Hii use a salicylic acid containing foamwash regularly to wash face. Apply kojic acid, arbutin, ahas, containing creams at bedtime everyday for two to three weeks.

1. Start exercising. Start working out if you are not active. Begin with body weight exercises like push up, pull up and squats. Weight training proves to be really helpful if you want to gain good quality weight. Train each body part twice a week. For example: Monday/Thursday: Chest + Triceps Tuesday/Friday: Back + Biceps Wednesday/Saturday: Legs + Shoulders Don't forget to warm up for at least 10 - 15 minutes. Warm up includes jumping, rope skipping, treadmill, cycling, stair climbing, etc. 2. Eat Healthy. Stop drinking and smoking too much if you are indulged in it. Limit your intake of junk food and any form of sugar. Do not at all starve yourself. Make it a habit to eat something healthy every 2 - 3 hours. Some of the recommended food items are boiled chicken and eggs, brown rice, brown bread, peanut butter, olive oil (extra virgin), green tea, dry fruits etc. 3. Consume good amount of fruits and vegetables. Bananas, apples, pomegranate, green leafy vegetables. Fruits and vegetables helps in absorption of food in the body and together, completes your daily nutrition need. 4. Eat whole grains. Try to have multi grains spread throughout the day. Wheat, brown rice, oats are best sources of healthy carbohydrates but do not include these items in your dinner. 5. Increase protein intake. Protein proves to be the most essential nutrient when it comes down to gaining strength or building muscle. Therefore, consume all types of protein from both veg and non veg food items. Boiled chicken and eggs are the best sources of fat free protein. Sprouts are also rich in protein. Your Daily food intake should ideally consist of – a. Have plenty of nuts, dry fuits and seeds. Almonds, walnuts, sunflower seeds, pumpkin seeds, figs, dates and raisins. They are full of healthy fats needed by a human body. B. Good amount of fruits and vegetables – Bananas, apples, pomegranate, green leafy vegetables. Fruits and vegetables helps in absorption of food in the body and together, completes your daily nutrition need. C. If you are a non- vegetarian - Eat eggs, chicken etc. D. Eat whole grains – Try to have multi grains spread throughout the day. Wheat, brown rice, oats, bajra, daliya etc should be taken in multiple meals in a day. E. Eat Sprouts – Chana and moong which are full of protein and nutrients. F. You can supplement your diet with good quality multi-vitamin capsules. If you are lacking in protein, you can buy a high quality whey protein and have it with banana shake twice a day. G. You can take natural food items like wheat grass which is full of essential nutrients which helps in weight gain.

Believe me, if you are happy from inside and taking nutritious, healthy food and daily yoga or some kind of exercises, it will be automatically reflected on your face. Yes, the colour which is inherited from your parents/ ancestors, cannot be changed, but you can try to get glow on your face!! Apart from these, you do follow CTMP, i.e., cleansing, toning, moisturising and protection (apply liberally sunscreen with SPF-30 ? a thick layer of Bakson's Suncare cream may be, 20-30 minutes before going out daily and repeat it's application after every 3-4hrs.) after washing your face daily; use the products as per your skin type. This will change the skin texture and skin tone. In case you do have tanning, apply honey with a dash of lime on your face. You can use homoeopathic cream - Medicynth's Whitch Hazel daily at night. Also, take Berberis Aquefolium Q/ 10 drops in 1/2 cup of water/ thrice a day daily for 20 days. Revert me back. If the dull skin tone is due to any underlying ailment or diseases, need to look into the matter

this is postural pain.u should modify ur way of working like alter ur computer table and chair make 45 degree angle between ur neck and screen of computer and do daily back extension NAD neck exercises

Hello, 6 months pehle mujhe pata laga k mujhe diabetes hai. Uss time sugar level 400 tha .but ab mujhe sugar low ki prob hai. Before 3 months I got married. But ab mujhe aisa feel ho raha ha jisse mujhe erection prob ho rahi hai. I dnt no k stress ki wajah we hai ya age ki wajah we. Now we are planning for baby. There is no medicine without side effects. Won't be able to suggest regarding Shilajeet as its Ayurvedic medicine. Control your blood sugar well. Consult and endocrinologist. Exercise daily. Have a balanced diet. If still unable to gain erection and have intercourse get back.

This is ankylosing spondylosis. Ayurvedic treatment has best result in this. We have specialised therapies for ankylosing spondylosis. Exercise is very important is this. Do regular stretching exercise back & neck in yoga do bhujangasan, halasan, markatasan & suryanamaskar. Diet= 1) avoid junk food 2) avoid oily, sour, spicy food 3) avoid veggie that increase vaat in body like potato, brinjal etc. Paya soup is good if you eat non-veg.

रोजमेरी, भूमध्य क्षेत्रीय प्रदेशों में उगाया जाने वाला पुदीना परिवार का एक सदाबहार पौधा है. इसके पत्ते सुई के आकार जैसे छोटे-छोटे होते हैं और इसका फुल हल्का नीले रंग वाला होता है. आमतौर पर रोजमेरी का प्रयोग खाने में सुगंध और फ्लेवर लाने के लिए किया जाता है. लेकिन इसका रोजाना इस्तेमाल आपके शरीर की प्रतिरोधक क्षमता और आपका याद्दाश्त दोनों बढ़ाता है.

1. अल्सर से बचाव
रोजमेरी में एंटी बैक्टीरियल गुणों की भी प्रचुरता होती है. जिसकी बदौलत ये पेट के अल्सर से हमें बचाता है. इसके अलावा इसे घर में लगाने से कीड़े-मकोड़ों और मच्छरों का सफाया  होता है.

Proper internal and external nutrition of hair roots, follicles is the main thing. Then comes proper cosmetic care. Excess heatheat or chemical treatment of hair will not benefit in the long run, rather harm it.
