Avoid stress. Some Relax during work. Drink more water, high-carbohydrate foods such as potatoes, rice, pasta and bread. You can take Nutrient-rich foods that improve your health may also benefit your thyroid gland, antioxidant-rich fruits and vegetables more plenty of water: Blueberries, tomatoes, bell peppers, and other foods rich in antioxidants can improve overall health and benefit the thyroid gland. Eating foods high in B vitamins, like whole grains, may also help. Selenium: Tiny amounts of selenium are needed for enzymes that make thyroid hormones to work properly. Eating selenium-rich foods, such as sunflower seeds or Brazil nuts, can be beneficial. Tyrosine: This amino acid is used by the thyroid gland to produce T3 and T4. Good Evening Do regular exercises, and take proper nutrition. Actually according to research cardiac vascular system takes 75 years to get damage. But it's getting damage in our early 30 because of our negligence. Basic structural and functional unit of life is cell. We are not providing proper nutrition to our cells. That's the reason we are suffering from hypertension, coronary artery diseases, diabetes etc. We need to provide proper nutrition to our cells as cell is the structural and functional unit of life. All the cells compact together and form tissue, tissue compact together to form an organ, organs connected to form system. Cell ⬇ Tissue ⬇ Organ ⬇ System. If we take proper nutrition to cells by taking health diet. Stress in mechanics is a load, pull or force or a system of forces producing a strain. In life, any event or situation that produces a strain therefore induces a physiological strain.

At work place, a system of forces work to produce desired results which more often than not produce a state of strain or makes an individual's life stressful. But the consequences of chronic stress are not just on individual health and well being but on the organizations as well. This affects the productivity and competitiveness. When an organisation faces a challenge, the flight or fright reaction ensues leading to increased threat perception, alertness and activity. In short term, it can improve productivity, but in case a state of threat is perpetually present like in case of a team led by an anxious or high strung individual, it produces chronic stress leading to lowering of performance. More often, sources of stress at work place are poor communication, unclear roles, discrepancies in expectations and skills, insecurity and sudden and significant change in work structure , to list a few.

Surgery for sinusitis is a relatively safe one. Please follow the instructions of operating surgeon. You may have difficulty in breathing from nose temporarily. Since you have allergy problem also, you may have to take certain medication for a long time.

Hello lybrate-user you are right. Water is essential for human body and health. Water helps in flushing out body toxins through kidneys, water keeps many diseases at bay. In your case you deprived your body from water for so long that you do not feel thirsty but you should drink water as medicine and you will notice that in some days you will feel thirsty as usual.

My skin is degrading day by day. Since Jan 2015 my skin is degrading regularly. First of all in the starting my skin started burning and it seems like a smoke red. Myotonia congenita (Thomsen disease and Becker type) What is myotonia congenita? Myotonia congenita is an inherited myopathy, a disease that causes problems with the tone and contraction of skeletal muscles. It doesn’t cause muscle atrophy (shrinkage); instead, it sometimes can cause muscle enlargement and increased muscle strength. There are two types of myotonia congenita: Becker-type myotonia is the most common form, while Thomsen disease is a very rare, relatively mild form. What are the symptoms of myotonia congenita? The main problems faced by people with this disease are delayed muscle relaxation and muscle stiffness, typically provoked by sudden movements after rest. What causes myotonia congenita? This disease is caused by mutations in the gene for a chloride channel that’s necessary for shutting off the electrical excitation that causes muscle contraction. The Becker type is inherited in an autosomal recessive pattern, meaning it is produced by defective genes contributed by both parents. The Thomsen type is autosomal dominant, meaning it is produced by a defective gene contributed by one parent. What is the progression of myotonia congenita? Myotonia congenita has its onset in early to late childhood and does not progress. Someone who has myotonia congenita can lead a long, productive life, and can even excel at sports where strength is more important than agility.
