. D.Lunch (between 2-3 p. M) – Daal, roti, mix veg, buttermilk and salad. You can also take brown rice with daal in lunch. Try to get your food cooked in olive oil. Lace your salad with apple cider vinegar, black pepper and seeds like flaxseeds or chia seeds to make it nutrition packed lunch. E.Between 4 p. M – 5 p. M – Cup of Green Tea F.Evening (4-6 p. M) – Have some nice sprouts with tomatoes and cucumber. G.Dinner (2 hours before sleeping, preferably before 9 p. M) – Paneer & veggies salad with olive oil, Roti or brown rice with Daal. H.Have a glass of warm milk.

Last month I got my period on 17th july and ended up around 20 july then had unprotected sex with my bf on 24th july (did not ejaculated inside) though after the sex there was no discharge since then I counted days and took a pregnancy test after 14 days of sex and it is negative which was on 7th aug will take another on 14th aug though I am not feeling any symptoms of pregnancy my breasts are normal no abnormal abdomen pain no fatigue or nausea m rather energetic every day no abnormal discharge thus theres no white discharge. Discharge is really less n transparent n bit stretchy type like I use to get before my periods its like a symptom for my period but on 8th I noticed a small n tiny dot like spot but not pink or brown was like period and again on 10th it is so small that it can get ignored (i keep on fingering to check for any abnormalities I admit that the area also became bit dry. But no cramp no headache. I am a pcos. So I always get period symptoms like nipple pain or cramps before 4 days of period (do not know if this information can help) though I feel I am not pregnant and will get my periods as expected may be around 17 or 18 this month (at may I got periods o 24 at june on 18 and at july it was 17) but bit worried about that small n tiny dot like spot. Please help or give any suggestions it will be really kind of you.

Hi. If you are worried about being pregnant then there are least chances. As there was no ejaculation and also the test has shown negative. When you talk about spotting and your regular period then I would like you to know that our mind is very mysterious. And if you are under stress then your periods also can become irregular. So if they are altered don't panic. And to avoid such instances in future you should use condoms.

    • Connecting with a friend from the past is ideal for bringing up topics and memories which are sure to make you laugh.
    • Remembering funny incidents, stories, and hilarious moments can make you revisit old days and laugh.
  2. Humour in your everyday life
    • Laughter and fun can be found in all places. You need to find them out.
    • There can be a lot of common, ordinary things which are ironically or sarcastically funny. Observe humorous moments from everything around you and share them with your people.
  3. Watch your favourite television shows
    • Watching your favourite comedy shows and programs on the tv will bound to loosen you up.
