Dandruff or seborrhea refers to the flaky condition of your skin or scalp caused primarily due to dryness. It is a very common problem for young adults and middle aged people, but can happen to any person regardless of age. Dandruff itself being an embarrassing problem, can also sometimes lead to other skin problems.
The following are a few skin problems that can crop up due to dandruff:
1. Can cause pimple: if dandruff or the white flakes fall on your t-zone region very often, then it may lead to the breakout of pimples on your skin.
2. May result in pigmentation: the pimples, which can happen due to dandruff can further lead to the problem of pigmentation. This condition leads to the appearance of unwanted black spots all over your face.
3. Trigger eczema: dandruff makes skin problems like eczema and psoriasis even worse. Eczema and psoriasis, which causes itching of the skin can get severe due to dandruff.
4. Rashes are also a possibility: facial rashes can also develop due to dandruff. Often areas around the eyebrows, nose and ears get affected. Sometimes, in case of men, beard rashes also pop up.
5. Chest rashes: dandruff often falls all over your body. This can lead to the problem of chest rashes. This condition results in the appearance of red spots all around your chest region.

Dandruff can be a very distressing problem. If your skin type is oily, dandruff can make conditions far worse. Dandruff is such a problem that cannot be completely cured, but can only be controlled. So, it is highly advisable to take preventive measures as soon as it is detected to avoid further problems.

Use tea tree face wash and toner twice daily. Use sunscreen with spf 30 daily. Use natural face pack of multani mitti and lemon 2 times a week. You can also use apple cider vinegar for 5 minutes after washing your face and splash it clean with water. Most important is diet- do not eat junk, eat more vegetables and fruits especially with vitamin c.

Hi = relax and stay positive. = increase fluid intake. = eat seasonal fruits for natural vitamins = do stretching of hamstring, quadriceps, and calf muscles. = if you are overweight, reduce weight by cycling or swimming as it gives low impact on joints. = do check your calcium and vit. May be there chances of calculous deposition at the cervical area of teeth. Go to your dentist. If needed get cleaned your teeth (i.e. Scaling and polishing) follow proper brushing technique (watch utube videos for brushing technique) and understand from your dentist.

Hi, first and foremost, I would advise you to use your inhalers regularly as advised by your doc/ pulmonologist. Simultaneously, you need to figure out the allergen (s) that trigger your asthma. Dust, smoke, pollen, fungi, animal hair, insects, certain food items like wheat, egg, chocolates, flesh foods etc, cold/ hot air, stress, acidity et al are common allergens that might precipitate asthma and the triggers vary from person to person. So, once you identify the right trigger, try your level best to avoid the same. Secondly, make sure your diet/ nutrition, lifestyle including bowel habits etc all are streamlined. You may take a good multi-vitamin with all essential b-vitamins, vitamin c, d, e, omega-3 fatty acids, and the essential trace elements including zinc, magnesium etc all. Learn to relax and keep your stress levels low. Its advisable to eat in moderation and less than your full capacity than eating to your full. Try avoiding tea, coffee, spices, chilies, pickles, extremely hot & cold/ chilled foods. Do consume citrus fruits/ vegetables rich in vitamin c as they help strengthen your immunity. Warm saline gargling, at least once daily, shall help protect you from throat related afflictions that often trigger asthma in certain people. Mostly, fresh air, dry climate, regular exercise go a long way in helping avert precipitation of an attack. Daily consumption of ginger tea helps a lot too, unless you are allergic to it. Inhaling the scent of honey during an asthma attack helps breathe easier. Suggests your ability to memorize isn't influenced as much by what time of day you perceive yourself to be most alert but by the time of day you actually study—afternoon appearing to be the best. 7.Get adequate sleep to consolidate and retain memories. Not just at night after you've studied but the day, you study as well. Far better to do this than to stay up cramming all night for an exam.
