Water melon juice: Prepare watermelon juice in a juicer which does not separate the pulp but converts it into semi liquid so that it can be taken as a part of juice. Cut some watermelon in small pieces of less than half inch. Mix with juice. Have some mint leaves, duly washed and cut. Pour the juice in glasses and garnish with mint leaves. Serve chilled. This delicious juice is a mine full of antioxidants, nutrients and fiber. If desired, one can also add some lemon juice and salt.

CBT is good option for Depression but it may not improve your sleep. Till date none of the ayurvedic medicine is proved to be effective for depression.

For increasing weight u first have to work on ur digestive system...If u have strong digestive system u will able to increase ur weight easily... Take baidyanath chitrakadi vati 2 tab twice daily 10 min after meals for a week 1tsf triphala churna daily at night. Take small meals 4-5 times a day. .Eat healthy n light food ... Drink plenty of water... Walk 1km daily in evening... Follow up after a week. For imuunity u can take giloy qwath 20 ml daily early morning 1 hr after meals.

Apply hot fomentation twice daily. Avoid bending in front. Postural correction- sit tall, walk tall. Extension exercises x 15 times x twice daily - lying on tummy, take left arm up for 3 seconds, then bring it down, right arm up for 3 seconds, bring down. Bring right leg up, hold for 3 seconds, bring it down. Then right leg up and hold for 3 seconds and bring it down. Repeat twice a day- 10 times. Bhujang asana? lie flat on your stomach, keeping the palms out, bend the neck backward, take a deep breath and while holding it for 6 seconds, raise the chest up. Release breath and relax your body. Repeat the exercise 15 times twice daily. Core strengthening exercises- straight leg raised with toes turned outward, repeat 10 times, twice a day.

Hello. You can come over it very easily due to your determination. Make sure you are walking at least 5000 steps every day. To count your steps buy a pedometer from market it’s a cheap gadget. It is strongly recommended that you start with a jogging regime as you are very young. You should avoid late night dinners at any cost and make sure you are following a routine while having 3 main course foods of the day. Try having your dinner before sunset and not eat anything heavy after sunset this will surely help you to lose your weight. Try to sleep before 11: 00 P. M. And sleep for minimum 6 to 8 hours. Lack of sleep is also a leading factor of weight gain. Avoid processed food, sugar and its products as well as refined oil/double refined oil. Use pure oil of mustard (sarso), peanut, coconut, cow ghee, sesame. When you put 10 to 12 chemicals in these oils then they become refined oil and bring almost 68 diseases along with weight gain. Don’t follow what this television advertisement says about refined oil. It is all marketing. EAT PURE OILS. In the morning start consuming lukewarm water right after you wake up & sitting in sukhasaan (chaukdi) it is advisable to even do rinsing with the lukewarm water in your mouth and drink sip by sip instead of drinking quickly. This process is done for the detoxification and cleaning of your stomach/intestines that has everything to with your weight issues. After this your stomach condition will remain intact at pH7 (which is not alkaline or acidic in nature but normal). The alkaline or saliva (laar) of your mouth should mix with the acid of your stomach. This is only possible if you are drinking water sip by sip, slowly, along with rinsing (kulla). This will not just help you in losing weight but will keep you away from 48 diseases of stomach which comes from the acids produced in stomach. Another advice is that don’t drink water after your meals (lunch, dinner, breakfast, or any mini meal). Drink water after 90 minutes. Drinking water after your meals reduces your digestion, and as you know if food is not digested it will produce acid, which in turn will increase your weight. Thanks.

Common symptoms of malaria include: shaking chills that can range from moderate to severe. High fever. Profuse sweating. Headache. Nausea. Vomiting. Abdominal pain. Diarrhea. Malarone, which is a combination of two antimalarial medicines (atovaquone and proguanil). Malarone is taken to treat malaria caused by chloroquine-resistant P. Falciparum. Quinine plus an antibiotic such as clindamycin, doxycycline, or tetracycline for most P. Falciparum infections.

You firstly stop causative factors from your life style. Like drinking too much cold water, eat too much sweets, day sleep, water after meal, lack of exercise, curd, menda etc. I will need your detail history. Till you can follow this * start drinking hot water * stop day sleep * start any exercise in morning, like suryanamaskar, walking, joging, sports * drink juice of turmeric n ginger with honey * take jau barley, instead of ghenhu wheat. * use cow ghee n milk only * boild rise in open pot, don't use cocker. Withdraw water of rice.

I have got loose motions since yesterday (19/06/2016) . Till now I was having normal food (including parathas) now I think I should avoid. Kindly suggest me the precautions I should take. Hi, yes, of course, you should take, easily digestible, simple, non-irritant, diet on time. Tk, plenty of water to eliminate toxins, to hydrate yourself and to regulate. Metabolism. Avoid, junk food, coffee, alcoholic intake, fried, spicy intake, pizzas, burgers, parathas, ensure, sound sleep for at least 7 hrs in d night. Tk, homoeo medicine: @ aloe sac 30-6 pills, thrice a day. @ china 200-6 pills, thrice a day. Tk, care.

Hello lybrate-user, an adult with black hair has around 110000to 100000 hair on head. On average, each person has approximately 2, 200 strands of hair per square inch (1 inch x 1 inch) on their scalp. So you can choose on square inch of your head and count if you have 2, 200 hair. It is a tideous task. You can easily count the number of hair you are losing instead, if that is your concern. Estimating hair density is easy, anyone can see if you have thin hair, thick hair or normal hair.

Hi, I am 34 years old lady, last month my pregnancy test was positive and I took pregnancy termination medicines, my periods came in good flow for five days, After 10 days of periods I had unprotected sex with my partner but I took I Pill within 1 hour, now one month completed and my periods not come, Again I checked twice and test is positive, please advise shall I take medicines to terminate pregnancy again, or is this is issue with test strip due to some hormonal dis balance. Ms. Lybrate-user it seems to me you are really playing havoc with your hormones by taking random pills and using termination pills. Go to a sonography center and get your usg done to confirm whether or not you are pregnant. After confirmation consult your gynecologist for total evacuation. And after that, think of some regular contraceptive method instead of popping pills, cause those medicines will have lot of side effects.

Eating raw egg is not good for health. The raw egg yoke is difficult to digest for human intestines, it also blocks the absorption of othe vitamins present in food, so better to avoid raw egg.

Follow the remedies for hair loss:: 1.Mix 1 teaspoon lemon juice, 1 tablespoon mustard oil, and 1 cup yogurt. Apply this to the hair 30 minutes to 1 hour before washing the head and hair. 2.Soak 50 gm methi dana in 2 cups of water overnight, next day in the morning make the paste and apply on scalp for 15 minutes. 3..Mix powdered Indian gooseberry (amla) and sesame seeds in equal amounts. Take 1 teaspoon twice a day with water. 4.Massage with bhrigraj oil thrice a week. 5.Wash hair regularly 2-3 times a week with a mild shampoo. 6.Avoid scratching the scalp with hands or any other objects.

Hello Use Tea Tree face wash and Toner twice daily. Use AHA Glow face wash once in a day. Use Sunscreen with SPF 30 daily. Use natural face pack of Multani Mitti and lemon 2 times a week. You can also use apple cider vinegar for 5 minutes after washing your face and splash it clean with water.
