Visit a physiotherapist, you need to take electrotherapy for few days may be and then some exercises. Also, taping or compression with crepe bandage may be required.

Sleep on a hard bed with soft bedding on it. SPRING BEDS, FOLDING BEDS OR THICK MATRESS ARE HARMFUL Use no pillow under the head. DO HOT FOMANTATION. Paracetamol 250mg OD & SOS x 5days. Caldikind plus 1tab OD x10. Do neck, back & general exercises. It may have to be further investigated. You will need other supportive medicines also. Make sure you are not allergic to any of the medicines you are going to take. If it does not give relief in 4-5days, contact me again.. Do not ignore .It could be beginning of a serious problem.

Extension exercises x 15 times x twice daily - lying on tummy, take left arm up for 3 seconds, then bring it down, right arm up for 3 seconds, bring down. Bring right leg up, hold for 3 seconds, bring it down. Then right leg up and hold for 3 seconds and bring it down. Repeat twice a day- 10 times.

Kindly show me photograph of the affected part. Rule out diabetes & vit. D deficiency or any other metabolic disorder. Sleep on a hard bed with soft bedding on it. Use no pillow under the head. Kindly take biod3 max 1 tab dailyx10 paracetamol 250mg od & sos x5days do back (spine)/shoulder/knee exercises make sure you are not allergic to any of the medicines you are going to take do not ignore it. It could be beginning of a serious problem. If no relief in 4_5 days, then contact me again.

Knee pain is a common complaint that affects people of all ages. Knee pain may be the result of an injury or some other medical conditions including arthritis, patellar tendinitis, acl injury, knee bursitis, torn meniscus, gout and infections. Try some home remedies for your pain- - ice is useful for the control of pain and swelling. It can be applied to the knee for 15 to 20 minutes as often as every two to four hours. The swollen knee should be elevated above the level of the heart while icing. -activities that cause pain should be avoided temporarily. -if the knee is swollen or sore, the following positions and activities should be avoided until knee pain and swelling resolve: squatting kneeling twisting and pivoting jogging aerobics, dancing playing sport specific exercises will help you improve range of motion, strength, and endurance. It is especially important to focus on strengthening and stretching your quadriceps since these muscles are the main stabilizers of your kneecap. Core exercises may also be recommended to strengthen the muscles in your abdomen and lower back. Also maintaining a healthy body weight to avoid overstressing your knees are very important. -a full history of your problem should be taken and your movements assessed by a physiotherapist. Take paracetamol 500mg sos after food and one tablet of Pan40 in the morning before breakfast for few days. It could be a tension headache due to stress and strain. Avoid stress. Go for regular exercise. Practice yoga, meditation and deep breathing exercise. Check for refractive error, BP and sinusitis. Take bland diet, Avoid spicy food.Consult for further advice

