Do contrast bath fr legs n ankle alt hot n cold immersion in water bucket fr 15 mins. Strt wth hot nd end with hot. Nd take more of raw fruits nd vegetables. Milk paneer regularly.

To wake up early in the morning is a good sign. Don't become lazy. Use that time for something creative things like exercise, yoga, morning walk.

Physical changes in the body happen as you grow after the age of 50 it's very important to get your health checkups done atleast every year memory loss osteoarthritis are not necessarily happening to everyone you can keep a medical check on it regularly and take preventive measures in time like exercises and oral supplements and it's very important to take care of your diet sleep is also individual body's requirement and not a fixed schedule for everybody.

I am 21 yr old, having my lower extremities paining. What to do?

Rule out diabetes & vit. D deficiency or any other metabolic disorder. Sleep on a hard bed with soft bedding on it. Spring beds, folding beds or thick matress are harmful use no pillow under the head. Any way take ibuprofen 200mg od & sos x 5days caldikind plus (mankind) 1 tab odx10days you will need other supportive medicines also. Take multivitamins & other antioxidants along with. Do back (spine) exercises make sure you are not allergic to any of the medicines you are going to take do ask for detailed treatment plan. Don? t ignore, lest it becomes starting point of a major problem.

Hello, you can take homoeopathic medicines 1. Ruta 30 (4 drops in little water) and take it three times in a day for a week. 2. Robinia 30 (4 drops in little water) and take it three times in a day for a week and revert. Keep a gap of 15 - 20 minutes in both the medicines. Avoid fried and spicy food. Include fruits, raw vegetables and fresh vegetable juices in your diet.

Drink plenty of water. Sleep for 8 hours. Eat plenty of fresh fruit everyday. Start with supplement:- Omega 3, vitamin D 3, WELLSCIENCE ENANHANCE X WITH MILK EVERYDAY. ALSO TAKE ONE CAPSULE OF MULTIVITAMIN. YOU WILL IMPROVE.

U dont sleep becoz of stress. Give break stuy go out nd do some exercise. Sleep is compulsory to stuy nd do well in exam. Wen you do exercise you body will tired and you will gud sleep. You will b fresh next morning.

I am having finger pain in my left hand thumb from past 4 months. My thumb got stretched back suddenly while pressing the car seat spring button. Its not giving me unbearable pain, but there is a continuous pain while lifting heavy things or even shaking hands. Its giving me a uncomfortable feeling and also I am not able to pop this finger. Take only one tablet of dolo 650, after dinner (if not allergic to paracetamol), avoid tea. Coffea, beverages containing caffeine after 4p. M. Take ors, in this hot season if you sweat a lot. Massage oil on top of your head before sleep, drink warm milk with 2tsf honey before going to sleep. Adv, councelling for stress management, lifestyle modification. God bless you.

1. You may be having anxiety or stress. Avoid stress. 2. You need 7-8 hours of sound sleep to remain healthy. 3. Go for regular exercise, Take part in games and sports, 4. Do yoga, meditation and deep breathing exercise like pranayama to calm your mind, control your emotion, relieve anxiety and improve concentration. 5. Adhere to a specific sleep time and regular schedule 6. Take light dinner. 7. Avoid taking tea/coffee at bed time. Have a glass of warm milk at bed time. 8. Don’t go to sleep immediately after dinner. Take a small walk after dinner and if possible take hot water bath before sleep. Read a light magazine or interesting book before going to bed 9. Hello, I am 37 years old female. Suffering with neck pain which is continuing to full back pain and feel some pain in the brain nerves I suppose. Feeling uncomfortable and pain is increasing when I go for sleep. Should I use my pillow or not while sleeping? Or what is the reason for this pain. Dear Ms. Lybrate-user, your problem seems vague and needs an assessment. The pain may be because of posture and your lifestyle. You can go for an x-ray and rule out any problems related to the vertebrae. If you have headache as well and is persistent then you must also go for an mri. Visit a nearest physiotherapy clinic and get yourself assessed.

Due to lack of sleep there are many complications arise such as lack of concentration, irritability, fatigue & digestion problem. So these are some instructions & methods for good sleep: • Frequent oil massage of head with oil relax your mind and enhances sleep. You can also do foot massage daily it destress you. • Do not take stress. Do meditation and long breathing pranayams to relax the mind. • Do not take caffeine, tea & alcohol in excess and these are stimulant,(activate) your brain result in lack of sleep. • Avoid drinking alcohol & smoking. • Avoid sleep during day time as it makes it harder to fall asleep at night. •Try to sleep early at night. Do not think during sleep and avoid use of laptop during night. Do exercise and long walk daily. • Avoid to take sleeping pills because these are habit forming drugs and these drugs disturb your normal sleep pattern. • Take a bowl of curd daily in afternoon and one glass of milk at night daily.
