You can apply ayurvedic shampoo and conditioner to smoothing your hair. Please check whether the water you use for hair was is hard water (bore well water). Try using soft water. Regular oily of hair with correct combing will be helpful.

hi,Avoid using feminine hygiene products, as these can cause irritation. Avoid scented soaps, lotions, and bubble baths. When exercising or swimming, change out of wet or damp clothing immediately afterward. Wear cotton underwear, which is breathable and will keep you dry. Eat yogurt with live cultures to reduce the chance of getting yeast infections. If you are diabetic, take steps to control your blood sugar.

Don't worry about this at all, you are fine! the average size of the erect/aroused penis ranges from 3.2 inches to 6.5 inches, but even lower sizes don't make a difference to the ability to have sex, please one's partner or have children. So please focus on the person you are with and make sure your partner enjoys the experience - there is really nothing more important than that in sex. Anyone who tells you that size is important doesn't really know what he is talking about. If you have any further questions, then I will be happy to answer them. Take care and stay happy.)

Do some of these recommendations very faithfully: Daily exercise of at least half an hour is a must. Even if you go to a gym, ask for aerobic and/or callisthenic exercises with whatever else you are doing. A healthy body harbors a healthy mind. With regard to memory, it is very important that your brain and body is ideally rested to be able to recall whatever is required, rather comfortably. Puzzles pose problems to the brain that help it to use new pathways and neurons, which give the brain considerable exercise. It taxes the left brain to use logic to solve the myriad possibilities which other activities do not stimulate. Crosswords are excellent for vocabulary learning and use. Jigsaws and Rubik cube stimulate different permutations to finally settle on the most likely one. Picture completion and anagrams help approach problem solving from several angles. Do Sudoku, and memory co-relation activities and skills. Have a good night’s sleep, have a good breakfast of more proteins, meditate often, remain free of stress, eat a lot of fiber (whole grains, fruits and vegetables), nuts, avocado, eat dark chocolate, consume less of fat and use olive oil instead, do Yoga meditation exercises, etc. You need to check out if you are stronger visual or auditory. The visual is a better mode than the auditory. However, if you combine the two modes, you will get the best concentration. Have a special place of learning, which should be well lit, with soft painted walls, well-ventilated, with no distractions. When you get bored, study by writing. If you repeat learning at least five to seven times, you will apparently remember for a longer time. Sit comfortably but do not slouch. The reading material should be of a fairly large print. Study at small intervals of about 40 minutes and then take a break or change the subject. Short-term memory is a faculty of the left brain, and long-term memory is a feature of the right brain. When people are stressed, they tend to favor the right brain and abandon the left brain, where short-term memory resides. So, it is really very simple: deal with the stress and activate left brain functions. Here are a few suggestions to activate left brain function: shut your left nostril and breathe, move your eyes from right to left and vice versa for at least half a minute at a time, and do callisthenic exercises with some form of counting, regularly. There is a new exercise called Super Brain Yoga, which is done by holding the right earlobe with your left thumb and index finger, and the left earlobe with your right hand’s thumb and index finger. In this position you must squat down and rise up and do this for five minutes every day. There are some memory enhancing techniques and study methods that your teacher will be able to guide you with. If your home life is full of distractions and stress, it is likely to affect your memory, adversely. In that case, I suggest that the family goes for counseling too. The following foods do help too: Blueberries, walnuts, turmeric, Spinach, tomatoes, broccoli, acorn squash, green tea, oily fish, boiled egg, turkey, apples, oatmeal, leafy greens, lentils, pumpkin seeds, avocado, cinnamon, thyme, sunflower seeds, and red wine. Avoid junk food.

After rct a temporary cement is placed that should be replaced after a week and go for crown. In your condition the cement is gone so food may be getting accumulated that's the pain so no big deal. Get a permanent filling followed by crown.

Drink water at frequent intervals. Don't wait for thirst to set in before you take water. As long as your urine is colorless you know your water intake is good. (some medicines or colour in proprietary foods can cause color in urine). Also don't go by sweat signals. Even if you don't sweat a lot your body still needs to stay hydrated.

Hello, Gaining weight needs a lot of pre investigations. It depends, on how much calories you consume against how much you manage to burn. Also lifestyle considerations. It can't be standardised for everyone. Weight gain can also make you lethargy and inactive if you manage to gain wrong type of weight (I mean fat). Consult an expert nutritionist to ensure whatever you eat is worth. Food can be your friend. But it can't be same for everyone. Wholesome grains and cereals, milk and milk products, cheese, nuts, dried fruits can be helpful. Moderate calorie drinks, might also prove beneficial. But the quantity consumed can't be same for everyone. Low or high calorie foods if distributed properly can work wonders for weight gain. Take care.

Hi, male-pattern hair loss, also known as androgenic alopecia. Men typically present with hairline recession at the temples and vertex balding. So they can try homoeopathic medication that is based on constitution and work wonders. 1. Take acid phos. 200, 5 drops, morning empty stomach, once in week. 2. Massage with your thumbs from the mid points of the shoulder blades on both sides towards the lower back of your head up to lower level of the ears. Use oil or water for massage. Rotate your head clockwise and anticlockwise, forward and down, left and right a few times. Do for 5 to 10 times morning and evening. Give pressure the dipping point on the portion between the thumb and the index finger on the back of the palm. Press and release for 15 times where the pain is more. This will solve the problem. Further do some wrist rotation exercise. Consult after 5 days. For further guidance and treatment.

I have lots of Moles in my face. Is there any treatment or cure to completely remove them?

Get one garlic clove and mash it until it turns into paste. Protect the area around the mole with oil or petroleum jelly because garlic has the tendency to burn the skin. Place the garlic on the mole and leave it on overnight. Do this for about five days until the mole falls off. Constitutional homeopathic medicine will give you best result.
