To control or maintan BP lybrate-user there are some instructions are given below: •Do not take salt in high amount or try to avoid it because high sodium level increase BP. • Eat less amount of pickle and fast food, fast food contain high sodium. • Avoid drinking alcohol and smoking. • Take less amount of coffee and tea both increase BP. • Drink 8 to 10 glass of water daily. • Do exercise daily, jogging and long walk. Start exercise daily 5 to 10 minutes, increase time of exercise slowly. • Take 6 to 8 hrs of sleep daily. Do not take too much stress. • Do long breathing pranayams daily for 10 - 15 minutes. It will reduce your stress level in your body. • Avoid taking too much fat foods such as butter, cheese, ghee. • Eat healthy diet such as green leafy vegetables, fruits. Eat an apple daily.

I hav a severe problem of acidity, it persistent from many days now, I mean one day I have and another day I don't. It burns all through my chest to the throat and my heart beats increase significantly so much that I annoyingly feel it everytime.

First of all you should follow some basic thing 1. Avoid=hot and cold at time 2. Less the sugar as much as possible if you want to eat sweet take juggery which is black 3. Do not drink water after meal drink at the time of meal sip by sip up to 150 ml 4. Avoid late night sleep 5. Avoid to eat spicy food, besan, bekary food, overeating, junk food. 6. Every 3 day in month eat mung dal and rice for whole day. 7. Start walk from 15min and increase time till 1 hr 8. If possible after 1 month start jogging.

bp has no concern with your glasses power unfortunately there are no natural medications to remove spectacles permanently. you can either try contact lenses or plan for refractive lasik laser surgery

In the our community, high blood pressure (HBP), also known as hypertension, is a common health condition to say the least. In fact, more than 40 percent of population have HBP, according to the American Heart Association. Whether it?s a close relative or friend, there?s a good chance that you know someone with HBP. Unfortunately, it?s considered the norm, but it doesn?t have to be that way at all.
Higher rates of obesity and diabetes and plain ole genetics put African Americans at a higher risk for HBP. Not to be taken lightly, HBP that?s left untreated can lead to a stroke. If you take medication to help control your blood pressure, then by all means, continue following your doctor?s orders, but perhaps ? just perhaps ? the best medicine is a new, healthy lifestyle. The following suggestions can not only lower your blood pressure but reduce your need for medication. Keep reading to find out what they are.
1. Lose weight.
Only do so if you?re overweight or obese. Need some convincing? Essentially, the more weight you lose, the better your blood pressure. Also, if you?re already taking medication(s) to treat your HBP, losing weight will help make those medications more effective.
2. Exercise often.
We all know how chaotic life can be at times, but it?s important to squeeze in at least 30 minutes of physical activity every day or every other day. Exercising regularly can lower your blood pressure as much as 4-9 millimeters of mercury (mm Hg).
3. Change your diet.
This means avoiding salty foods, including potato chips, French fries, pretzels, lunch meat and pasta sauce. Boosting your potassium intake and eating more fresh fruits and vegetables and low-fat dairy products can lower your blood pressure by up to 14 mm Hg.
4. Reduce stress.
Don?t neglect yourself. It?s important to take a little time to relax and unwind by participating in activities that you truly enjoy, whether it?s jogging, power walking, reading, listening to music or going to the movies. And whatever it is that seems to trigger stress in your life, figure out a way to eliminate or avoid those triggers as much as you possibly can. You might find it helpful to learn a few stress management techniques for when the going gets tough.
5. Eat more dark chocolate.
Dark chocolate seems to be the food that keeps on giving. Not only does it boost your energy and reduce inflammation, but did you know that just one small square a day can lower your blood pressure? This is due to the fact that dark chocolate is rich in antioxidant flavonoids. Now, that?s sweet!
6. Avoid alcohol and tobacco.
We?re not saying that you have to completely swear off drinking because after all, what is a good party, vacay or get-together with friends without an ice, cold pi�a colada? Try to keep your alcohol consumption to no more than one glass per day.
As for smoking, besides lung cancer, COPD, heart disease, infertility and the other dangers of smoking, tobacco products can raise your blood pressure. Although difficult at first, quitting certainly has its health benefits and pays off in the long run.

Dear lybrate-user, cholesterol medicine is given to patients who have moderate to high risk of developing heart problem. Risk is calculated from age, sex, history of diabetes, high bp, smoking, family history etc. Otherwise unless cholesterol value is very high no cholesterol medicine is required. Only diet and exercise will be enough. As regards diet she can take almost all home cooked foods. Avoid oily and high carb foods.

In an analysis of data from the women?s health initiative, the level of ldl cholesterol was lower by an average of 4.46 mg/dl in the women on active treatment reported peter f. Schnatz, do, of reading hospital in pennsylvania.

In addition, higher levels of 25?hydroxyvitamin d3 (25 (oh) d3) were associated with higher levels of hdl cholesterol and lower levels of ldl cholesterol and triglycerides.

Hi sir. Am 28 years old male. One or another problem I been facing since 5 years. I has chest pain and operated for ASD in 2014 and operated for sinus problem on 2015. In between this faced problem in working more and standing for even 20 to 30 minutes.. Dr. suggested for cod liver tablets I took those. And problem had reduced temporarily. I was unable to stand for more time, unable to work more due to tiredness. I masturbate 3 or 4 times in a week and Since 5 years I have been suffering from seasonal allergy for which I recently started homeopathy medicine. But recently since one month I have been suffering from erectile dysfunction. before that I was good enough on bed. I worried lot as my marriage is near. It erects but not like before and fail to becomes harden. I have feelings and urge of sex but it is not hardening and size of penis wen it erects also become small compare to one months ago's erected size. On recommendations of homeopathy Doctor I stopped masturbating since 10 days. I had chest pain 20 days ago. Hi, this is a normal situation that you need not worry about. You cannot expect your body to remain as young as it was during adolescence. This has mostly happened due to anxiety surrounding the performance and marriage. Keep your mind clear and focused, and drink 1 glass of milk daily to prevent this problem and you will surely do well. Take care.