Exercises for cervicogenic headache hi dear, I hope you will fitt and fine The following exercises are commonly prescribed to patients with this condition. You should discuss the suitability of these exercises with your physiotherapist prior to beginning them. Generally, they should be performed 2 – 5 times daily and only provided they do not cause or increase symptoms. Your physiotherapist can advise when it is appropriate to begin the initial exercises and eventually progress to the intermediate and advanced exercises. As a general rule, addition of exercises or progression to more advanced exercises should take place provided there is no increase in symptoms. ________________________________________ Initial Exercises Chin Tucks Begin this exercise by sitting or standing tall with your back and neck straight, shoulders should be back slightly. Tuck your chin in as far as you can go without pain and provided you feel no more than a mild to moderate stretch (figure 4). Keep your eyes and nose facing forwards during the movement. Hold for 2 seconds and repeat 10 times provided there is no increase in symptoms. Repeat 3 – 5 times daily Shoulder Blade Squeezes Begin this exercise by sitting or standing tall with your back straight. Squeeze your shoulder blades together as hard and far as possible pain-free (figure 5). Hold for 5 seconds and repeat 10 times provided there is no increase in symptoms. Repeat 3 – 5 times daily. (N. B In some cases it may be beneficial to perform this exercise every 1 or 2 hours provided the exercise does not cause or increase symptoms) Some of the most commonly recommended products by physiotherapists to hasten healing and speed recovery in patients with this condition include: 1.Postural Supports To enjoy a long and healthy life 2.Therapeutic Pillows 3.Ice Packs and Heat Packs 4.Lumbar Rolls (for sitting) 5.Sports Tape (for postural taping) 6.McKenzie Treat Your Own Neck Book 7.Foam Rollers 8.Massage Balls (for self massage) 9.TENS Machines (for pain relief) Lower back pain you can do it this exercise, 1 Lying on your back, bend your right knee into your chest and place a strap or rolled-up towel around the ball of your foot. Straighten your leg toward the ceiling. Press out through both heels. If the lower back feels strained, bend the left knee and place the foot on the ground. Hold for 3-5 minutes and then switch to the left let for 3-5 minutes. 2….Lying on your back, bend your knees into your chest and bring your arms out at a T. As you exhale lower your knees to ground on the right. Keep both shoulders pressing down firmly. If the left shoulder lifts, lower your knees further away from the right arm. Hold for 1-2 minutes each side I hope you will fit and fine.

To break that fatigue it is advisable to drink or eat protein and mineral food which would be a reservoir for you to store the energy. Anaemia always leads to the symptoms of being tired and also having body pain and laxity through out.

it should not be the cause, take tab albendazole at night, 1tab after 72 hrs, it may relieve you. at the age of 56 year, knee replacement should be avoided, can you send me your knee x ray so that i can advise you better. take tab glucosamine and diacerin 1 tab bd each for at least 1 month. thanks

Hello, I am suffering from severe pain in my leg. It just seems like that something has cuaght in my leg, in hindi called it" taansh" lagana. It happens somtimes like after a month or two months. Hi dear, you should walk for 5 -10 min after each 1 hr. There are few physio exs which will help u. Sit on your chair. Move your ankles up and down, rotate them for 20 counts. Another exs is sit straight on chair. Now raise your leg up from your knee joint. Count 10 sec. And then lower down. Do this for 10 repetitions. There are more exs like you can stand on one leg for 10 counts. Lunges are there and many more. Bt these are easiest one. And I can not give demo also. So you can start with these. You will get relief for sure but you have to be regular. Do these exs everyday, 2 or 3 times in a day.

Acording to your height your weight is bit more. You need to reduce your weight by two kg. And you need totake care about few things like do not bend your knee more than 90 degree. Means do not sit on the floor. Use western toilet instead of indian toilet. Use dinning table while taking lunch dinner or breakfast. I mean do not sit on floor. Do not squate. Nd try to strength your quadriceps muscle. For that go t a gym where they teach you exercise for that. And consult an orthopaedician and do an x ray. If you hv cartize damage orthopaedician wil prescribe you some drugs.

I'm 29 Yrs Male. Last 2 years I Have a big pain start in right side of Neck over the Head to the Right Eyebrow. Without any Pain Killer (Zandubam, Iodex etc) I can't get Relief from pain. Do something for this I didn't sleep well at night. The Pain is not of migraine as the Doctor told me because the pain starts when I'm in working or not eaten the food properly. Yesterday I was in a hard pain of it after 4-5 hours I get relief from it. I don't take pain killer tablets only taking rest of an hour it may helpful of it. Some says that I might have cervical.

Firstly maintain your posture sit straight, avoid toward bending avoid long sitting, standing and lifting heavyweight do rest and tk heat fermentation twice a day. Tk muscle relaxant medicine. And do stretching exercise of spine. If it work then ok otherwise tk physiotherapy treatment.

I think your taking orlistat also for fat reduction, if yes then stop immediately as thyroid patiets face such problems after taking orlistat.
