Make face packs out of tomato juice+honey, sandalwood+honey, milk+turmeric powder etc. And pamper your skin with these homemade face packs to prevent your skin from hyperpigmentation problems. Massage your skin with Vitamin E oil. You can either buy a pack of vitamin E capsules and break 1-2 capsules to take out the oil from it and buy the bottled vitamin E oil and use it as a part of your skin’s regime Avoid chemicals and creams and gels on your skin.

Its called indralupta in ayurveda. First we have to stop causative factors like improper diet acidity & gas more exposure to sun spicey sour n salty food to much curd day sleep lack of vitamins & other nutrients anger & stress due to previous illness here your medication is also one of reason etc. 1st try to avoid these factors use cow ghee & milk in diet avoid sour buttermilk & curd according to ayurveda, after vaata & pitta fall hair, kapha obstruct hair root. So main treatment is divided into 3 1) internal: internal medicine according to root causes 2) local: locally little irritation given. For that, use gunjadi tailam or malatyadi tailam 3) nasya: 2 drop of anutail oil in each nostrils in morning.

Sir me 4 saal se lomela cream used kar rhi hun lekin ab wo pehle jaisa kaam nahi krta pehle jaise mera pimple mark aur skin lightening ho gayi thi ab nahi ho rahe.

BHMS
Homeopath, Kolkata
Lomela is a steroid based cream. There are so many side side effects on long term use. So better stop using it. Use some broad spectrum sunscreen on regular basis. Maintain a healthy life style. Drink lots of water. Eat lots of fruits and vegetables. Instead you can use homoeopathic med. Berb. Aquifolium q / 2 timea a day.

How can I reduce dark spots under my eyes and around nose within a week by natural method?

MD - Dermatology
Dermatologist, Pathanamthitta
Dark circles are mostly due to habits. Avoid rubbing eyes. Get allergies tested. If you have refractive errors, get it checked and corrected. Avoid eye cosmetics and chemicals. Shampoos that seep down to eyeswhile bathing can contribute to this, so don't let it accumulate. Food should b supplemented with iron capsules. Have green leafy vegetables and jaggery in plenty. Overtime with computers, laptops, television, can increase the chances of darkness around eyes. Get your hb checked. Catch a good six hour sleep everyday. Relax and destress with yoga, meditation, prayer. Dark circles don't have a one-stop solution or home remedy. Sunken eyes won't respond to creams or medicines.

Treatment of dendruff apple cider vinegar as a dandruff treatment, as the acidity of apple cider vinegar changes the ph of your scalp, making it harder for yeast to grow. Mix a quarter cup apple cider vinegar with a quarter cup water in a spray bottle and spritz on your scalp. Wrap your head in a towel and let sit for 15 minutes to an hour, then wash your hair as usual. Do this twice a week.
