Ways of Detoxification

Detoxification refers to the removal and the elimination of the toxic substances from the body. Various methods are used to achieve that and drinking plenty of water is primary among them.

However that is not the only way. Other ways include:

  1. Abstain from drinking alcohol and coffee: The disadvantages of alcohol and coffee are aplenty and one among them is their tendency to accumulate toxins in your body. Removing them from your diet goes a long way in removing toxins.
  2. Lessen the use of shampoos and other health care productsThe shampoos and the deodorants, which are available in the market despite their attractive packaging and numerous tall claims, are replete with chemicals. The excessive use of these products has a detrimental effect as they build up toxins in the body. You must therefore either drastically lessen their use or use alternative products to avert from the fatal eventuality.
  3. Take less stress: When you are under overt stress, your mind as well as your body shows clear signs of that. In instances of overt stress, the body releases the stress hormone that may provide a temporary boost of energy, but manifolds the accumulation of toxin in the body.
  4. Include fruits in your diet: The advantages of fruits do not require an introduction. They are well known and unanimously acknowledged. The reason why doctors vehemently insist on including at least one fruit in the diet is due to its ability to cleanse the body from the daily assemblage of toxins in the body.
  5. Eat vegetables which contain fiber: Vegetables like beets, cabbages and radishes, those which are rich fiber serve as excellent detoxifying foods.
  6. Drink green tea: Drinking green tea is a habit that has recently developed but in little time has gained immense popularity. This habit is credited not only with weight loss but also has tremendous ability to eliminate toxins from the body.
  7. Indulge in exercise or yoga: Another way to ensure that your body is bereft of the harmful chemicals is by indulging in various exercises or yoga. Both the practices significantly improve the physical health and at the same time detoxify the body.

Dear, there are methods by which you can gain some height. 1. Follow these exercises regularly and you get the goal of height gain: * first stand straight bare foot on floor, then raise your arms upwards then raise your heels of foot with breathing in, try to stand on heels for 10-12 seconds and slowlylower down your heels back on the floor and breath outthe air. Repeat this exercise 5-8 times in morning. *sit on the floor, stretch you legs together so that both foot touch each other. Now raise your arms upwards together with back straight, now move your hands towardstoes of feet and touch them. Your forehead touching your knees. Slowly revert back the arms and move back arms in normal position. Repeat this exercise 2-4 times daily. Y * firststand bare foot on flat surface, now move your heels upwards and raise your arms up. Start walk on the front part of feet with heels upwards. Walkatleast 8-10 steps. Repeat this exercise for 2-3 times in a day. 2. Take 300 ml of rich cream milk, 200 gm of cheese and 2-3 eggs regularly. It will definitely give boost to your bone growth. 3. Sit in sun rays for atleast 8-10 minutes in morning of evenings when the sun rays are not so strong. It will help you by getting adequate quantity of vitamin-d. 4. The growth and height iscontrolled by growth hormone whichis secreted by pituitary gland situated in the brain. So take meditation and have a stressfree lifestyle. Take 6-8 hours of sleep daily. Meditation makes your pituitatry gland healthy and working properly.

Usually I go to stool two times a day in the morning itself. But there are times like for weeks when I go to stool 4 to 5 times and mostly after my meals. What is there to be done. This problem keeps repeating.

Hello. Take Alpha-Liv/ thrice daily (1/2 an hour before meals) for 4 weeks. Eat healthy light, bland food till the time your problem gets improved. Avoid eating from outside and junk food. Increase your intake of fruits, green vegetables. Avoid stress/ tension/ anxiety.

your blood sugar is high but not too high. Try changing your diet first plus exercise. If not controlled then you have to be on medications. People following strict diet n exercise usually don't need medication.

Pune has climate like an airconditioned city. So do not blame pune climate. As far as oil is concerned all oils are good. Make sure that you take unrefined oil. For dry skin, buy a plastic brush with about 1" long flexible bristles. Such brushes re available at any plastic goods seller for 30 to 50 rs and are used for washing clothes. Rub your body during your bath when it is wet. Wash again. If you follow the advice dryness will go away in a few days time.

1. Take one tablet of paracetamol 500mg sos after food up to a maximum of three tablets daily 2. Do warm saline gurgling 3-4 times daily 3.. Take Viscodyne D syrup 2tsf thrice daily 4. You may have to take antibiotic along with it if no relief .5. consult me for further advice

Dear friend, height may increase up to 25. Please start taking some extra proteins rich balance diet and a lot water water daily. Add some salads fresh fruit and milk in this. Start some physical exercise like running and stretching. Tell your progress after one month to guide further.

4 months back when I was in office feel vomiting when spit small light coffee colored bleed after that lot of chest and stomach pain raises up and down heart beat got complete endoscopy checkup vocal cords normal pharnyx normal and in stomach inflamed scattered erosion report came like erosive gastropathy used medicine stomach problem some what better now but when spit in morning brush small amount of light coffee color bleed came from deep throat and right ear light pain visited Gastroenterology recently taken 4d ultra scan on complete abdomen report shown normal doctor suggested pantop hp kit please I want to know clear understand of my problem when I drunk or small whiskey it's irritates stomach.

i think ,this problem of yours is related to your posture. try to sit straight as much as you can. See that your chair is supporting your back and neck while working. take your eyes off every 15 mins and look around. stretch your legs and hands every half an hour. Rotate your neck side and up and down (neck exercises). stand up and take five mins walk in the office every hour. small exercises like rotation of ankle and wrist, stretch outs every hour will help.try to keep your back straight supported by a good seating arrangement. You need to follow these routinely otherwise you will land up with cervical spondilytis in long run. If still pain persists can consult an orthopaedician for needful opinion and can go for physiotherapy. for weakness take diet rich in calcium and protein.

Apurva one day period if proper flow then it could be due to hormonal imbalance or some ovarian pathology. Please observe your period and if it is persistent then get pelvic ultrasound done. Sometimes after 2-3days you may get period.

Incorrect eating habits might not only affect your body functioning, but could also have other undesired effects on you. This is why it is important to eat correctly, while keeping track of your daily activities. Listed below are some simple and effective tips to gain weight. Put together a schedule Like most other things, it is essential to put together a detailed and achievable schedule that will help you gain the numbers you want. Dear instead of looking for medicines. It would be better that you encourage your father to involve in physical activities like exercise, sports etc which automatically increase his appetite and then after encourage him for proper and healthy diet.
