I have a cousin of 24 yrs old female, she is very thin, from past a month, she is very ill unable to be active, consulted doctor and performed blood test and all, everything is normal as doctor concluded, blood level is low in her body, she is feeling very much fear about her ill situation in her mind and crying most of the time due to sickness. Diagnosed in echo test grade 1 mitral regurgitation and grade 1-2 tricuspid regurgitation. What does this mean? And how serious is this?

As per the report mentioned by you, it means there is a mild back flow at the level of both these valves. It is found in nearly 60-70 % of patients and is not serious. You can get annual Echo screening done as a follow up.

Please note the following for your condition: • Avoid big meals late in the evening. You need three to four hours to digest a big meal. • Spicy or sugary food, even at suppertime, is usually a bad idea. Spices can irritate your stomach, and when it tosses and turns, so will you. Having a lot of sugary food—especially chocolate, which contains caffeine—can make you feel jumpy. • Try a soothing aromatic bath before bedtime. Add 5 drops lavender oil and 3 drops ylang-ylang oil to warm bathwater and enjoy a nice soak.

Actually on 18/09/16 it was her first day of menstruation which came 4 days earlier and we had unprotected sex during menstruation and I ejaculated inside her vagina so is there any chances of getting pregnant? Because its the 20/09/16 today the 3rd day of her menstruation and the flow stopped today. I am worried because I don't need a baby right now. What are the chances of pregnancy? Hello- Red skin rashes re the side effect of your PCOS treatment. Stop medicines immediately and start a herbal line of treatment. Take milk with turmeric and apply alovera gel over the red patch it will be fine.

Hello, Gaining weight is a slow process which requires patience and dedication! It not only depends upon the amount of food you consume daily, but also about eating Sensibly, depends upon your genes, your body's proper metabolism, assimilation and absorption, the levels of stress/ tension in your life, and any underlying medical condition you have! The food what and how you eat, makes the difference! For increasing your weight, concentrate on the below points ( if you don’t have any medical condition) which helps in gaining weight in a right way without harming your body. - Consume more healthy fats. Foods containing healthy fats are full of nutrients and also high in calories, making them a great option for weight gain. Foods containing plant fats should be your first option - this includes items such as nuts, seeds, peanut butter, avocados and olive oil. Foods containing healthy animals fats include lean meats and full fat dairy products - although if you have high cholesterol, you should probably stick to low-fat options. -Eat more protein. Good sources of protein include lean meat, fish and poultry, in addition to eggs, whole grains, dairy products and legumes. -Drink more calories. Is it a myth that one should not drink water just after finishing a meal? If not, what are the advantages and disadvantages?

Hello, one should not have to drink much water just after eating. As after eating, much water can make your stomach much heavier and also much water can dilute digestive juices and thus it has an indirect effect on digestion. So it is advisable to drink water after 20-30 minutes after eating which is more helpful in digestion too.

Going in to depression will not help for hair growth. Meet a doctor and go for treatment a few times it's genetic or it could be due to some infection.
