I suggest you easy method of weight gain just follow it for year you will gain weigh defiantly 1. Start exercise regularly for 3 month and then after 3 month leave it for 3 month at the time of exercise your diet will increase but same diet continue after 3 month when you stop exercise so thats why your weight will increase automatically now we discus about diet 2. Take dates with milk in the morning breakfast 3. Triphala kadha 4 tsp beore lunch and dinner 4. Amala juice 4 tsp + 2tsp sugar + 2tsp honey in the morning empty stomach this take for 1.5 month only your weight gain will take definitely note=avoid over eating.

Hi, Follow the following medication and guidelines----Start the treatment with single dose of Tuberculinum 1M. After 1 week of this take the below:- * First week- you should take Baryta carb 1M, 5 drops, single dose, morning empty stomach. *second week- take Thuja 1M, drops, single dose, morning empty stomach. *third week- Again take Baryta carb 1M, 5 drops, single dose, morning empty stomach. *fourth week- take Thuja 1M, 5 drops, single dose, morning empty stomach. *Take Rite -hite tablets from SBL, 2-2 tabs, two times daily. *Bio combination no. 21, 4 -4 tabs daily, two times. *Mix two tablespoons of ashwagandha powder in a glass of warm cow’s milk. 1. Add sugar or jaggery according to your taste and mix well. 2. Drink it every night before going to bed at least for 45 days to increase your height. * plenty of fluids, frequent smaller meals, yoga and exercise regime and adequate sleep is also important. Take a healthy and balanced diet. *Do yoga (especially TADASAN) and stretching exercises regularly. Take Afalfa malt, 2 tsp, twice daily regular for a month. *Revert after 1 month.

Short Arcs: Lie flat on your back or sit upright with your leg placed horizontally on a flat surface like a chair or bed. Place a rolled up towel under the knee. Pull your toes towards you and clench you thigh muscles. Slowly lift your foot up off the bed until your knee is straight (keep your knee resting on the towel). Hold for 3 secs and slowly lower them on the chair. Repeat 10 times twice a day. Straight Leg Raise: Lie flat on your back. One leg and knee will be straight and other leg should be bent. Pull your toes towards you and tighten/clench the muscle on the front of the thigh, locking your knee straight. Lift your foot up in the air, about 6 inches off the bed. Hold for 3 secs and slowly lower the leg. The knee must remain straight the whole time you are doing this exercise. Hamstring stretching Towel Hamstring Stretch Lie on the back, supporting the thigh with the hand or with a towel wrapped around it.. Slowly straighten the knee until a stretch is felt in the back of the thigh, trying to get the bottom of the foot to face the ceiling, one leg at a time. Hold the position initially for 10 seconds, and gradually work up to 20 to 30 seconds. Seated Hamstring Stretch While sitting at the edge of a chair, straighten one leg in front of the body with the heel on the floor. Then, sit up straight and try pushing the navel towards the thigh without leaning the trunk of the body forwards. Hold this stretch for 30 seconds Repeat 3 times for each leg.

Dear lybrateuser, -protein rich foods include milk & milk products like paneer, cheese, yogurt, curds, butter milk, beans, tofu, non-veg foods like fish, chicken, nuts- almonds, walnuts, pistachios, peanuts -for vitamins & other important minerals have more of fruits & vegetables including green leafy & other seasonal ones -in breakfast you can have eggs with wholewheat bread, milk with oats & fruits/dry fruits, yogurt with fruits, paneer paratha, sprouts -in meals have more of vegetables, a portion of non-veg, whole grain bread/chapatti, brown rice, beans, legumes, pulses -have 8-10 glasses of water to wash of toxins & for proper digestion.

Dear u need to take proper treatment to increase ur digestive power. Herbal medicines can do it so without any side effects, try the tips:: 1. For increasing weight ...First we have to work on ur digestive system..It will do Aam pachan and will increase ur digestive power and appetite.... 2. Mix 1 teaspoon each of cinnamon, ginger and cumin powder with honey to make a paste. Take 1 teaspoon 3 times a day.. 3. Take small meals 4-5 times a day.. 4. Eat healthy n light food .. 5. Drink plenty of fluids.. 6. Avoid constipation...and take 1 tsf triphala churna at night with luke warm water. 7. Walk 1km daily in evening... 8 .Follow up after a week then will star ur medication for weight gain.

When you are trying to gain weight, you should eat food the rich in vitamins and minerals. 1. Healthy food includes meat, egg, milk, fruit vegetables, fruits, and nuts. Cashews, almonds, dates, walnuts, dry grapes, apricots, peaches are some of the dried fruits and nuts that can be added to breakfast, salads, cereal and desserts. Sesame seeds, ground nuts, and peanuts also contain fats in them and can help in adding that extra pounds you desire. 2. Sometimes loss of appetite may also cause weight loss. So you should take following remedies improving weight a]triphala kadha 4tsp before lunch and dinner b]amala juice 4 tsp + sugar 2 tsp+ honey 2 tsp empty stomach in the morning umami flavor increases satiety and enhances appetite. Due to improving hunger and digestion whatever you will eat more and even you eat more it will digest properly and your weight will increase naturally without any supplement.

I used to have wheat flour as the main item as my food , in the sense I used to have most of the items which are prepared from the what flour . For example upma , chapathi etc. Is it good If the intake of the same is more ?

Hello- Eating more than your capacity can cause indigestion and can reduce weight too. Try these tips to increase your weight- A) Avoid fast food and spicy diet an increase dairy products in diet. B) Eat diet prescribed for Indians that is dal-chawal-sabji and roti, do not try to follow western routine by reading some article on magazine or internet. C) Sleep at least 8-10 hours daily. D) Use these ayurvedic medicines- Shatavari kalpa 1 tsp twice daily with 1/2 cup milk. Standing calf stretch stand away from a wall and. Put your fight foot behind you and be sure your toes are facing forward. Lean forward at the ankle while bending the right knee and keeping your heel on the ground. Hold this for 30 to 60 seconds. Repeat 10 times a twice a day.

Investigations adv: hb, tlc, dlc, esr, sugar f & pp, uric acid, vit d3 urine r/e x ray of the affected part sleep on a hard bed with soft bedding on it. Spring beds, folding beds or thick matress are harmful use no pillow under the head. Do hot fomantation. Paracetamol 250mg od & sos x 5days. Caldikind plus 1tab od x10. Do knee & general exercises. It may have to be further investigated. Make sure you are not allergic to any of the medicines you are going to take. For emergency treatment contact your nearest hospital or family doctor. If it does not give relief in 4-5days, contact me again.

Try to eat a small snack an hour before workout. Eat a banana and drink Nimbupani just before work out. During workouts, keep having sips of water during breaks. If the duration is long you can carry some milk/glucose water with you to have during breaks. Immediately after coming you can have nimbu pani/buttermilk/lassi. Try to eat slowly and mindfully when you eat your dinner. Try to stretch your eating time. If you still feel hungry you can eat in the morning. Avoid oily stuff in dinner. Avoid pickles and papad. Try to give a gap of one hour between food and sleep.

I am retired. Walking in morning and evening. Between these times I have to sit and spend time. Every one hour walk for 5 minutes inside the house. Is it correct or any other ideas pl.

Dear lybrateuser, - take light foods like khichdi, toast, banana, marie biscuit -don't lie down immediately after eating, sit for half to one hour -drink fluids -have tab vominorm if vomiting persists.
