I am suffering from cervical syndolytis, sinus, migrane, knee ache, whole bodyache, backache, always feeling dullness, sickness, overweight (80 kg) etc. For the last 20 years. Medicines are not working on me, I have done physiotherapy also but get no permanent relief. Kindly suggest me what type of exercises will I do. Please help.

I have pain and swelling in my knees even after my delivery. Its almost 40days I gave birth a baby girl and I had c section. I spoke to my doctor she said it will go by its own slowly and steadily after few days of baby birth but I have not seen any relief in my knees I feel pain when sit down and get up and swelling on my knees. Is it normal and sign of any deficiency. Please advise some fast remedy.

Ice can be used for swelling purpose. Knee movements are must. Knee pain is not v common after delivery. Infact, I would suggest to start some exercise ie post delivery exercise for knee as well as other joints n muscle after c section also, exercises are recommended. It helps to prevent abdominal fat in later stages of your life.

Hip region pain pain should be treated carefully as it can be due to various problems which can be serious sometimes. If your pain started spontaneously i. E without any injury and movements of hip joint are restricted then it should be investigated with x rays if it is simple muscle strain then it can be treated with rest and medicines please consult with x rays and details.

Do exercise by dynamic cockup splint make the splint with measurement ok use tennis elbow brace take IFT elbow region for 7 days @20 min low frequency.

Avoid bending in front. Postural correction- sit tall, walk tall. Extension exercises x 15 times x twice daily. Bhujang asana. Core strengthening exercises. Back stretching. Do the cat/cow stretch.

Kindly show me the x-rays of feet & knee. You may Sleep on a hard bed with soft bedding on it. SPRING BEDS, FOLDING BEDS OR THICK MATRESS ARE HARMFUL DO HOT FOMANTATION. Paracetamol 250mg OD & SOS x 5days. Caldikind plus 1tab OD x10. Do knee & general exercises. It may have to be further investigated. Make sure you are not allergic to any of the medicines you are going to take. For emergency treatment contacts your nearest hospital or family doctor. There are many causes of backache which r possible to find out only after a proper assessment by your physiotherapist. Still as you say. Seems you r in some prolong sitting work pattern that results in stiffness. Some hot fomentation and back stretching exercises can provide you relief at d initial but make sure you r gonna do exercises under your physio guidance.

Backache is usually due wrong posture during sitting or sleeping driving bike for long duration is one of cause of backache if your driving avoid for some days get your L.S Spine (APand lateral) X-ray done use lumbosacral belt while sitting and walking tab mahyograjgugul 250 mg twice a day lid dashmularist 20 ml +40 ml water twice a day after meals daily before bath gently massage with mahanarayan oil and hot water fomentaion at back keep your bed flat sitting posture correct.

Hello, there are many causes behind backache *any strain or sprain in the muscles or ligaments of the back during lifting of heavy objects is the main cause of the lower back pain. *sitting in the wrong posture for a very long time is another cause. *people suffering from constipation may also suffer from lower back pain. *sometimes sleeping on wrong type of beds can also cause pain in the back. Follow the tips *take rest or move about once in 1-2 hours in case of working in a constant position. *maintain a good posture while reading or working with computers. *take a high fibre content diet like vegetables, fruits, etc.

I am 29 years old male. I am having knee pain and muscle pain in legs since 3 yrs. I showed one of an orthopedic doctor, he says its nothing but because of my flat feet, I am wearing insoles in shoes (6 months use) as suggested by him, but no improvement. I work in a office where I have to sit all day on a chair. On holidays my plain reduces, but again on weekdays it grows. Its not severe, I can run and walk much. But when I rest, it feels like pain a lot. I have thalassemia minor, no allergy, no operation and had minor knee injury during childhood days. Help me out.

Knee advice. Avoid sitting cross legged. Avoid squatting- quadriceps exercises- lie straight, make a towel role and put it under the knee, press the keen against the role, hold it for 20 secs. Repeat 20 times twice a day. This will help relieve some pain. Core strengthening exercise- straight leg raised with toes turned outward, repeat 10 times, twice a day. Hams stretching- lie straight, take the leg up, pull the feet towards yourself, with a elastic tube or normal belt. Repeat 10 times, twice a day. Sports taping- stretch the tape from both ends and apply on the affected area contrast fomentation (hot and cold).

Apply Hot Fomentation twice daily. Avoid bending in front. Postural Correction- Sit Tall, Walk Tall. Extension Exercises x 15 times x twice daily - lying on tummy, take left arm up for 3 seconds, then bring it down, right arm up for 3 seconds, bring down. Bring right leg up, hold for 3 seconds, bring it down. Then right leg up and hold for 3 seconds and bring it down. Repeat twice a day- 10 times. Bhujang Asana – Lie flat on your stomach, keeping the palms out, bend the neck backward, take a deep breath and while holding it for 6 seconds, raise the chest up. Release breath and relax your body. Repeat the exercise 15 times twice daily. Core Strengthening Exercises- Straight Leg Raised With Toes Turned Outward, repeat 10 times, twice a day. Back Stretching- lie flat, pull one of the knee forward to chest, hold for 3 seconds, then bring the other knee forward to the chest and again hold for 3 seconds. Then pull both knees towards the chest and hold for 3 seconds. Repeat 10 times each exercise twice a day. Do the cat/cow stretch. Get on all fours, with your arms straight and your hands directly under your shoulders; your knees hip-width apart.

For pain take tablet paracetamol 650 mg and it can be postural or due to defeciency of multi vitamins and get your blood checked for cbc.

Recurring chest pain . Sometimes left arms pain with shoulder and very rare jaw pain also . CT angio done found "long segment myocardial bridging in MID of LAD" after that echo and stress thallium nuclear test done which is normal No evidence of ischaemia at high level of exercise. Sir, you need conventional angiography as ct angio is not good choice for defenitive management. If it shows myocardial bridge and does not need angioplasty then rest assured; no need to worry. You have already done many unnecessary investigtions but forgotten for the basic coronary angiography. As of now ct angiogrphy is not replacement for conventional angiography. Your cardiologist might have suggested for the same. There is no evidence of ischemia at high level of exercise, so little reason to worry.
