I am suffering from sleeplessness snce 20yrs, only 2/3 hrs slp dly. I used to take lonazep. 0.5 as per dctr advice bt after some days it will nt wrk. Now I am nt taking no medicine. Wht to do.

So these are some instructions & methods for good sleep: • Frequent oil massage of head with oil relax your mind and enhances sleep. Hair fall is common now a days. Due to stress and eating habits. And some illness, like anemia, thyroid and hereditary problems. Take following homoeo medicine. Acid hydroflouric 30 (30 ml sbl company). 1 drop 3 times per day x 14 days on tongue. Do not take anything 15 min before after medicine. Blood in stool is due to piles more commonly. You should get your proctoscopy done under local anaesthetic jelly to confirm the diagnosis. Piles needs surgery for permanent cure.

How Psoriasis Affects the Nails

Discoloration of the nail to yellow brown

Keep your nails trimmed as short as possible.
Wear gloves when you're working with your hands.

Use gentle nail cleaning tools.
Soak your nails in tar bath oil mixed with water, then apply nail moisturizer.
If your nails are intact, consider using a nail hardener to improve their appearance.

• Hot bath in winter, drying and oiling.
• Avoid all factors which trigger psoriasis.
• Reduce stress levels through meditation and Yoga.
• Do not prick, peel or scratch skin. This may trigger psoriasis.
• After bath or wash pat dry the skin. Do not rub the towel vigorously on skin.
• After washing, pat the skin dry, don’t irritate it by rubbing vigorously.
• Opt for cotton clothes over synthetic ones.
• Take a well balanced diet including fruits, vegetables, nuts, seeds, and grains.
• Take a daily bath in warm water to soak off the scales.
• Try deep breathing and relaxation exercise to reduce stress.
• Do not take coffee, all animal fats, and processed foods.
• Don’t scratch or rub patches of thickened skin.
• Avoid harsh skin products and lotions that contain alcohol. They may dry the skin and make psoriasis worse.
• Keep your towel, clothes separate and clean.

The more you try to extent it, the more you and your partner will be stressed and therefore the pleasure associated with orgasm will be simultaneously reduced. Therefore, limit the sexual performance to less than 30 minutes. Sex is energy consuming and your body needs proper rest and nutrition replenishment after every sex. If you have been having diabetes for a long time, then there is a possibility of developing peripheral neuropathy, which causes burning pain in the feet as well as tingling and numbness. Because of long standing diabetes that particularly if blood glucose is not well controlled then such symptoms are bound to occur. Ideally in diabetes blood glucose levels should be maiintained in following manner: FBG:<100 mg, PP 150 to 160 mg & HbA1c% <6.8. If one does not achieve these levels consistently then neuropathy is more likely to develop early. Thanks.

Dear Lybrate user. I can understand. Masturbation is natural, normal and never unhealthy. Masturbation is never a reason for any future sexual problems. Curved penis is due to masturbation. But the curvature is pretty negligible. Over and above you don't have to worry about it because curved penis will give you more friction than straight penis inside the vafina during sex and there fore results in more pleasure. Don't worry.
