Well I usually dont feel it when I am walking but it starts the uncomfortable feeling when ever I lay or try to take rest. And not only that it get worse after sleep. So what could be the reason I went to doctor and asked about it but he didnt took it seriously. He told me that the reason could probably because I dont do exercise. Yes I usually sleep all the time. Hi thanks for your query and welcome to lybrate. I am Dr. Akshay from fortis hospital, new delhi. Pathologies in leg and especially in calf area can arise out of muscles, tendons, nerves, bones etc so there are number of reasons possible, we would have to see which one is relevant in your case. Usually pain can be due to deficiency of vitamin d, or low serum potassium levels etc my advise for you is: - ice packs application intensively with elevation of your limbs at night - take a short course of anti-inflammatory medication as per your body's suitability - stop your physical activity till pain completely subsides - intensive physical therapy, training and proper muscle conditioning - slow resumption of physical activities with proper pre match warm up and stretching of muscles and short increments in duration of physical activity each day as per pain tolerance. - we will get some blood tets for you - serum vitamin d and serum potassium levels, esr and crp once you have all these reports then you can contact me as I can advise you for proper supplementation do not hesitate to contact me if you need any further assistance.

Hypothyroid leads to a slight increase in Triglycerides, your levels are not high enough to start any medications yet. you have not mentioned your LDL levels. so make sure your TSH is within normal range. Secondly diet, exercise and lifestyle patters have a major correlation with Cholesterol levels, It is important that you modify your diet to a low fat, low sugar diet (take a detailed diet consult for that) and begin with exercise, start gradually increase to 45 mins per dayof brisk walking or yoga, quit alcohol if u take. these are standard recommendations asper American and European guidelines accepted by India cardiac society also, so kindly do not pay heed to anyone who suggests to you that diet has no role to play in cholesterol management.

My friend gopi (18, M) is ejaculating almost daily? Will it cause problems in his future?

DHMS (Diploma in Homeopathic Medicine and Surgery)

My friend gopi (18, M) is ejaculating almost daily? Will it cause problems in his future?
According to the traditional medical science, sex or masturbation may be done at intervals of 35 days or more than 35 days to prevent any adverse effects on the body. During these activities, many important minerals, hormones, and fluids responsible for the following are rapidly lost. [1] Masculinty ----------> masculine behaviour, body hair, body shine [2] Growth of the body ----------> increase in height and weight [3] Strength of the body ----------> density, stamina, and resistance to diseases Why you should give up this habit """"""""""""""""""""""""""""""""""""""... You are making your body dry, loose, weak, and impotent just for pleasure. You eat. You masturbate. It is like "a tank getting filled through one pipe and getting empty through another pipe".....! All the three-----masturbation, nocturnal emissions, and sex-----are very harmful to health. A man's semen is his masculinity, energy, and life. Each time semen is wasted, his masculinity, energy, and life decrease. This is simple Mathematics.....! How semen is formed """""""""""""""""""""""""" Just as milk cream is the cream of milk, semen is the cream of the males' blood. It is very precious. Semen is created by the secretory glands from the food we eat. According to a book I have read, only about 20 g semen is produced from the food that a man consumes in nearly 35 days. (1) From 32,000 g food, approximately 11,153 g chyle is formed. (2) From 11,153 g chyle, approximately 3,887 g blood is formed. (3) From 3,887 g blood, approximately 1,355 g flesh is formed. (4) From 1,355 g flesh, approximately 472 g fat is formed. (5) From 472 g fat, approximately 164 g bone is formed. (6) From 164 g bone, approximately 57 g bone marrow is formed. (7) From 57 g bone marrow, approximately 20 g semen is formed. Now you decide yourself, can masturbation regularily cause problems in future.

Hello, there can be many reasons behind it like mental worries, nutritional deficiency, hereditary and anaemia. Take homoeopathic medicine weisbaden 30 (4 drops in little water) twice a day for 15 days and revert. Apply jobarandi hair oil. *make a habit of 8-10 glasses of water daily. *eat healthy and balanced food like pulses, green leafy vegetables, fresh fruits and nuts etc. *eggs as it is loaded with essential nutrients such as proteins, vitamin b12, iron, zinc and omega 6 fatty acids in large amount. *add more vitamin rich food to your diet. *avoid stress and anger. *cut down the use of hair spray, hair gel. *take a sound sleep. *avoid too much exposure of your hair to sunlight. *avoid hot hair styling tools, as they damage hair and cause split ends.
