My cholesterol level always being around 150 to 160 from last two years!! Is tht any problem?
No its not a problem and try to maintain it by following: 1) Consume food that increase your HDL (good) and decrease your LDL (bad) cholesterol like oats, orange juice, yogurt, flaxseed etc. 2)Aerobic activity is typically considered the best for maintaining healthy cholesterol levels. This might include brisk walking, jogging, swimming, dancing or bike riding. 3) Take supplements-Supplements that have been proven effective in maintaining normal blood cholesterol include fenugreek, garlic and niacin.

All the bp tablets suggested by doctors metpure, changed to concor cor 2.5 mg changed to ivabid 5 mg of course by different doctors for my bp varying from 135/80 to 150/90 gives me severe side effect of constipation causing chest pain. Some times I feel better by stopping the tablet, but body heaviness remains though. Is it required to take tablets continuously for this level high bp or is there any tablet with minimum or no side effect?

hello, its always advisable to not to stop any medication suddenly.if its need to be stop,it should be stopped by decreasing the dose and thus making it alternatively. All of a sudden stopage is dangerous.GO for a homeopathic treatment for this.Further case taking with all history is required.

She may need some other medicine also if BP is not controlled as it should be. As she is having diabetes and CKD, medicine for hypertension should be selected carefully which is not nephrotoxic.
