Do need to take Calcium rich fruits vegetables and diet and do learn Stretching and strengthening exercises from physiotherapist and enough sun light exposure of body minimum 15 minutes per day from 11 am to 3 pm not in open sun light by its shades.

Most leg pain results from wear and tear, overuse, or injuries in joints or bones or in muscles, ligaments, tendons or other soft tissues. To relieve mild pain: stay off your leg as much as possible apply an ice pack or bag of frozen peas to the affected area for 15 to 20 minutes three times a day elevate your leg whenever you sit or lie down please go to a physiotherapist if: you have pain during or after walking you have swelling in both legs your pain gets worse your symptoms don't improve after a few days of home treatment best wishes.

Hi guys. I am doing bodybuilding from last 2 years. Im 15 years old. From last 4 months I'm feeling a lot of trouble in my elbow. Whenever I workout my elbow sounds like cracks. It sounds like Kat Kat Kat. But I can't feel any kind of pain. No pain. But it doesn't Seems right. Is there any kind of way to stop these symptoms .is this a tennis elbow or something else. Because no pain is occurring. Please help. Thanks.

It may be due to excessive exercises at gym. Do gradual exercises,avoid too much stretching or lifting weights.Apply bikini after work outs. Give a rest for few days.take rich protein milk diet and fresh fruits,green leafy vegetables in diet

I am 33 year old Male and have back-pain but from couple of days pain travel on buttocks. I not able to sit more than 5 mins on any surface. I had consult with doctor they asked me for L5 x-ray after investigated they prescribe me PAN-D, Multi Vitamins and systaflam Mr. They told this is because of muscles tightness. What should I do next. I am not getting any relief.

Take rest along with hot formentation twice daily. And avoid sitting on hard surfaces. Don't travel by bus autos take a travel option where you can sit comfortably on a cushion with minimum jerks.

Patient needs to be examined in detail & be investigated. Anyway you may try- sleep on a hard bed with soft bedding on it. Spring beds, folding beds or thick matress are harmful use no pillow under the head. Do hot fomantation. Paracetamol 250mg od & sos x 5days. Caldikind plus 1tab od x10. Do neck back knee & general exercises. It may have to be further investigated. Make sure you are not allergic to any of the medicines you are going to take. For emergency treatment contact your nearest hospital or family doctor. If it does not give relief in 4-5 days then inform me.

Advice. Avoid sitting cross legged. Avoid squatting- quadriceps exercises- lie straight, make a towel role and put it under the knee, press the keen against the role, hold it for 20 secs. Repeat 20 times twice a day. This will help relieve some pain. Core strengthening exercise- straight leg raised with toes turned outward, repeat 10 times, twice a day. Hams stretching- lie straight, take the leg up, pull the feet towards yourself, with a elastic tube or normal belt. Repeat 10 times, twice a day. Sports taping- stretch the tape from both ends and apply on the affected area contrast fomentation (hot and cold).

In a known case of diabetic we need to control sugar levels with medication , aerobic exercise and following a diabetic diet and For pain take tablet paracetamol 650 mg and follow up after two weeks

Back Pain. Advice…. Hot Fomentation x twice daily. Avoid bending in front. Postural Correction. Sit Tall, Walk Tall. Extension Exercises x 15 times x twice daily Bhujang Asana x 15 timesx twice daily Core Strengthening Exercises. Back Stretching.

Hello sir/madam, I am 22 years old female. I am not married. I have immune problem from my birth onwards. Now I have zinc deficiency problem and also now paining my hand and legs nerves. I couldn't work and walk speedily. My hands nerve paining. Always I feel so tired. I couldn't eat (not hungry), my parents always give healthy food and fruits. You may have immune deficiency but your harmonic imbalances as well as metabol ism also taking a greater part in your life. Better advice is to follow regular routines of getting all yoga and exercise with proper dietary measures and practice meditation twice daily then you feel better result. You continue it for six months regular and hot water sipping boiled with ginger and tulasi leaves every half-hour. If you trust me then continue it and I assure you for your complete cure without any medicine.

It may be due to cervical spondylitis or faulty posture. Please start hot saline fomentation followed by volini gel and neck exercises under supervision. Use pillow in side lying. If not releif then contact orthopaedic surgeon.

no need any belt for exercise. di stretching exercise and strength exercise in gently process. tk calcium supplements and posture correction must. avoid toward bending.

Extension Exercises x 15 times x twice daily – lying on tummy, take left arm up for 3 seconds, then bring it down, right arm up for 3 seconds, bring down. Bring right leg up, hold for 3 seconds, bring it down. Then right leg up and hold for 3 seconds and bring it down. Repeat twice a day- 10 times. Bhujang Asana ? Lie flat on your stomach, keeping the palms out, bend the neck backward, take a deep breath and while holding it for 6 seconds, raise the chest up. Release breath and relax your body. Repeat the exercise 15 times twice daily. Core Strengthening Exercises- Straight Leg Raised With Toes Turned Outward, repeat 10 times, twice a day.

do tests stool r/m, stool c/s, cbc,blood sugar,lft,kft,urine r/m,mp,widal. take ors liquid, take tab. dolo-650 mg twcie a day.tab. emeset -4mg twice a day. ulgel-A 15 ml before meal.tab. metrogyl-400 mg thrice a day. Start with easily digested foods such as gelatin, crackers and toast. When you can keep these down, try cereal, rice, fruit, and salty or high-protein, high-carbohydrate foods. Avoid fatty or spicy foods. Wait to eat solid foods until about six hours after the last time you vomited
